@ZAVAZggg I’m going to tentatively approve of that? If it’s uncommon that’s ideal but mostly I’m concerned about how that will mesh with some of the more conventional elements we’ve already established. Which of course we can explore in the course of the RP.

i prefer to RP casual but if you write more than a screenful at a time i probably can't keep up with you.
i work monday tuesday wednesday and saturday, play DnD on fridays and sometimes i'm just not around. if i’m afk for several days, i’m probably just working or depressed and you can always reach me by dm. i’ll pretty reliably check the site every night even if i don’t post anything.
usually i spend all day intrusively telling people about my plants. anyway please ask me about my plants i want to tell you about my plants

@ZAVAZggg So there’s active travel between these realms. Can you detail that out a little more? It feels significantly more high fantasy than would suit this setting; I hope I didn’t give you the wrong impression with my talk about realms. Our magic has been quite folkloric, sort of modern low fantasy with some higher moments, not completely fantastical.
@ZAVAZggg as far as I can tell they aren’t planning on coming back, tbqh i’m very happy to change the angel/demon lore they put forth if you have other ideas.
The way I understood it, the progenitors aren’t exactly an organized faction as much as they’re all really old and really powerful. Lucifer was a progenitor (I’m probably going to carry on RPing him in Hayli’s abscence) because he’s +6000 years old and a powerful shadow manipulator, for example.
As far as demons and angels go? I’m not sure. They’re probably much rarer than other creatures, and most people probably don’t even know they exist at all. I don’t think I care for a literal heaven and literal hell existing? Maybe something more abstract, like different realms or dimensions that supernatural creatures get cast from and they end up on earth?

@ZAVAZggg go ahead! But one cautionary note; be careful not to make an overpowered character. I’m very concerned with balancing strengths and weaknesses, so please keep that in mind. 😊

She pulled the legal pad out of the pile and removed the paper Hayato had written on, and put it in an empty folder. ”So find this creature for me, and maybe if you keep it quiet I won’t fax this to ICE. Here.” she returned the flip phone to him just as the female cop from earlier returned. ”No one is pressing charges, we’re done here. Could you escort Mr. Nijimura to the door?” the detective asked her calmly.
