It is just a pain and will often most multiple times.

Hopefully Mahz will fix it soon.

Jack shook his head at the Doctor and his behavior. The strange TARDIS sounds were already forgotten as he made his way to the door and opened it. "No one trying to kill us, I think you're safe Doctor."
Jack frowned listening to the sound of the TARDIS, it was different. He did not say anything instead just filing it to the back of his mind. He turned to the Doctor. "I have my running shoes on. I think that means I am prepared for just about anything Doctor." He looked towards the doors. "I bet there is a world just waiting to be saved out there."
Jack grinned at the manic Doctor. "Sounds good to me!" He caught the Doctor's arm. "I've missed this," He admitted. The future looked bright now that he was back with the Time Lord.
"Jacky? I am not Rose's mother." He walked around the console running his fingers over its smooth surface. "Where to start? I have been stuck in the past for so long. I think it is time I went somewhere else, anywhere else. Somewhere futuristic. Somewhere I can feel more at home. Let's have an adventure."
Jack looked up when the Doctor entered but could not stop himself from admiring the Doctor's body. "A little over a day." He stood up. "You look good Doctor, really good." The Captain buried his hands into his pockets. "Are you feeling better?" He asked with obvious care and concern for the Time Lord.
Jack had left the Doctor to rest. He himself wondered the halls of the TARDIS in search of his old room, some of his most precious memories were kept in there. Memories of Rose and of Martha. Of better times, before he became a monster. Finally, giving up on finding the room he returned to the control room and sat in the seat by the console.
Jack knew he would have to tell the Doctor what had happened. But now was not the time. First he had to look after the Doctor since he had obviously had a rough regeneration. "I've got you." He assured the Doctor. Lifting the unconscious body he carried the Time Lord down one of the hallways and as always the TARDIS provided a bedroom to meet his needs. Gently Jack lay the Doctor down.
