alright. and I guess I should also explain why Shadow Link is Neutral as well? I mean, as much as I like the idea of him trying to kill Link to become human, that isn't how I want to portray him here.

I was more likely going with this:

Created by the Goddesses to help the Hero of time, Shadow was rebellious. Being pulled from the Dark Mirror of the Wind Sorcerror Vaati, he was considered a monster, and decided to "Play the part" back then, filling pots with magic to replenish their contents, even going so far as to make some of the puzzles easier for the true Link in subtle ways. He never truly wanted to kill Link. Just make him a stronger Hero and help him out a bit.

But at the point he enters this RP, he is fed up with serving a purpose predestined by the Goddesses, is mad at them, and all of Hyrule for casting him the "Shadow" in the Legends. He does want to help, but does not want to be constantly labeled a threat as in legends of old. He is essentially just not sure who to turn to since his powers are dark in nature and no one trusts him. add to that his Dark Mirror origins and it is pretty much impossible that Zelda would believe him.

Also... when your voice has a sinister echo it's hard for people to believe all that.
So... quick important question:

Is there a posting order or do I just react to Navi here asap?
Finally got a miserable, down on his luck, angry at the world Shadow Link post up!
Shadow was sitting in Castle town's bar, currently drinking a lot more than he probably should have. "Hey barkeep! anuthr' mug for the sorrow and pain to leave me th' hell alone!" he slurred, banging his mug on the table. At the moment he was disguised as the Hero of Time (Although a much older and non "Shade-y" version). He had been covering for that Link ever since the guy decided he was gonna get himself killed. Telma sighed and walked over to him, oblivious that he was masquerading as Link at the moment.

"Honey, you've had enough to drink tonight. Now are you going to pay and leave to enjoy the festivities, or do I need to call in some help from someone not drunk off their ass!"

Shadow frowned, but got up to leave anyways. After stumbling around town for an hour with no real reason to be there, he saw something glowing in his peripheral vision and turned, only to yell out in surprise and run away. "How could this day get any worse!" he muttered, hoping she hadn't seen him.

Ten seconds later he had his answer as his body began morphing against his will into the newest generation of The Hero. He sighed and frowned again. "Well that's just great! Another person who gets to be a racist bigot towards Shadows just because I don't originate from this world. Damn Hylian bastards! Damn Mirror of Shadows!" as he went on to curse other things, getting more and more sailor-like with his choice of words, he noticed it start to rain.

"F**k! The only way this could get worse is if I run into someone who recognizes me, or can sense shadow magic!" Running to the nearest Tavern, which just so happened to be the Magtail Fort, he dried himself near the fire until he heard the names of perhaps the only two beings who would be able to recognize his powers immediately.

“Zant! Aaaaaand Midna!”

"Cucco Crap!" he breathed as he ran outside into the rain again. This was really not his day! As luck would have it, he ran into a certain glowing blue fairy at this point and once again cursed his luck. "This is just not my day!" he muttered as he waited for the familiar "Hey, Listen!" accompanied by something completely obvious like "You ran into me you jerk!"

And that was only if she didn't recognize him!
I will make a post tomorrow guys. I gotta sleep off a case of bronchitis
I like the idea. gives a fresh take on possibilities while keeping the Hero separate from his predecessors.

The Hero of the Mind anyone?
Alright, I will settle for only Shadow Link(Neutral allignment)

Might I reserve Shadow Link, and perhaps since he is not always present, I could act as Vaati as well?
Samantha smiled, no longer worried about the two Nagas in front of her. When two boys walked in and disrobed, however she found she was once again shy and simply got out of the bath, hurrying into the other room and changing quickly. She went into the computer room again and found a good game to play.

"Thank you internet!" she sighed.

(anyone can walk in on Samantha here. I am leaving this open)

Corry nodded and pulled out his sketch book. It contained drawings that ranged from busy streets to a garden full of flowers. everything looked like it took several hours to draw and it was all very detailed. He seemed rather proud of his art even if he wasn't saying much about it. Then he turned to a specific drawing. "This... Is my father." he said as a majestic Dragon was shown flying towards the paper. it almost looked real in how detailed it was and it was obvious that Corry valued this piece above all his others.

Stopping to answer Ian, he said, "The photography club here supplies you with your own top-of-the-line camera. I do hope you have fun with that."

@Raijinslayer
Any of those work. it's your character to control, I was just saying you should consider your options to make it fit in with the story as best you could.
