I respectfully disagree with that view.
With dexterity being the ability to hit 'fast and precisely' wouldn't Bloodtinge be redundant? In my interpretation, Bloodtinge was the overall 'thickness' and 'quality' of your dude's blood, and with higher Bloodtinge your blood-bullets turn more 'weighty'. With how firearms are usually used (And, by extension, what bloodtinge is good for) in the game, using your gun to stop enemy attacks, a thicker, weightier bullet would be more important then hitting in the right place.
Of course, I'm not the GM, I just wanted to get that out there. No offense intended, if I seemed bitchy.
