I'm down for something like this.
A time for everything

A bit of everyone, but the one random guy looks like an ordinary servant, has long robes, minimal ordainment, and is covered in mainly plain colored clothing.

Erwin

Erwin smiled and turned his head as his free hand reached out towards the woman, "Of course, it has been awkward being in here alone. I thought others would have followed since this is where we were told to go." he said quietly, "I know that people wanted to talk, but in here might have been more proper than Uncle's office."

He slowly turned towards her and smiled, "But, I am glad you are finally here..."

with that, he looked to his grandfather, and the bears, and at the window, "It's almost dusk... so, I am surprised that no one is eating, or at least trying to sneak it into a pack for later."

Thernous

Thernous just looked past the two bears as he just decided to stay silent, and he noticed it was getting dark, but for the most part it would be time soon enough. He wondered what all would happen, and what everything was for. But, for that he did not know what would come next, he knew there was a wagon for him, supplies, and maybe the bears since he did not know their situation, as well as horses and ways of transport to the next part of their journey.

"How would you two like to ride in a wagon with me?" he asked smiling, "I can tell stories of many things."

Equirry

A man popped his head through the door, "It is almost nighttime, we can head down to your transportation and supplies here now if you would each follow me... I would be glad to show you through the back hallways."

With that, the man waited for a moment, and then turned around and just started to walk away down a few hallways that were smaller than the others, and through several portals keeping his way as he would make sure that he kept his follows behind him if that was possible. IT was a task with such a large group, but he was confident that a train of people would work well with this task.

He lead them to a room with a large wagon with two massive steers, and then several other horses, the wagon was full of mostly food, tents, a cover, and some tools such as an axe wrapped up for chopping wood.

"Here you all are, get ready you will be leaving shortly. Supplies for a week of travel, as well as supplies for camping should you not find room and board. Should anything else be needed, feel free to do as needed to get your supplies. You have a months worth of powder, and shot as well for ten people. But, good luck on your journey." The man would stand by two large doors at the side of the room, and moved through a smaller door that was in the larger door, "They will open in a few minutes, so please be ready to depart when we open them." he said to the first few people coming into the room.
To clean a room

A well dressed man, with long dark colored robes, and a box.

A decently dressed man walked in with a box of things as he looked at the people in the room, and he looked confused. He saw the prince, and many others just talking in that room. He took a deep breath, "Can you all please leave, we are fixing to have a meeting here in short while, and I need to clean up for those attending." He placed the box down, and he fixed his chest puff, as he looked at those in the room. He affixed his eyesight on the Prince.

"Prince Alec," he started his head dipping, "May you bring everyone to the side room you were assigned, I know others are there, and there is food, but we will let you know when the wagons are set and it turns dark for the party to leave. But, I would ask for your assistance to get everyone into that room so that I may clean."

He placed his hand on his chest as he awaited the Prince's answer before continuing his work.
Thernous

The man smiled as he looked at the two bears, he would give his grandson some ease from his disappointment, but he just relaxed as his hand reached for bread, taking it slow as he ate. He would enjoy himself, but he was more curious about the twins and their eating habits. Did he have enough food prepared, he had forgotten about these two, he expected them to have maybe a pig or something before hand to tide their hunger, but with how they stared at the food. He doubted that happened; maybe it was still cooking, maybe, likely not, or he misjudged the two appetites.

But then, he saw something, he saw sadness in them. He knew what it was from, but there is nothing he could do but try and comfort him, he ate slowly and he just sighed a bit, he looked at his grandson and then to the two before he stood and made his way over to them. He patted their heads as he gave them both a scratching.

"He will be safe soon enough, it's not that far and as soon as we get near, I bet you both will be able to sniff him out." he said quietly as he stood behind them, "You will get to see him and be a whole family again soon enough. When you get his scene, my grandson will make sure he's safe with the others, and if he's hurt, I can make sure he's alright."

