Time flies, right?

Eh, fuck. Now I question whether I should hide the world I created in my head...

We had something against flying in our roleplay, just to skip things and get on with the story. Y'know, forcing a gust of wind down on the sides of the building, just so our characters could experience reality show-like pain. While I am thankful that physics applies, I'm rather concerned about the onset of magic - magic is the ultimate excuse for anything, especially in this world. Also steam. The traps are powered by steam, somehow.

"Woah, you sure we can get up there without any resistance?" Too late. While I was fumbling for an excuse to ensure we wouldn't break our necks, Chance and Robert already began flying upwards. "Uh, I think it's best to make sure they can actually get up there, Elena." I said to her, rather concerned about what would probably happen. I could be wrong though - I think we ended up in Japan instead of Hollywood. So, I spent my time looking up and making sure they wouldn't fall flat on my face.
Just get a human to drive.

Maybe I could insert a character...
Meh.

Later, at least.

Can you guys believe it's nearly been a year since we started the RP? And yet we're not even halfway through it? My God, we've been busy...
That was a future quote, mate.

And by 'him', you mean yourself.
"I have good news and bad news: I can't drive, but surely someone else can... right?"
...anyone around here?
"Ergh." I groaned, tapping my magnets together and letting off a few sparks. "Let's put these things back into shape." I would never say that, but lately I wasn't really myself. Less pain meant I could concentrate more, and unfortunately (paradoxically in fact) it brought more pain thinking about the last few days.

The ocean was clear, elegant and had webs of sunlight on the surface. You could see further than up in a mountain, gazing out at everything from seaweed to seaweed that were really Pokemon. And yet, instead of enjoying the beauty again, we were fighting a literal juxtaposition underwater. Physics didn't make sense on its own, and going into that messed up zone would probably kill us... or for worse, trap us forever. "Alright, keep your distance away from that place. You don't want to end up as those Pokemon down there!"

And then, Spruce somehow got hit by flames underwater. To our relief, he didn't get burnt, but obviously stuff wasn't working out well - he was hurt, and it was clear the influence of the breakdown of physics was spreading. "Ah, heck." To my amusement, when I let out a small thunder attack, it was amplified into... well, a laser. the 'lightning bolt' went straight, just damn straight. It was like a rod formed within a millisecond. Unfortunately, I just missed the Charmeleon and hit an imploding pillar. Disturbingly, he had an uncanny resemblance to those Shadow Pokemon... and, worse, he had the fucking crystal. My Ars. This wouldn't end well. Again.

"If we had a Plan B, I think it would involve getting back to the guild. Anyone?"
WHAT IS THIS UNFAITHFUL ADVERTISING?!

YOU MUST PAY ME FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS NOW!
Don't you just love it when a RP comes together?

Not really. Not much feeling goin' on.
"Mate, that odd fellow ran out of here about five minutes ago. I think. It's not a good idea to start running in the middle of an apocalypse here." Out of all the people talking, I could only talk to one at a time. That, and one of the strangers (Robbie) ran out and pulled off an amazing stunt.

"Oh... and I just realised he was also a fuckin' billionaire, shortly after connecting him with his 'secret' brother Johnson." I tried to face-palm, but it was already pretty difficult trying to stretch a wing. So, I implied a face-palm, staring blankly at the hamster on the floor. It was tough being a Pokemon, but getting a head injury at the didn't help. At least I was starting to feel a bit better, although if only Maria got off my legs then they wouldn't go numb. I clicked my neck, getting Maria's head off slowly as I stood up. Sure enough, I felt like being poisoned, but it wasn't as serious as beforehand. "Alright. Power's out, and we'll probably die soon. Fred-" I just managed to resist calling him 'Friend' or 'Fredrick.' That wasn't the thing that stopped me talking.

"Argh, what's with the purple light?" At first, I thought I had a rather serious concussion. But, it turned out to be mild or possibly non-existent - that entity of flames was true and alive. "Okay, I don't want to ask. You're creepy enough as it is."

Back to the thing on the floor, disturbingly being rather authoritative... in fact, a juxtaposition what with all the fur and guns... I barely managed to scratch my head, letting off a few horrible screeches from metal-on-metal action. I had to bend my neck and I looked like a buffoon. "So, everyone." I just realised there weren't three people in this room. I cleared my throat, despite hurting everyone's ears and possibly mauling their eardrums again, along with getting my head straight. "Here's what we're gonna do. With all the piss going on outside, we're gonna have to set this world straight ourselves. Why? Maybe I've got a serious concussion. Besides that, panic, 'cause God forbid this hotel collapses any minute now." As I spoke, I noticed an odd glint on the teal seat behind me. And under Maria's head. A pair of keys, something I didn't carry around yet I still possessed for some reason. I investigated the details of the keys, noticing how they had some numbers, had some intricate shapes, and... cool. One of the words was a brand name for luxury cars. "Who wants to go raid Bolton's garage downstairs, rather wait for the wanker himself? There's probably some sort of large car down there we can use for transport." I asked, grinning as I took out the keys from under her head. I didn't yank them out, but rather I had to lift her head carefully to pluck them.
