age 26
Bio
Vivian does not have much of a memory of her early life. From what she had gathered from stories, her parents had arrived in her quiet home town when Vivian was only a few months old. Both parents were writers, her mother wrote for a local newspaper, usually crime reports when there were any; but her father was more prone to travel for his work. For the most part, Vivian didn't always see much of her father. Without notice, he would load up his truck, give Vivian a kiss on the forehead and then disappear for months. Her mother seem the most uneasy during these times. But to her relief, dad always came back with all these stories of life on the road. Her childhood wasn't always perfect, her parents did tend to argue a lot especially about her father's job, but at the end of the day they were happy. It was when Vivian was six that her life was torn from her. She only remember her final moments with her family in fragments, they were driving somewhere....it was dark and the snow was heavy. Then, her mom was screaming, the car thrown from the road, her mother pulling Vivian from the car, then so much blood.
The final report was black ice caused the accident, the impact killed Vivan's father on impact, but her mother had pulled Vivian from the car before expiring due to her injuries. They had found Vivian clutched tightly under her mother, as if the women had shield Vivian from something in her final moments of life. One problem with the Banister case however, the officers on scene noticed wounds made into Vivian's mother that only a wild animal could make, but there was no sign of animal life at the scene nor was one found.
Vivian was placed in the care of the man her parents had named to be god father, Ron Reid. Ron was one of the officers on the scene the night of her parents death, and was the one who pulled a dazed Vivian from her mother's cold arms. Though he tend to be distant at times, Ron became a second father to Vivian. He taught her how to hunt deer and other game, and his stories as an officer was what inspired her to become one herself. Now 26, she works in the same small town that has sheltered her these many years, but lately she has begun to wonder what else is out there.
personality: Growing up around cops help toughen up Vivian, her sense of humor is even a little more on the inappropriate and darker side. She knows how to put on a stone face thanks to her training, but tends to get her temper get the best of her. Smoker will calm that temper, but god help the son of a bitch that gets on her bad side when shes out of smokes.