Thernous slowly handed two small glasses out, likely very small compared to them both, "But, do not think about that now, eat some, and feel free to drink a bit as well; when we leave, we will be riding swift and fast to get where we need to be in a short amount of time."

Erwin

Erwin felt the gaze of his grandfather leave him, and he saw sympathy in the man when he walked up to the bears. He took that time, to just continue to drink as he stood there in the corner to more or less hide. He stared at the food for a moment, but decided to not go for it yet, but maybe he should.

With that, he slumped his shoulders and continued to fasten his things to his neck as he let cloth and cloak drape him. He enjoyed it, but it felt as if he was missing something, but regardless, he wished he stayed in the other room at that moment. He thought more would come, but that did not seem to be the case. He walked to the table, and took bread, and cheese and went back to just deal with anything but his grandfather.
Erwin

Erwin nodded some as he looked at the woman, "Of course, I will be off then." he said as he took his leave of the woman. He rolled his shoulders, and began to walk off and through the door. When he got through the few doors, and he found himself in the small room meant to keep them contained away from everything. He sighed a bit and just slowly moved in, finding a glass as he poured himself a drink. He lifted up a wine bottle to do so, and then a glass as he would pour himself wine.

He looked to his grandfather who did not seem to be happy, and then back down as he put the wine bottle down and then walked to the far side of the room. He felt the gaze of disapproval, and he felt the distain in his choices, but they were his. He looked around and just tried to ingore his grandfather's gaze, but it was much harder than he thought.

Wine, wine would be his quarter, his salvation, and he would sip greedily at it, as he just stared forward into the wall by the door.

"Bears... what could go wrong with bears?" Erwin said in a quiet voice.
I am still interested, I was hoping to see an IC post or something like that.
Questions part something

King Fredricus

The king looked over towards the twins as they had began to speak in unison and complement each others speech like it was a natural occurrence. He took a deep sigh, and put on a face of sadness, "I am sure you all will be able to find Cedar... with his sisters, they have the nose to sniff him out, and any treachery that the Dutchess has in store for us. It will be a journey, but with time I am sure all will uncover itself as you stumble upon it. Move light and fast, you will each have kit and tack given so that this process will be expedited, and you will leave as quickly as possible when dusk hits."

He started to move back to his original position, "There are a lot of unknowns, there is a lot we do not know, or understand, but it is clear there are threats. Work together, and you will be safe, keep my uncle safe and you will have as much knowledge as possible that may aid you in your journey, as well as a way to talk out of everything."

He looked to his nephew, who was just holding on to the poor squire he has stood beside, then around slowly making his vision reach to each person in the room as he breathed quietly. His shoulders slumped for a moment, and he took a deep breath, "This world does not wish for another war. Do not fail, or else we will likely all lose so much. I believe any questions that might arise can go to my uncle while you are on the road."

Thernous

With the thoughts of his cousin spoken, Thernous stood as he turned and he went over to where the bears were talking, they spoke in unison with each other, and were continuing to speak as if they were the same brain cell split between two bodies trying to figure out which body they were in. It was adorable, and he just moved over and patted their heads.

"Come, let us head out and get something to eat before we leave. You two are going to need your food since you and the horses are going to carry a lot of our food." he said in a silent tone. He nodded towards the man in front of them, "Come along, if you wish to join, it will be short and private, we will eat and finish our preparations for departure, it should give us time for the sun to set, so that we can begin our journey. And get to know some of the others that are going to help us get your brother back."

With that, he started to make his way back across to the bears special entrance door, and he just left, taking a right in it before entering another small room in that hallway. That room, would smell good, filled with breads, meats and cheeses, small pies of meat and cream, fruits and such. It was just small, and quaint, and out of eyeshot of just about anyone who had to come to the keep today to deal with an advisor or something. He wondered how he would keep some quiet, when moving, or in public about events. That was a problem for later, for now, he was famished, he had been doing the planning while his cousin schemed and hadn't eaten or slept since arriving. The food was his priority, then maybe, letting someone take them down the road while he got a nap in.

