A woman stood in the marketplace of Haven, her red hair tied back into a braid and allowed to fall down her back, just barely brushing her shoulder blades. Her eyes, bright as embers, gazed intently upon the stall that was selling glazed pastries. Her stomach growled loudly and she wrapped her arms around her midsection in hopes of making the sound less frightening and obnoxious, but to no avail. Crap... I ran out of food money, too... She thought to herself before she summoned a small mechanical creature from her satchel. Tapping on the pocket watch around her neck once, she muttered a short verse under her breath, "Be my angel, speak to me, Mercury!" With those few words whispered from her lips, the small ball of gears and metal untwisted itself to reveal a small mechanical squirrel. She grinned when he crawled up her chest to give her a "kiss" on the chin. "There's my good boy."

With a twirl of her finger, the creature gazed at the stall that she had been thinking of, and without needing to be told, it darted between the feet of the small crowd of people. I'd best find someplace to hide if someone senses my magic. Not like they'll be able to keep track of him in the first place. She made her way through the throng of people and hid in a back alley, the shadows covering her enough that she wouldn't be noticed if she didn't move or make a sound. Just as she got into place, a woman with a scimitar and shield walked past her. Did she have a... Fairy Tail guild mark? She wondered, but couldn't give up the hiding place that she had made as her own. Little did she know that it was one of Sanguin's clones. What is a Fairy doing here in Haven? The last time I checked their job board, there were no problems here... But perhaps... Maybe that's why Mercury was acting a little strange before I put him to sleep?

Just as the thought ran through her mind, she felt claws run up her leg and on her satchel sat Mercury himself. With a large glazed roll in his mouth, he held it out for her with his teeth. She grinned and took it from him, scratching the top of his metal head with her free hand while the other stuffed the roll straight into her face. Her hunger merely faded, but it was still prominent. I can't make him go get me another one. Not when there are goody-two-shoes running around this joint. When the mechanical squirrel began to shiver, she patted him on the head before whispering, "I want you to search out a girl with a scimitar and shield, alright? Just scout her out and follow her until I can tell what she's doing. Thank you so much, Mercury!"

He jumped from her shoulder and climbed up to the top of one of the roofs before making his way towards the main road, catching sight of his quarry as well as another Fairy Tail member. He stood at the edge of the roof, acting as an ornament, but his eyes focused in on Sanguin and Ben. His mistress wanted answers, and she was going to get them one way or another. His tiny, mechanical heart beat rapidly in his chest and the rancid magic that filled the air made him shiver once again. A quiver here and a shiver there might not be enough to get their attention on him, but it was enough to be slightly unsettling.

So far everyone is just at the Guild Hall. There are rumours of a monster terrorizing a small town and the leader of that town happens to be an old comrade of the Guildmaster. Said Guildmaster has also just announced that he has asked another old friend to replace him as master. So far there are 3 people going to Haven to investigate the incidents and that's about it. I need to write up some more requests on the board when I'm not busy. I might try and do that soon though so we can get this going. Also it's unfortunate you can't join us Death, but yeah I know the feeling of being overwhelmed by work. My life right now. Also we have another plant mage hooray. Leef is accepted.

Hey, I'd hate to buy you, but have you checked out gym character's CS yet? I've been waiting on a response for a couple of days now. T_T

Amira read the sheet of paper when he held it out to her, taking it from his unfeeling grasp as gently as she could. When he snatched it back, she felt a little sorrow--but then again, a little was simply an understatement. Tears welled up in her eyes and began to pour over, showing her ability to feel to the greatest extent, only that she didn't care. Although he was simply a research android, and an old one at that, she felt like she could trust him in the slightest. Or perhaps she was programmed to trust easily whichever was the case, she didn't care. "I-I'm so sorry that I can't do anything for you, friend." She wiped away the tears and tried to make herself look composed once again, but she still looked shaken.

"I know that you probably have a master and need to return, so... Might I ask to be your GPS? I have the entire world mapped out in my head." She wanted nothing more than to help him. Mostly because she knew how it felt to be left alone and helpless in this forsaken hellhole. "Or if you know where to get repaired, I can perhaps help you there. I don't know if I'll be much help in general, but I can try my best."
Fawn immediately felt relieved when the woman's touch revealed that she was a Winter Fey. Praise the Old Ones... She quickly regrouped all of the music into a single, near pile before hugging it against her flatter chest. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Eira." She said this with a cheery grin before she returned the gesture, "I'm Fawn here in the mortal realm." When the woman noted 'passers through', she began to wonder if she'd been misled on how many of the Fey resided within this town. She found it peculiar and couldn't help but want to kick herself in the butt for being so ignorant. If she'd missed one or more of her kin, then she didnt even want to think about how many Summer Fey lived here as well.

"I've actually lived here for several years now." She said in an unsure tone. "I mean, I feel slightly guilty for not knowing that you were here, but even those of us in the Higher Court have our moments." Suddenly, she sensed that it wouldn't be a good idea to bring up such formalities in the mortal realm. She quickly added, "But where I stand is besides the point. It's a pleasure to meet you, Eira, and if you're coming to the festival--stop by the music booth!"

She then darted around the girl with a kind smile and a bob of her head. She should know better than to talk of such things out in the open, but then again, mortals rarely listened to matters that didn't concern them. She continued to her booth and set up the guitar and violin, making sure the sheet music and books were displayed for all to see. Please don't let a fight break out between the Fey today...
True that!
Fawn walked straight into Eira on her way to the music stall of the festival, carrying books of music, a guitar and violin on her back, and multiple other items such as tuners. The moment that she made contact with the other woman, she dropped a good portion of it. Had she been a bystander, it may have been rather comical, but alas, it wasn't and there were sheets of music being carried away by the breeze. "Ah! No!" She gasped in panic as she grabbed a couple of them before they flew into the gale. The moment that she felt like she had regained enough of her things, she looked to the woman, "I am so sorry!"

She set a good portion of the things down and reached out to help the young woman up. That's when she sensed it. Fey. She knew this immediately by coming into close enough contact with her. She nearly took her hand back, but knew that whether or not this girl was of her kin or Summer, she still had an appearance that she had to keep up if she wanted to continue living in this part of the mortal realm. Whether this woman was smart enough to notice that she was also a Fey, too, was up to her.

"I-I've been rather clumsy as of late and I most definitely wasn't watching where I was going!" She said quickly, her mind only partially on the task at hand and the other half was hoping that she would take her hand long enough that she could discern what type of Fey that she was.
A post is a post! XDD

Haha, of course we're still accepting, silly! ^_^
Yup, it's kinda sad. XDD
As a college student, I completely understand the feeling of there being hardly any free time, but then again, there's more than normal. XDD
