@kidjab your wording is very hard to understand when you're talking about this kind of stuff so forgive me if i'm misunderstanding anything,
@NightmareInd @olcharlieboi tagging you in case you disagree
the DC universe is in no way linked with BNHA. using Green Lantern Power Batteries as an example is kinda just wrong in itself, as quirks/powers are indeed supernatural occurrences but falls strictly in the path of genetics, so it seems. Supernatural
objects and such should not be assumed plausible for this reason, as the unworldly aspect of this universe largely falls into the people living in it, give or take some advances in real world technology.
The problems are spanning in how you're trying to establish your quirk. Things such as you say the aerodynamics of my female character almost like a vacuum etc are part of her quirk, whereas what you're trying to explain is a machine that supposedly feeds your character's.
Because you want your quirk, seemingly, to be powered by surrounding forces you also want a normal power supply but for this you need a machine that just can't exist, this is a flaw with the quirk itself.
As an example, without this machine if you're fighting a giant robot with this quirk, it runs towards you and you draw from it's kinetic energy to create some kind of, i don't know, wall. For whatever reason. In doing this, you're taking that energy from the robot, and the robot will slow down/stop moving. Because you can't draw from something's mass, and Kinetic Energy depends on mass and velocity, you're gaining almost if not all of your quirk's power by draining velocity. Because of this, your idea of the infinite energy machine can't work because as soon as you draw power from it, the ball bearing or whatever is inside will stop, and the machine becomes useless.
My recommendation is to keep the energy structures, etc. However I personally would scrap the idea of a constant machine and just have it as a downside of the quirk that you need to draw the energy from somewhere.
However, if you would like a machine to draw things from as part of your hero suit, then I recommend a battery powered motor that can fit to your back like a propeller. That way you can almost use it as a jet propulsion for roller blades, and draw power from it for your quirk without having the machine stop, it would just use more of the battery's electricity (which as a downside would probably be best to have a finite supply).
I hope that was helpful
Edit: Simply put, the quirk can break physics ofc thats the point of them, the battle suit however has to be built by someone. So that kind of can't, and I haven't seen any incantations of one in BNHA so far where the suit breaks physics.
