Kai was between embarrassment and discomfort, especially when Risu skipped her an through his and they began to walk. He wasn't used to this much attention, but he'd left his umbrella at home, trying to avoid his grandfather.
"This thing is huge" he said, stating up at it.
"And strong," Risu responded with a grin. "It's reenforced so it doesn't get turned inside out."
He nodded, "sounds like a weapon."
She shook her head and they headed back inside, depositing the weapon to try off and changing their shoes for their indoor one.
Head inside for lunch, Kai found the corridor rather full of conversion. He walked faster, Risu having let goof him when they'd gotten inside. He saw good who thought themselves hard chatting away to girls.
"Wait," Risu said, and he realised he'd been too hasty and Risu had fallen behind.
He wanted for her to catch up and they headed to their home room to eat lunch. Kai had no intention of sharing Risu's company.
