Also, just found some information on the RvB Wiki that mentions deleted scenes for Seasons 9 and 10 which suggest Utah did not die during training-- only nearly-- and Georgia is just MIA. So his body could have turned up somewhere and we just don't know it. I'm going to open those names back up.

Not a problem, Treue! Thanks for the heads up. Are you going to be switching your armor colors at all? I eventually intend to include a list of taken color combinations in the first post, so that anyone who joins after the start of the rp has a quick reference when they're making their characters. I'll just need to know your final combination so there isn't any overlap. =)

Edit: I have been literally stalking this website and the other places I've posted about needing people for the rp all day. Kind of distracting from my actual job-related work, but I am very excited to get this thing underway.

Awesome. =) I'm going to leave the OOC open until tomorrow to give Lost some time to work on Nevada and to give any other potentially interested parties the chance to post Character Sheets. After that, I'll get the rp set-up, so look for an opening post sometime tomorrow. I'll post a link in here, too, to make it easy to find.

Edit: The nice thing about this one is that we don't need all the characters from the get-go; if anyone wants to join after we've started, they just need to post a bio so we know who they are (and so I can make sure there's no overlap with other characters) and then they can join as if they've been there all along, just... elsewhere on the Mother of Invention.

You said his nickname was Noise. Someone had to have given the nickname to him, but I wasn't sure if that was a nickname he was given in the USMC or if it's one you wanted him to be given by other freelancers.

@ Lost - Hahaha, definitely reserve your state name, yes.

@ dereken - We can always use more! We're shorthanded atm. I like Illinois' nickname. Is Noise from pre-Freelancer military, or is it something he's going to earn early in the rp? If it's the latter case, I totally want Lizzy to come up with it (unless you have other plans).

Red vs Blue: Project Freelancer [Potential AU - Halo/Roosterteeth]

I'm not certain if everyone checks all of the interest threads, so I figured a placement in General couldn't hurt. I'm looking to pull together a group for a high casual Project Freelancer roleplay.

Setting: This roleplay will take place in the early days of Project Freelancer. The first batch or two of recruits have come in and been given their designations. The roleplay will follow the characters (preferably all OCs, though canon characters are cautiously welcome) through their training, missions, and the eventual downfall of Project Freelancer. AIs have not yet been introduced with the exception of the Alpha, who is not assigned to any one agent. Essentially, we are writing the parts of the project which were not seen in Red vs Blue through the eyes of some of the unseen freelancers from the series. Potentially an AU of Project Freelancer in the future. In the event of an AU, AI units would, of course, be welcome additions to freelancer stories.

Due to the timeline we're working with, the roleplay would be much more fun (and realistic!) with a solid handful or two of people involved. Here's a shout out to any RvB fans out there!

@ Treue - Cali sounds very much like a freelancer. :) It'll be an interesting first meeting!

To get a really good freelancer rp going, we're going to need a good handful of people, especially since we're in training days. With any luck, other Halo or RvB fans will sign up. I'll do some off-site hunting, see if I can find any interested parties before we start things off.

I'm good with options from any game. No restrictions! (Within reason, obviously. Anything in the games should be fine, though.)

Okay. Lizzy's bio is up as an example. I may have to adjust something in the history/personality sections later, but I'm about to run out for a few hours, so I'll quadruple-check it and alter when I get back.

I'm looking forward to seeing what you two choose!
