hanzoMy theory is, older people have better handwriting because teachers taught handwriting classes in Elementary school. That is a lost art. My son, who is 14 years old cannot write in cursive at all. I ask him to sign a card for his aunt's birthday and I have to show him how to sign his own name before he can duplicate it.

How are they limited? I bought my first house through VA with no problem and then refinanced my second home through VA. What conditions are they setting that limit you?
