@mdk Well don't choose based on the person speaking it. Everyone has their favorite personalities. But what do you feel about the subject at hand? :P Or do you not have any opinion?

...wait there's a topic at hand? Share?
Actually, there's a recent debate Ben Shapiro got into between Tucker Carlson, on automation and jobs lost from it. And I think he slightly misrepresented what Carlson was saying. And I'm not entirely sure I agree with some of the statements said. Or at least think it could be contended. No one is perfect. But when the progressive left has nobody like Shapiro or Crowder, all they can do is discredit him through something about his identity, label them. Not actually talk about what he's incorrect about. Like other real conservatives have done before.

Tucker's fun and all, but if you're asking me to choose, only one of these options is owned by Fox News.

Anyway I only ever get the highlights from either talking head, so I'm not sure if that counts as "knowing what I'm talking about." But from my limited exposure I'll err on the side of Shapiro, easily.
My understanding of Ben Shapiro is he is probably the best in a line of conservative 'reaction lawyers.' I.E. the right wing solution to the liberal Late Night hosts. And while the things he says are not wrong, he still does not necessarily prove any conservative points and mostly just checks whatever leftist claims he can. Steven Crowder is like a less intelligent, less popular version of him. I don't exactly respect any of them, even of Shapiro isn't an idiot. He's still more of a lawyer for the idealogy than any kind of political activist.

Ben Shapiro is better and more correct than Trump and/or the GOP at large. I dunno if there's anyone in politics (or political theater, I guess you have to say) more reasoned than he is, and I respect the hell out of that.

Dunno if THUG LIFE is a winning strategy in the long run, but hey, Trump is president, so......?
Anything I show you, youd just call 'fake news'. challenging your conformation bias for lauren southern is something I'm not equppied to do.

OR, we could try civil conversation.

I wonder what could color their judgement?

I see what you did there.

...nevermind. We're still doing that. Y'all just go ahead and get it out of your system. I'll try again later.
She got kicked from the country because she's an extremist whos engaged in borderline terrorist activities with an white nationalist group.

Such as?
I really should write an analogue to the Left Behind novels where all these hilarious right wing fever dreams come to pass. She wandered through the bombed out streets of Qubec where the lynch mobs hunted for all those who had refused to bow to sharia law. If only the decrepit socialists had heeded the cries of The Great Matyr. With reverent fingers she touched the forbidden scrap of orange cloth concealed deep in her robes and bitterly repented having ever been foolish enough to believe the poisonous lies of academics and university lectures....

It writes itself! Of course given the prospective readership I'd be banking pretty heavily on a pilgrims progress effect.

edit: ya know, before I deleted everything I wrote and posted a funny video, this was ALMOST a relevant response. Well, now it's a funny video.
You're acting like we literally 'let them back in to go free' dropping them in the nearest public park with a free hand grenade and an AK-47.

That's more Canada's deal.

The UK is a democratic country and obviously not everyone speaks for everyone, but at least some of the leaders there know the stakes. I can't find it NOW, but I read one of BBC's in-depth stories about the de-radicalization strategies y'all have running, and I have mixed feelings about how realistic the goals are, but it honestly sounds like the UK has its head on straight on this whole terrorism game (and why not, they've been in GWOT as long as us, as hard as us, on just as personal a level as us, it follows that the government is plenty serious).

I think the censorship argument is worth having though. There's a loooooot of arrests over what should be free speech, to this American's eyes.
@mdk is Blitz playing on a tablet?

He swiped my mother's iPad when she came down to visit and I got the whole scene as an imagur album.
