Tales from the nevermore (closed. do not post.)

Through out the universe there are stories of heroes and villains, gods and kings. but when all these stories are brought together in one universe anything can happen.

The Nevermore is a universe filled with all the stories from our universe. the only thing is that the characters in those stories have their own lives in this universe. those that we know are married may not be in this universe. anything is possible and everything seems great right. well for the most part yes. evil slowly is corrupting the whole universe. what will happen if evil takes over?

Apperance:
Age: 25
Personality: he is calm and quiet at all times
Bio: watched his parents as they were cut apart infront of him. he has trained himself to be one of the best assassins anywhere.

Skills: potion master, blade master, armorer, top class archer, poison expert.
Weapons: poison daggers, one custom built lance, solid oak bow, normal daggers, four silver swords each with a different poison infused in the blade.
Armor: his armor is his own build it can take any blow that you can dish out and not transfer the vibrations to Shadow. it is light enough that he can move at his top speed all he wants. the armor has several hidden pocket to hold daggers and other weapons.

"i see that i caught your interest. My name is Kalin and i'm a master assassin. my old apprentice Shadow will soon be arriving here to join those other assassins. He has gone crazy and wants to kill me because he thinks that i had his parents killed. I plan to kill him and any of the assassins that try to help him. I will need help and i know that if i ask them they would just kill me. thats why i asked you since you look to be new to the group. i want to crush them before they can get any stronger and i will do anything to get the help that i need to do this." Kalin said with a smile. he would even become the personal assassin of someone if he could get help from them.

When the messenger told him where to go Shadow gave him 20 gold and then walked away. he arrived at the in soon after and looked at Rowan and the others and said "I'm hunting the assassin Kalin. he had my parents killed and i have evidence. i ask for help in anyway in hunting and killing him. I can give you some of the items that i currently have if you need any of them. i have healing potions and powders if anyone wants them. just don't try to get to me or i will kill you with out hesitation. " Shadow then walked closer and waited for a response form them.

the messenger shook his head and then ran back to find shadow and tell him what Rowan had said.

Kalin was on the roof a distance from the inn. he had been watching the group and when someone knew came and talked with the man and took his chance. he tied the note that told the strange woman that was new to the group where to meet him to one of his daggers. the dagger he used was made of solid gold that he had taken from a royal a long time ago. he was careful when he threw the dagger. it would hit the ground away from the whole group but only in the line of sight of this strange woman. if she came to meet him on this roof he would do his best to get her to help him kill Shadow and anyone else in the group that wanted to help the little pest.

Shadow's messenger located the group and walked up to Rowan and said " I'm here on behalf of the assassin Shadow. he says you know him and that he is looking to meet back up with you. where should i tell him to meet up with you?"

after a few hours of waiting Shadow shook his head and then walked away to find a place to treat his wounds. he sits down in an ally and starts to wash the wounds out with his water. as he looked over his medicine he felt something in the back of his mind push him towards certain ones. he started to mix them together and soon found that he had a new potion. with one sip he felt his wounds quickly start to heal and the infection in his shoulder quickly burned away. he sat up and then looked around to see if he had more of that medicine. he found he had enough to make 20 doses of this potion. he set on that task and when he was done he put it all into his water flask and chained it around his neck. he fell asleep in the ally after packing up all of his stuff.

when he woke the next day he stood up and started to look over his armor. he again felt his mind clear and saw that he could improve the armor to around 20 time as effective as it currently is. he finds some new metal and melts it down to help fix up his armor and make it stronger.

he spent the rest of the week learning more about the things that he used all the time and he learned a lot more about poisons and things like that. he started to make 4 new swords each one infused with a poison. at the start of his second week alone he started to train himself in hiding and hunting. he then started to hunt down all the info that he would need in his hunt for Kalin. when he had all he would need he set out to find the group that he had been left behind by. he would need them to help him kill Kalin.

Kalin sat down and then looked around. he had been running ever since he found out that Shadow was still alive and was now hunting him. he drew his poison dagger and applied a new coat to it. he then stood up. he had thought about going to try and turn the assassins against Shadow but figure that he would fail and be forced to kill them. so he walked out of the house he had broken into and move off into the city where he could stay hidden for a few weeks.

Shadow sat down in a market store. he had tracked the assassins down and was now just waiting for them to get the message that he had sent them. he had sent a messenger to tell them to meet him in the market to talk about a contract that he needed help with.

Bio: in his quest to get revenge on Kalin Shadow spent some time training and more time building and perfecting his equipment. his skills have improve to levels that most assassins can only dream of. he is dead set on his goal and will let nothing get in his way.

This is the new shadow for when he comes back to the main group.
