The girl in a school uniform was cornered in an alley, when she turned around, there were many DUST Soldiers pointing guns and weapons at her.
???: Oh my, so you guys finally figured out who i am. No wonder i felt like i was being watched.
DUST Soldier: Miss Kyko Kiske. If you do not wish to get hurt, please come with us.
Kyko: That's odd, i thought you guys were interested in psychic users...i'm cleary a magic user.
DUST Soldier: Your affinity with thunder magic has picked our interest.
Kyko: There's always Hugh right?
DUST Soldier: He's performance is below our standarts.
Kyko: I see. (Poor Hugh...good thing he isn't near to listen to these guys thrashing his strenght...)
DUST Soldier: No more questions, come with us or we'll have to use force.
Kyko: See, the problem with you guys is...you're forcing people out of their lives just to fuel your desire for science...and i'll have none of that.
DUST Soldier: Very well...SHOOT!
She gets hit with three schock devices, however, none of them worked on her.
Kyko: Sigh...And you guys are supposed to be the intelligent ones.
DUST Soldier: What? Impossible, that was supposed to work even with you powers...
Kyko: Wasn't you that said that my affinity with thunder magic picked your interest? If i'm above your standarts, use something stronger than this!
Using eletricity, she eletrocutes the soldiers who were using the schock devices on her. Then, with a burst of light, she's suddenly wear a diferent uniform.
Kyko: And now that you attacked an officer, prepare to face the consequences.
DUST Soldier: Kurgh...ATTACK!
They all lunged at her. She simply jumped, encased herself in some kind of globe made of Eletric Magic and rammed through all of them.
Kyko: RIDE THE LIGHTNING!
Now, she was out of the alley, noticing that now she was surrounded by many more soldiers than before.
Kyko: Well, guess you're not that reckless after all.
DUST Soldier: We need to complete our task, no matter the ways.
Kyko: Such dedication...but i can't affort to lose as well...
Suddenly, she got shot by many sides. Kyko noticed that it wasn't the soldiers that were doing that.
Kyko: Urgh...Where are these coming from?
DUST Soldier: Now's our chance, subdue her!
They all lunged at her once more. She prepared to launch a projectile, but her hand and legs got shot.
Kyko: (C'mon, i say all that bravado for nothing?)
Suddenly, a man riding a huge bike ran through many soldiers, giving Kyko an escape route.
Kyko: Whew...thanks there my friend.
Kagura Mutsuki: Anything for a lady, oh, and my name is Kagura Mutsuki.
Kyko Kiske: Kyko Kiske, it is a pleasure to be saved by a gentleman such as you.
They dodged another array of projectiles.
Kyko: So they are coming from those turrets.
???: Bah! You noticed them.
The girl reveals herself, using a NESTS uniform.
???: Well, i got to commend you for noticing them, even though you had help.
Kagura: This one seems like a fine lady as well. Too bad she's on the enemy side.
DUST Soldier: Keep on attacking.
Kyko: You guys had your share of fun, now time to dissapear.
Kagura and Kyko started to demolish the DUST forces without much of a sweat, despite how strong the group was. Kyko could take huge numbers with ease with her Thunder Magic and Kagura, head of the Mutsuki family and known to be stronger than Ragna the Bloodedge without the Azure Grimoire activated, they had the advantage. However they also had to dodge the girl's funnel-like turrets, which were strangely accurate her position, as she was far back in the crowd, which would normally intrudes her vision.
Kagura: (It's amazing how we were always at risk from being hit...that girl has a good aim, since she didn't do all of that from a high place.)
Kyko: You...have we met before?
???: I don't remember ever meeting you.
Kyko: T-that's not what i meant...I mean, you look familiar.
???: Oh, then you must know someone who is related to me.
Kyko: Hmmm.... (I want to say i'm mistaken...but she looks familiar...)
???: I would like to stay more, but right now, but these losers still need my help.
Kagura: Still?
???: Bye!
She blinds them with a light coming from her funnels, then runs away, without leaving traces of her presence. The remaining DUST agents had to run away as well.

Kyko: So they ran away...
Kagura: Are they some kind of "evil" faction?
Kyko: A pharmaceutic chain actually...which is really renowed and trusted by the people. So no matter what we do, we'll never have enough proof to frame them for capturing psychic users.
Kagura: I see. Seems like a bunch of troublesome bunch. (Much like the Librarium.)
Kyko: Anyway, thanks again for helping me out Mister Mutsuki.
Kagura: Just call me Kagura.
Kyko: Fair enough, Mister Kagura.
Kagura: So...How about we relax this hectic day with one date?
Kyko: Sorry, i need to report some stuff. Even though DUST is hard to frame, this doesn't mean we aren't trying.
Kagura: (Well, at least it is not a no.)

Kyko leaves the place while Kagura heads for Sunshine Hotel, as he was staying there for the time being. It was Valkenhayn that brought him to that place while he went to get Dante.

Hugh: That's nice. I'm going to phone Tachibana and Sayaka to see if they want to come to the visit. Oh, and Kael as well.
Marie: Good idea Hugh. I wonder if Kael did any visit to Fael these past days.
