Project Misfit- Superpowered Fight to the Death

All over the world, people have been developing powers. Every since a new constellation called "Hyperia" appeared 5 years ago. Everytime a "star" falls from Hyperia, a new Hyperhumanoid, or "Superstar" appears. Many Superstars have been appearing, and by tracking the movements of the "Stars" as they fall, they can find the general area of the Superstar, possibly before they realize their abilities. They then wipe people's memories of the incident, leaving the general population thinking that people have been going missing for the past 5 years. A corrupt government group called "Division Z", has been gathering up all the Superstars, and placing them in deep cryogenic sleep. They shall be released into "Project Misfit", a battle to the death between Superstars.In the end, only seven will earn their freedom, but what will be the price?

Hyperia

Scientists have been trying to analyse Hyperia ever since it appeared, but to no avail. It resembles the milky way in appearance, but with many different coloured stars. Originally is covered most of the sky, but over the course of 5 years, the stars have slowly fallen and now it only covers about 1/4 of it. Nothing is known about this, except for the fact that star-like projectiles of various colours have been falling to earth, and seem to dissapear once they enter the atmosphere. After each one falls, one regular person becomes a Superstar, for reasons unknown.

Superstars

Superstars can be divided into many categories, however the main 4 are Apollo, Artemis, Vulcan, Hecate. The other categories are within these four. Superstars all have a slight change in appearance when they use their powers, their eyes glow slightly whatever colour their type is aligned with, and their hair may seem to turn iridescent. They have been hunted, killed, and experimented on for the first 2 years, and then for the last 3 years, the Z Division has been collecting Superstars for Project Misfit.

Apollo

Apollo is a type of Superstar. their glow colours are orange and yellow, and any shades of those colours. Their powers are revolved around life elements, some examples would be healing, controlling plants, water, etc.

Artemis

Artemis is a type of Superstar, their glow colours are blue and purple and any shades of those colours. Their powers are revolved around destructive elements such as curses, fire, weapons, and anything destructive.

Vulcan

Vulcan is a type of Superstar, their glow coulors are shades of red and black. Their powers revolve around physical abilities such as superstrength, flight, and any physical superhuman abilities.

Hecate

Hecate is a type of Superstar, their glow colours are shades of green and white. Their powers revolve around mental abilities such as telekinises, mind reading, and any mental superhuman abilities

Project Misfit

Recently established, it's purpose is unknown, run by a man named Augustus Green, who is thought to be mentally unstable. It is an underground city that will house Superstars, their powers will be nullified within city limits, and if they kill or injure eachother within these walls, they will be severely punished. Under the city is a winding, seemingly infinite set of tunnels called "The Arena", into which the Superstars will be released once every other week. Their powers instantly activate once inside, and it will quickly turn into a bloodbath, a fight for survival. Superstars will be forced deeper and deeper into the arena, and by the end of the week, when they are aloud back into the city, many won't make it back inside, and the war shall continue for them, until 2 weeks later when entry is allowed again. Only 7 Superstars will survive, and they will be soldiers, part of an elite team that will work for the military

Bio: She seems like just a regular highschool student. A nice girl, she keeps average grades and has a decent amount of friends. But that will all change when she is swooped into the world of the hybrids, mysterious people who have powers beyond Hanna's imagination. As the only human among them, she will soon learn the true meaning of friendship, and love, and tragedy. Her mother was killed by a home invader, Hanna was questioned but told the police that she hadnt been in when it happened. Her father walked out on her mother when she was pregnant, so Hanna has been living with her Aunt Lynda since. More TBR.

Personality: Nice, Intelligent, but by no means experienced. Until she meets the Hybrids, she is just a regular girl, going to a regular school and doing nice, normal regular things. However, she has always felt as if there was something missing. A deep crevice in her heart which nothing seemed to fill. Perhaps she will finally figure out what that is.

since im bored and there was a 3 character limit, im gonna begin working on my 3rd. (Tis not the one we spoke about in PMs, she wouldnt be much of an active character and more of a villian and plot point)

touched up both Hawk and Devon's sheets. No major changes, just touch ups, Devon I just wanted to make a little more clear on the range of his abilities etc.

He would take orders from whoever was in charge. Commanding officer sounds about right. Dont make them treat him like an ally though. Make them treat him like crap, like a worthless tool. It would be more realistic showing how he isn't welcome and only used as a tool and a weapon,and also show how deep the brainwashing is, as he wouldnt disagree with them at all, he would just respond with something like "I agree. I am her simply to serve the country. I am simply a tool."

Weakness: Lack of emotional surveying, he can only process intellectual and strategical stadpoints, and would not be able to predict a move such as self sacrifice or putting oneself in harms way at all for another. He has no emotional capacity at all. This is his fatal flaw. He also has a weakness for overloading of his brains capacity. A screen filled with random flashing and moving numbers and symbols and videos and pictures, etc. would overload his brain and he would lose coherency. This is because there is so many things to analyze at once, and they are all flashing and moving, that his brain would become caught up in it and be unable to function. This applies for a situation in which many people are moving in unpredictable patterns as well, and etc. He will also do anything to destroy hybrids due to his brainwashing, so if he deduces that he must be severely injured in order to injure another hybrid he would not hesitate to take action. this could result in blood loss, limb loss, or death. He is weak against earth elemental attacks also, due to him being an air elemental type. Hard melee attacks can knock a lot out of him, if you can hit him.

Weapon: He has an arsenal including four grapples (two per hand), throwing knives, 20 inch long steel retractable claws on his gloves, and a blade. He also carries one pistol that he can easily fire but chooses not to use that as he finds it harder to hit more than one enemy at once with a gun, and his specialty is hitting as fast and as many as possible. His computer-like mind can process up to 3x the amount of simultaneous tasks as normal humans, so he could be targeting multiple people at once while equally focusing on both of them even if they are doing completely different things. His mind controls the grapples so they go where he wants and latch on to who he wants when he wants.

Bio/personality: He is stoic and emotionless, and his brain works like a computer. his only goal is to exterminate other hybrids, this is because he was brainwashed and turned into the only successful hybrid supersoldier. He will stop at nothing to destroy all hybrids.
He was a regular human until the tests. He was 7 when he was abducted, and he was experimented on ruthlessly. He was born with his high mental capacity already, and instead of holding a grudge began considering it a gift. He became a prime subject in testing and he was raised by them, trained by them, and basically brainwashed by them to be a weapon against other hybrids. He doesnt use his powers much in a magical way, when he does he only uses them to increase his jumping range, weapon range, and to increase his general speed. This can get intense when he reaches the faster speeds, and an earth attack at this point could launch him into the air, leaving him vulnerable to other attacks.
