Yes, definitely. It's very much like that
THE MEEK

The world has been destroyed. Ripped to shreds by nuclear war that broke out hundreds of years ago, everything changed forever. Humans are an endangered species. Africa is a tundra, Australia is a rainforest, and Canada is a desert wasteland.
All those years ago, a family and their two neighbours, who were apocalypse fanatics, piled into a nuclear bunker and survived the fallout. All these years later, the bunker is inhabited by a small civilization of people, all distantly related to the original founders. But when a murder happens for the first time in hundreds of years, the leaders decide to open the door and escape the killer inside.
You are a survivor from The Bunker. Emerging from the tunnel you find a garage with the roof torn off, and a burned down ancient house. Not far away a scientist's laboratory lies, with all of his seemingly mystical inventions calling to the group of survivors. Mutated humans dominate the land, threatening your every move.

The Meek have inherited the earth.

Notes: This is an entirely customizable world. Players can create their own places, races, and factions. Players can play as one of the Bunker Survivors, or as their own mutated race that comes across the laboratory. The lab will be a starting point where characters will get their personal inventions (devices with immense power), and then they can explore the world as other players create it.

@Otaku95 I'm hoping that people actually don't rapidly post so that people in different time zones have the chance to catch up
Elizabeth loves events! Especially if she doesn't have to do anything herself!

I could join as well but this site is dead.

I don't find it dead. I do find, however, that it's difficult to keep a role play going unless you have a stable group of people that don't post too frequently or too infrequently to make up for time zones and schedules etc.
Bump?
Felix

The sound of the Master's roar brought Felix to a screeching halt, standing right in front of Belle. The ice began to rise up through the halls, and he knew something had gone horribly wrong. When the masters lost control, bad things happened. He thought back to when Faris vanished, and shuddered. All his feline hairs stood on end, and his monocle fogged up, cracking. He shook it off, forgoing his attempt to look regal. Fear morphed his face into a scaredy cat.

Faris

Faris heard the scream, and the attic went dark. His brother had freaked out before, and Faris didn't want to be found. If anyone was on the top floor, they would see shadowy fog pouring slowly from the cracks in the attic trap door.
Naime of Summer

Naime took the fruit gently, and took a slow bite as she walked. So this was what summer was about. Generosity? These people all gave, gave, gave, but all Naime knew how to do was take. She gave the fruit back quickly, feeing guilty that she had taken it from the little girl. It was men she wanted to steal from, not innocent children. She would have plenty of time to manipulate people at court. For now, maybe she could enjoy the sights. She couldn't remember when the last time was that she had just enjoyed something. She thought for a moment, and then spoke, addressing nobody in particular.
"I wonder what's gonna happen in court today?"
