Mikkish chuckled when he noticed the tiny girl (otherwise known as Bara) shout with enthusiasm, which was met with an awkward silence from everyone else. He knew he wasn't the only one in his situation. In fact, if he were to bet, he would say most of the others on this aircraft were here to avoid jail or some other awful fate.
But was that what Maniacles was doing? Sending a bunch of criminals to Hogwarts to learn witchcraft and wizardry and rescue the fucking elves or something?
"Hey," He said to Bara, unable to contain the amused smirk on his face "Watch out for her" He pointed to another girl (Maryln).
"She's the type that'll kick your ass n rob you. I know the type when I see one"
But Mikkish lacked this skill. He was making shit up to stir up trouble just for laughs, as was typical of him.

So about the gun dealing/smuggling, it would make sense for this universe because while open carry firearms are now legal in most places, its still restricted to pistols and non-automatic shotguns and rifles. If someone wants an automatic pistol, they need a permit and they are very expensive. If someone wants an automatic rifle, mashinegun, or laser rifle (yes, those exist in this world) thats illegal.
Oops. I forgot to mention laser weapons, didn't I?
Anyways, I don't see any problems. Accepted.

As the engine of the helicopter hummed and the blades chopped through the air, Mikkish sat and went over in his head how he wound up in this situation. Maniacles Corporation was quite innovative, so the helicopter they were in looked futuristic, not unlike those vertibirds from Fallout.
Maniacles was supposedly the reason guns were now so cheap, and affordable to anyone. His own glock was only $50. When they weren't selling and manufacturing guns and other technology they were hiring and selling mercenaries for wars overseas.
Yes, there were wars, even despite the Pests. Mikkish reluctantly worked a fast food grill and killed god knows how many Pests in his life. As far back as he remembered, everyone owned a gun, a pistol at least. He himself kinda sucked as a marksman, being gifted in hand to hand combat instead, his form resembling MMA, but having acquired his skill through experience.
He wondered what they were off to go study. What "magic?" Clearly it was meant for young people. Would it be college like? He always wanted to go to University, but never could scrape up the money. He looked around at the others in the big helicopter, and wondered what was up with them.

Accepted. I considered not allowing the dog to come with her, as Maniacles wouldn't but I think it would be funny if the dog wound up coming along anyway. You may post it to the characters tab.

Origin: Small town Georgia
Appearance: 6'0 tall, skin is sun-kissed, and body is kinda scrawny but with a bit of muscle showing, you could call him "lean". A scar runs across his right cheek, his light blonde hair is thick and falls to the nape of his neck, scruffy chin and face, bright green eyes. Style is between thug and prep, if you can imagine. Mikkish has a handsome face, but a bastard's grin. Has a pentagram tattoo on his shoulder, from his more edgy days.
Skills:
* Excellent hand to hand fighter, mostly from experience.
* An awesome cook.
* Can drink most people under the table.
Reason for joining: Killed a psycho who was stalking a girl he had a crush on. For the record, this guy had a gun, was about to shoot Mikkish and do god-knows what to the girl, but this scenario ended with Mikkish beating the man to death. Mikkish was about to be charged with murder, when an agent of Maniacles came to his holding cell...

*Decent with first aid
*Great singer
Reason for joining: It was always his dream to join Maniacles as a mercenary, but his parents always insisted he try and be a doctor, which he honestly had no interest in. When he saw the job ad, he thought it was too good to be true, but when he took it to an actual Maniacles recruiter, he figured life was too short to continue letting other people dictate his choices, so he signed up for what he thinks will be his dream job.
Other: S&W .40 Pistol
Age: 19
