Almond biscuits are good. My step-sister taught me the recipe and I adapted it so it would need less...almond things. Also known as the "I'm lazy and can't be bothered to look for ground almonds and whole almonds" way. But both taste the same and are just as nice, though mine might be a little lighter on the stomach. His recipes are sort of a "I found a recipe online, and I'll slowly make changes till I perfect it" sort of way. And they are all pretty good.

As for the eggy bread, it's nice. Don't know why it's called "french toast" as it is hardly french and hardly toasted. But ah well. What tastes good is good in my book. I can make homemade pancakes, both thin or scotch ones. The Scotch ones tend to have a thicker consistency and look like this.

The beauty of pancakes is being able to have any sort of things you want on it depending on how you feel though.

The food at Hogwarts always looks delicious. Especially the sweets from the Wizarding World, I mean...I'd love to try a pumpkin pasty, or a cauldron cake, and chocolate frogs would be so cool. I remember when the first movie came out my dad bought me some "Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans" ...And it was disgusting. They tasted pretty horrible, and there was no nice flavours. My luck must have been awful :C
I'm mostly in charge if my mum wants biscuits or anything sweet, her favourite has to be almond biscuits though. But my step-dad likes to make lots of home-cooked meals, especially ones that just require you stick it in the slow-cooker and let it stew for several hours whilst he's at work. He makes things like beef stew, chicken and ham soup, and sausage casserole.

I'm not really the dinner dish sort of person, the most I know is how to make pizza and lasagna...Maybe Pasta Bakes as well, but I think that one doesn't count because that's just boiling pasta and adding pasta bake sauce. I watched my dad and step-dad make burgers from scratch though... I'll have to try one day.

...All of these are hardly breakfast like though. I normally skip breakfast, but if I ever do something it's often just cereal. I did one time heat up some of these mini baguette things and they were so nice with just a poached egg on top. Because it was like a pre-made bread roll that hadn't been baked that had been frozen so essentially you had freshly cooked bread.

But if you want something easy for breakfast, if I can ever be bothered, I just break an egg or two in a bowl (I usually do two eggs if I have extra mouths to feed or just keep the extra in the fridge for later), whisk eggs, add milk and whisk again. Take two bread slices, cut them in half then dunk them in your egg + milk mixture separately then fry in a frying pan on both sides. Voila, french toast (Or eggy bread).
The holidays are always crazy, but that's an unwritten rule about Christmas. Everything is a little hectic in my house, even if we hardly do cooking / decorating. All the cooking is done on the day really.
Would be much better if the site didn't keep getting in the way of me sending out PMs to people.

How are you?
I'm pretty good. Little nervous, got a meeting tomorrow but here's hoping it all goes well. How are you?
All these site crashes, are of course, driving my muse up the wall.
Oh gee, I missed that wording of that she got them elongated, as in, she had it done by choice...

Derp. Still, it's not very good.
Maybe this is just me...

But is having elongated canines and thinking your a cat really a unique quality? Isn't that more like...a defect with her teeth and a mental health problem, rather than an power?
I want to be one of the patients being taken to the hospital~
I'd love to know when we can begin as well. We are going to have to just wait patiently it seems x3
