This is my first time roleplaying on this site, and everything around here seems so awesomely large in scale, so I thought I might just make a small, short RP. The setting would be classic to the genre, a moderately sized Japanese city where there have been an abnormally large number of monster attacks in recent history. Unbeknownst to the general population, there is a terrible evil headed for the city, and the monster attacks up until now have only been a warning.
Sensing apocalypse approaching, Fate decided to throw Evil a curveball in the form of four miraculous stones called "Fallen Stars". Without fail, each Fallen Star found a young girl in trouble and granted them incredible powers in exchange for forming a special, evil-hunting contract. Each girl was initially alone, but Fate drew them together, and as of recently they have officially formed a team of super-fighting middle-schoolers called the "Shooting Stars" (Placeholder). Under their protection, their city is perhaps not completely peaceful, but it is safe for the time being.
With the four girls united, they thought that there was no evil in the world that they could not beat. But everything changed when, just yesterday, a fifth Fallen Star fell to earth, bringing with it the fifth and final Magical Girl. This one, however, was unlike any of the others, in that her Star held within it a message from Fate itself. A dire warning, from beyond the stars.
"In one week, Apocalypse will reach the Earth. The Five Stars, united, are the only force that can hold it back. The path of Fate rests in your hands."