Erwin

With his uncle finished, he looked down at Louise, and he smiled a bit, "It will be alright, we have a way to fix it before it starts, now come on... Let's get moving." he would whisper to the squire beside him, and he would hope to drag her out the way his grandfather went.

Questions part one and a half

King Fredricus

The king looked at the paper with the wax upon it, and he looked over to the woman, "Be an envoy of our kingdom to Meche, and deal with the dutchess in how you see fit. She has caused several problems recently that have become thorns in our side, and we must save the bear." the last part he said with confidence as he looked at the two other bears in the room.

He just sighed as he pressed his lips together, listening to the others in the room, "Lady Stritzle is both the cause, and it needs to be confirmed before anything goes forward. She has our friend, and it will likely need to be done quickly if he is to survive. It is on the way and can quickly be done with tact. But, it's also to see if you can find any agents from Meche... You can find information from them most likely, and use it to hopefully expedite your process of delivering the envoy safely."
Questions part one

King Fredricus

With the two bears making their way in, and with the other in the room being more skeptical, the King decided to focus on the poor sweet bears first. He smiled softly, and nodded as he looked over to them. He opened his arms out wide and smiled, "Of course... Cedar will be safe soon enough, once this meeting concludes, you all including you both will leave, and begin a journey that will be talked of for ages. The first step is securing the safety of your brother from the ones who took him."

He noticed his old friend Jazdia reading, and not paying attention, and in that moment, he was thankful that he only had one voice skeptical at that moment. He was just staring at her tea for a moment, closing his eyes for a moment, and taking deep breath.

But Fredricus turned his head and sighed softly, "At this point, Meche is an unknown, we have lost more than our typical ways of communication, and many of those we used within those borders are gone Yvonne. There are agents of revolution within our borders from Meche, there are riots and unrest in those lands, and if we do not sure them up, we will be attacked regardless. Their best warriors are likely fighting each other as their commanders, and nobles fight for what is left of the dwindling state. The rest is likely being swept up by those who wish to rule that don't have strong neighbors, or those neighbors wish to stay stagnant in their walls."

"But, that is our known, that unrest has brought war and turmoil to Meche, and it is spreading into our lands. Right now to our knowledge, Meche is a cluster of groups fighting each other, and when they unify, they will look to expand their borders, their revolution, and force their will upon every righteous land around them. But I would rather not risk an all-out war if it can be avoided either diplomatically or with a small team that can unify those forces loyal to the old ways, and remove the agents of chaos in the countryside. If we can uphold the old ways there, we may not have another war that will bring ruin to as many lands as possible. My uncle will be along with you as well as several landed houses. Should treaties and rights need to be made, they can."

He took a deep breath, "Uncle can figure out small details, and determine a route should it need to change. We determined likely holdouts based on known demographic areas, cities, villages, and trade hubs. We also have marked landholders, and titled houses and their known holdings. We know two revolutionary holdings that will likely be hard to dodge but are smaller waystations. Maybe a hundred men each, so it should be easy to traverse, but deeper in is unknown. Also most of the revolutionaries will be from lower classes, those who might be tradesmen or business owners are likely those in the head of the areas militias and soldieries. But worry about those in our lands first, information is what we lack, and your mission will likely become simpler as time progresses. Information will be key, and any knowledge we learn is crucial."

"For those within the empire, killing heads of state, heads of the revolution, getting through life, honor, and any guard will be hard, and risky. I will likely not turn out well for most who try, but I have faith that planning, and innovation throughout your comrades will see you through. But, your mission must be successful in some way, gain allies, or disorganize local militants. I would rather not have too much bloodshed on our hands, I would rather our cause be that of peace, and brokering one in their lands. We want to secure those borders before anything else happens. But, that means possibly securing our neighbors. Use peace, that is Uncles trade. Use your own voices, and words. But... should violence be needed, do not be afraid to use it. But, if all goes well, there will be two armies that can control rioting, and calm the subjects of Meche without need for bloodshed. It will not be a suicide mission, more of a forceful envoy."
