Sorry it took so long. We've been very busy with things.
Siegfried looked at the halfling, smiling. "We could always use some live bait." He joked, reaching to push her to the ground. As he glanced around, he noticed a woman passing by. He ran over to her, concerned. "Are you alright?" He'd ask, worriedly. "Do you need any help? A doctor?" He looked her over again with a smile. "What did you fight to make you look like this? Must have been fun."

Siegfried stood in front of the blacksmith's, waiting for it to open. After a while, he saw Robert headed his way. "Hello, new companion. What did the old man say?" He stood slightly relaxed, awaiting a reply from the man. "How many people are we gonna need? And how much are we getting paid?" He took a step toward Robert with a calm smile, arm extended to shake his hand once he was close enough. As Robert filled him in on the details, he listened intently. "Then it seems I need only wait for the blacksmith to open as I do need a new blade. Unless you'd rather I assist in gathering party members. You need only ask."
Siegfried smiled at Robert. "Great. Then we shall-" He was cut off by an old man, however, talking of a greater reward. "That bounty does sound nice. And the findings even greater. However, I seek more than treasure. There is a village near the beast's lair. Why not do both. We can rid the village of the basilisk before heading towards the mountain for the greater reward." He stood with a stretch and a smile. "We'll meet in the morning. I'll let you worry about the details since you're already asking. I have other things to do before I'm ready." As he left the Inn, he pulled out and opened his locket, looking at the pair of children in the photo. With a sigh, he snapped it shut and began heading towards the nearest blacksmith.
"Half the bounty." Siegfried said with a smirk. "We both leave happy, right?" Looking around, he frowned. "Normally, I wouldn't ask but what man can take on a Grand Basilisk alone? No actual bounty yet but there's much you can take from the beast once it's slain to sell in the market for a hefty price. It's venom is the priciest." He looked at Robert again with a smile. "And if you say it's from a Grand Basilisk, the price should be ten times the average basilisk venom price." He leaned his head back with a stretch. "You in? You can bring however many people you want. If you know any friends that'd be willing to fight alongside you, that is. I mean, this is a Grand Basilisk."
@KazeXDZ It's good that you've expanded your character sheet, but how come he doesn't know much about his history? How was it he defeated a dragon? Why does he keep pictures of his friends in a locket? Did they perish against the dragon? Was he the sole survivor of the attack? How has this loss affected him as a person?

Where did he learn to forge? Was that his father's trade back at the village he grew up in?

Also you can but a bastard grip on a broadsword as much as you want, but broadswords are only a but bigger than little shortswords, it would be better to just have a bastard sword.

He doesn't remember his history because he did take in a little dragon's blood, which messed with his brain.

He was trained by his grandfather in the art of dragon slaying.

He doesn't remember anything and he keeps the pictures to remember his name and who he's looking for. Nobody fought beside him when he went to confront the dragon.

He learned to forge while traveling to maintain his weapons and, if needed, forge new ones.

As for his sword, the blade is supposed to be the length of a bastard sword with the width of a broadsword. I did more research after making the character and haven't changed the CS yet.
Siegfried strode into the Crazy Cat Inn wearing a long, black cloak. After taking a seat beside Robert, he waved to a bar wench. "I want milk." he said plainly. Looking to the man beside him, he shrugged. "No sense drinking if you can't get drunk, am I right?" He nudged him lightly with a chuckle. Once his milk was brought to him, he chugged it quickly and slammed the mug down, a temporary white stain adorning his upper lip. He wiped it away with his sleeve as he looked at Robert again. "You look pretty strong. Think you can help me with a job?" He waited to see the man's reaction with a small smirk.
So, should I just have Siegfried walk up to the portal? Or did it already close?
Name: Siegfried Roanoke

Race: Human

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Appearance: Rowan is a tall man with a average frame and a muscular build. He has one icey blue eyes as well as upper-back length, black, messy hair. He's a pale-skin with a deep tan and scars covering his torso and arms. The strangest thing about his appearance is the birthmark on his forehead which resembles a third eye, one which becomes more prominent when he is more enraged. The last notable piece to his appearance is a brand on his upper right arm which resembles a jagged swirl.

Clothing/Armor: He wears red, tattered pants, a leather belt, a red, tattered shirt, leather boots and a black, tattered cloak. Over his clothes, he wears thin armor over his feet, shins and knees as well as bracers and a light chainmail. Around his neck he wears a circular locket with an ornate celtic design, inside of which is a picture of him as a child and a girl with their names, Siegfried and Brynhildr, scratched into the inside opposite the picture.

Weapons: Rowan wields a long broadsword with nothing special about it other than its extended handle, allowing him to switch from single hand and two hand wielding styles, which he keeps sheathed on the side of his backpack. His only other weapon is some sort of eastern dagger (similar to a scimitar) that he keeps sheathed at his left hip.

Alignment: NG

Skills/Abilities: He's proficient with longswords and bigger blades but has trouble with new weapons at first. He learns quickly how to use weapons. Very proficient at hunting and fishing as well as other survival skills. He knows how to work a forge well as he repairs his broken weapons and tries to keep the others from breaking.

Magic: The branding on his arm magically calls monsters and demons to him. Because of the dragon blood in him,

Backstory: He doesn't know much about his history other than the fact he's always fought monsters, his name and the girl. However, this is only a small part of the man.

When he was young, Siegfried spent much of his time running around the little northern village he'd grown up in with his best friend, Brynhildr. Other children would pick on him because he was smaller than them. Because of Brynhildr, he became braver, stronger and bigger. When he became of age, his village was attacked by a dragon, Fafnir, which he battled and defeated, accidentally swallowing a bit of the beast's blood and covering his wounds. Since then, he's been wandering, fighting, surviving, honing his skills and defending the weak.
