Okihika Hanzo: “That power…I feel as though I have seen that somewhere before…I have been having a lot of visions about Okihika and Akihiko. Their names sound so similar…If he is truly the messiah that the ancient lord of the Kurai was looking for…then I have no choice but to slay him. But how do you slay something that has a high amount of dark energy that even my Hikari abilities cannot penetrate? If Okihika joins the dark lord...then I must call upon Junichi for answers.”

Amy Lirith: “Amy is my one of my roommates and has become a very dedicated student, though I believe she still needs to brush up on some of her abilities. I see that she is willing to lend a help in hand whenever she can and she is no push over either. But if I’m in danger I know there is at least one person I can truly count on.”

Yaozu Au-Yeung: “Yaozu-kun…is very dedicated in honing his skills but he is reckless. He tends to act without thinking which can get him in a lot of trouble. But I’ve seen him take full responsibility of his consequences. The thing I must ask of him is if he is willing to face his consequences head on then why does he insist on acting without considering those consequences? “

Hikaru Yoshino: “He comes off as if he is very passive but I have not really seen him in combat much. Whenever I asked him to show me what he has learned there is always an excuse…Makes me wonder if he is taking his training seriously. Then again I knew someone like Hikaru once and in the end, he was just hiding his true potential. Perhaps that is the case with Hikaru?”

Hamano Kaori: “Kaori-chan is…unpredictable I must say. I’ve caught her snoozing in class but she always reassured me that she was listening…somehow…and proves it. She doesn’t talk much either but at the same time…she is incredibly intuitive. I have to keep an eye out for that one. Her aura is of the Kurai…but there is something that I sense within her that I also sense in Okihika as well though hers is a bit faint. Perhaps I am just overreacting.”

Hitomi Matsumoto: “Hitomi is also my roommate but she is very mature for her age. She seems to enjoy her quiet time which I don’t blame her for but she seems a bit detached from a lot of the students which I can relate to. Being the vanguard of the forbidden spell is harsh enough knowing you have constant visions while trying to live a normal life…but how does she seem so confident when things go wrong? Maybe I too can learn a lot from her.

Yoshito Nambu: “I believe Yoshito is the youngest of my students and seems to be extremely independent. He is pretty smart and confident for a boy his age and I think that as he gets older he has the potential of becoming the best warrior this school has ever seen. His skills are well tuned and it makes me think if he received a special type of training. I notice a lot of his techniques which are not mostly taught in Ashville. He has very high potential indeed.”

Yori Shinya: ”I believe is by far the most unique out of everyone that I have known. He is the first person I have seen who used both the Hikari and the Kurai creating a balanced effect in his abilities. I have never seen such a thing. He is incredibly talented but he lacks honing that balance. I think that is why he decided to join the school. He seems calm which is good for any shinobi to remember. Having a clear mind is the first thing you should do to perfect your skills. I will see where this takes him.”

Victorique Winterfield: “She tends to strike me as overly confident which isn’t necessarily a bad thing if used correctly. Her stealth abilities are wonderful and she definitely has the potential of being an excellent assassin. Like myself, I also noticed that she too uses Kenjutsu but her technique is a step shorter than what I have learned. Her footing is off key in some instances and she tends to raise her shoulders more when holding her sword and kunai. I will ask her for more sparring matches in the future.

Fumiko Kazumi: “……No words can describe her cynical omen that has caused many deaths generations ago. I cannot believe she has returned to our world and infiltrated the school under my nose. Luckily she lost a lot of her ancient abilities which buys us some time though I would still never underestimate her. The spirit of my ancestor Junichi seems to call for assistance against her and I will do everything I can to put an end to her life.”

Briefing:
The village of Tanohata has been taken over by bandits! The village was peaceful and well known for sending caravans full of foods to nearby towns. Just a few days ago a group of low-down dirty criminals made their way into our village and decided to seize everything for themselves. Their leader Is a man named Risuri Ogu. Please shinobi of Mikado Daigaku help us take our village back!

Are you guys ready for a time skip or would you guys rather wait?

With each time skip I will provide a brief summary of what happened that day including important events that were not finished and how they concluded in the OP of the OOC. That will help with understanding where we are in the story and will also keep newcomers updated.

I'm also thinking about doing my own character relationship sheet :)

The boy was surely not what she expected. He was skinnier than Akihiko and ignorant. Lady Kazumi simply looked the boy in his eyes as he spoke. She could detect the sheer confusion within him, acknowledging that the boy did not know of the power that dwells inside of him. Did he know that Akihiko called out to his soul from the dark portal he was trapped in? Did he know that he was next in line to take his place? Then she remembered Akihiko’s final words before he disappeared along with Junichi.

“I will return to this world once again when my dark energy sense someone who is worthy of my spiritual essence. One day…the resurrection will begin with the Nisshoku is imminent. My love will not wait long” Akihiko said while stroking her cheek.

Lady Kazumi smiled at the boy hearing of his potential through mysterious contacts. She was notified of his existence and that he was potentially the vessel that Akihiko spoke of. But when she saw Okihika for the first time she could sense his power. Yes…the stories were true. A dark presence resides in his heart that he has not fully awakened yet. He does not know of what power he possesses.

She simply smiled and entered his room without saying anything. The ones who followed her entered as well, keeping Hanzo at bay. One of the guards quickly dashed forward at Yoshito and held his blade at the kid’s throat then paused when Kazumi looked at her guard. The man nodded to her and lowered his sword, turning his back to the wall facing the entire room; the rest of her guards did the same. As she walked around the room she ran her hands gently across the furnishings, getting a good feel of the material used to make them. Afterwards, she stopped and faced him.

“Poor boy, you do not know who you truly are do you?” she said.

Suddenly, her eyes snapped to the right and felt a presence searching for her.

“We are being followed.” Kazumi finished.

Sin’chi was roaming down the halls and paused for second because he detected the energy of two others approaching. He shook his head and knew it was the girls following him. Turning around he did not see them but he could feel them.

“I thought I told you two to stay put. Go warn Kaori, Hikaru and Victorique that there is a dangerous presence here. I want you all to stay hidden, understand? This is the final warning.” Hajime demanded.

He then turned around and continued searching for Lady Kazumi. It was difficult finding her because unlike the others her energy levels were non-existent. Her being is well ancient and she knew things from the days of old that many in this new generation did not. But he had to find her…he just had to!

I'm going to see how the activity goes and if it doesn't get going I'm going to re-open submissions.

Also the first mission will be a rank D. There will only be one mission at this time that we can all tackle together as a group. Call it a field trip lol. And I will allocate points to those who decide to learn a different skill or ability. The first skill or ability you choose can be completed at eight points. Even if you don't choose to learn a different skill or ability, at least you have completed your first mission and you will be on your path to achieving rank C.

The first mission will be an example of how this will all play out. In short, I will give points alone without the volunteers, we can take the mission together in a group just to show you all how this will be done.
