Appearance: A tallish individual who is slightly overweight and has blue skin. He has piercing blue eyes and jet black hair.

Superpowers: Technomancy; the ability to control and influence anything that runs off electricity. Can control/influence no more than two devices (room for improvement?). Electrokinesis; the ability to harness and manipulate electricity. However, Conduit cannot produce it and can only hold enough to power a average sized generator.
Skills/ Talents: Conduit is trilingual, fluent in English, German, and French. He has a degree in Kinetics and has a mid-high IQ.
Equipment: Two wrist mounted electricity producers, a visor and earpieces hooked to a supercomputer, and an armored suit.
Weaknesses: Conduit is allergic to every known bug and hates being outside, almost to the point of agoraphobia. His arrogance has led him to often get into serious trouble. He also has poor social skills. Lastly, he is not particularly physically fit.
Psyche: An arrogant and ambitious individual, Conduit has an extreme lust for power. He has a shockingly poor way with people. Also, he trusts no one and is semi-sociopathic.
History: Conduit cane to the US from Germany a few years ago to seize the opportunity he saw to gain personal influence and greater power. He is definitely not a hero, but is not quite a villain either. He arrived shortly before the crisis in Cleveland, and traveled there soon after to take advantage of the chaos.

When it comes to people, it takes a long while for him to begin to interact freely with them. He prefers the company of animals.
