Work is kicking my ass to the point where I've maybe gotten fifteen hours of sleep over the course of about four days. Inspiration is hiding at the moment. I'm going to try to work on something for this thread this weekend.

I miss writing. Alot. Journaling is all well and good, but there's something about creative writing. I get excited about it! So, here's to a year of doing what excites me. It's time for a change.

Could we maybe say the Empire is tinkering with the idea so I don't have to rework Typhus and Aliden's backstories? They hate elves because their hometown was destroyed when the Margrave of the South tested cannons on the Emperor's behalf by blowing up their village. Maybe the cannons never worked again after that?
Well, Oromis, the leader of the army trying to conquer Tverios, has a magical flaming sword. Myra had a black iron, or true iron, blade and a buckler with a spike jutting out of it. Not sure about Aksel or Claes. Cannons do exist in the setting, though I have a feeling firearms don't exist yet.
It's a secret facility, duh lol. Going to try to get to work on my post later this week and this weekend.
I'll probably finish editing my most recent post by Friday and work on getting something up either this weekend or early next week.

@Eschatologist Speaking of pre-battle stuff, will Claes be sending Myra and friends orders at some point as to how to take the gatehouse? Maybe after Ryan or Vahir posts again?

You know what's funny? There are three names, Eschatologist. Bayaz, Longfoot, and Thond. Thond is an island that gets mentioned.
Well, that was...unpleasant. I'm going to go back and tinker with that post, but I'm out of time for tonight. It's too rough, and I really need to work on back-and-forth conversations between people. Gah, I want to fix it now, but I don't have time. Anyways, the main points are: Aksel is with Trooper Tahrez and heading to meet Claes and Myra is in position. I'll do write ups for Trooper Tahrez, Captains Tressida, Longfoot, and Kraven when I have a bit more time. I hate putting something up in that condition, but I have to go :( Anyways, see you all later.
