I know they're disposable and not really important characters, but I still wouldn't get too specific with how they react to your characters and I certainly wouldn't give them names if I didn't. Attacking them and stating or implying how much damage was done to them is one thing (and okay), but giving them quotes, several specific actions and names should be left to me. I would edit to just say how they generally reacted to the attack, like they screamed and/or started firing. Also, Gilgamesh only has 5 soldiers under his direct control, so they would all be very close together and wouldn't need to ask for coordinates.

Are the soldiers in your post supposed to be Gilgamesh's men or some random soldiers elsewhere? I only ask I think you referred to him as "the boss" toward the beginning and then use the same words to describe the person the soldiers are trying to contact.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'using the OOC too much,' but I think the only real mistake you made was just not starting it. It looks like it was just bad timing on your part, since not long after starting it you ended up being busy, which is understandable, but it's much easier to slow down a RP once you've already gotten it running. Delaying the first post will just make the RPers lose interest. I would say just make sure you'll have the free time to at least give it a good head start next time.

By the way, you guys may or may not have noticed that a lot of IC posts have disappeared. seven and Am briefly returned to edit all their posts to be removed, so I requested for a Mod to have them officially removed (they're technically hidden, which is why the total IC post count hasn't changed). Just letting you guys know.

Anyone do anything fun for the 4th of July? I was right by the Brooklyn bridge where they had the big fireworks show in NY. First time I've been that close to it before and will definitely do it again next year.
