Soooooo.... who wants to partner up xD?
Krien, who's your character and what deck?
Lyall Castellan, Lswarms. For more information, see here: http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/75945-yugioh-the-100th-annual-battle-city-tournament/ooc?page=13#post-2376516
Soooooo.... who wants to partner up xD?
I was thinking that maybe people who were a "third wheel" during the limo rides could team up with people who either came in by themselves, like in my case, or with other third wheelers.
So like... what do I have Lyall do? Team up with Kerykeion to do random stuff together xD? That would actually be pretty cool but really weird.
My reaction to Qliphags: I really want to know what the HELL Konami was on when they decided to make those shits...
That's what I'd hope for, yeah ^^. Sorry if it seemed I was accusing you of purposely metagaming or something, that wasn't my intention. And I know BAs can be pretty annoying. In the whole "Metagame Boss Rush" duels I did, the duel against them lasted for 20 minutes. Much thinking. Very deliberation. Wow.
I've had rogue beat meta before. My Evilswarm friend beat Qli players before, so you can't deny it.
Oh no, don't get me wrong I'm not denying anything. In fact, I actually had my friend duel me with all the current meta decks and I actually won every duel. Maybe it was a bit difficult, sure, but I did win.
You may as well have the strongest characters in the RP then since you're using decks that currently are meta, or upcoming meta in the case of Nekroz. I'm not going to lie, I don't really like facing either of the two decks you're using, but I guess I'll see what comes.
Oh really? I'm currently a Senior in high school. And it's fine lol, I'm sure I'll be able to find people similar to myself in college anyway, so no worries. As for the Lswarms, I prefer to use my version that uses both sides of the archetype. It's fun to use and has a few more options/combos to use than just solely going for Rank 4 plays (but this still is a substantial part of the deck of course). I've actually gotten it to work effectively, something a member here called UnendingEmpire can attest to, but I will admit that you sometimes draw useless cards or even hands in a worse case scenario. Pros far outweigh the con(s) for me though!
Well, it wasn't a duel. Just a discussion before classes began. There were a few things that we ended up agreeing on: -You run Evilswarms as Evilswarms with no Steelswarm tech; it clutters the deck a bit. -Rabbit engine is an option, but not mandatory. -Triple Thunderbird guarantees a monster on the field for later use in Ophion or something. Really annoying, mainly because banish and back to field over and over and over again on basically anything. 's about all the time we had to agree on stuff about.
Is this college or high school? Because if it's college then you've given me some hope for finding people I might have some stuff in common with once I graduate and everything. Now about the points... - So I'm not the only one who thinks Steelswarms and Evilswarms together are a good idea? I'm surprised, most of the stuff I've read about it online says otherwise. - Yes, and like I said before, I think it's pretty unreliable and usable only once or twice. - Just remember you can only use the effect of one Thunderbird whenever there's more than one on the field.
Post will be in T-approximately 5.5 hours sorry guys I lost all my pre written stuff and I have to go work
