So, bringing us back on to the topic, under what circumstances will this start? Will we all already know each other and have grouped up?

I won't enforce a general standard, so that's up to individual players to decide what the relationships between their characters are. Brittlepond is a pretty small town, so the residents would likely already at least be aware of each other, but if you're someone who has run here from the capital then chances are you won't know anyone.

Lordaeron the aftermath is a cracking map for anyone who plays Warcraft 3.

Also, I know a lot of folks dont like Knaak, but I bloody love the war of the ancients and day of the dragon sagas.

@Viciousmarrow I would say its definitely worth a read.

As much as I HATE Hellfire Peninsular, I did enjoy BC as a whole. I miss those little things like ammo for hunters and learning specific weapon proficiencies. Made everything feel a bit more authentic, you know?

@Viciousmarrow Illidan is my favourite character in the Warcraft Universe (I suppose the avatar was probably a bit of a give away).

I've been reading through the novel Illidan which blizzard recently brought out, and (without spoiling anything) it clears up a lot of the dodgy stuff about what his motives were in BC and such. You get to see just how misunderstood the Betrayer is and its spectacular.

@Viciousmarrow I think some aspects of the timeline are a bit of a mess TBH. Blizzard's reason for Stormwind not sending troops to help in the fight against the Scourge is that they're dealing with the disagreement between the Stonemasons and the House of Nobles and the riots which sprung up around it, but as you say Stormwind should really have been finished for several years by that point.

Anyways, Norwyn looks rad. Feel free to move the Cassanova of Kul'Tiras to the CS tab.

@Viciousmarrow I have reservations about accepting Priest, mostly because the state of Stormwind is unclear during the third war, and I'm not entirely sure that the Stonemasons had formed the Defias Brotherhood by this point. If you rewrite his backstory and make him a native of Lordaeron, or a different kingdom then I'd be happy to approve the CS.

I think I've decided to switch to a more Rogue-ish character, simply because I can play that part better and I have more inspiration for it than a caster-type right now. xD Someone who will constantly hit on Beaudriyah, for better or worse...
