I would imagine since it's a hospital they are pretty pristine, with white walls and blue linoleum flooring. There is a single bed and also a chest for storing clothing which I'm not sure if that's going to be patient clothing (Like Hospital gowns/scrubs) or casual clothing. Personally, I would prefer casual clothing but if a patient has to report to the Medical Bay, they have to wear Patient Scrubs. There's also a single window which has security bars on the outside to stop people getting out and the window can only be open a bit because of this.
There's also a security camera in the corner, of course, but there isn't one in the adjoining bathroom. Also, given that Sophia is in a wheelchair, I imagine she has a few special living conditions (Like a bit extra space for her to move around in)
