@Kenshi When the elevator doors opened, there was a crew of corporate suits gawking at Elvis. The suits looked around at each other as if to ask one another what was going on, but nobody had an answer.

"Yeah. You ain't nothing but a hound dog." Said one guy happily "I guess the new management has a sense of humor anyway."

@ZAVAZggg@Dark Cloud Jesse noticed the sudden storm. It had been a clear day up to the point Merlin cast his spell. He looked at Rick.

“There’s a lead.” He said, heading outside and noticing how the storm swirled around the top of the tallest skyscraper. It was a beautiful building to him. He had never seen such a structure that wasn’t in ruins. This was no time to gawk, however.

“Come on.” He said to Rick as he started running to the building.

@Dark Cloud@ZAVAZggg Despite how disconnected Jesse seemed, he totally understood the joke and let out an equally amused laugh, not even thinking about Zyx being a god. He believed in gods, but didn’t like them. Zyx’ behavior didn’t help either.

“Alright man we have some cultists to catch.” He said, still smirking “He says they can be anywhere. I bet there’s at least one in this shop.”

@ZAVAZggg@Dark Cloud Jesse recalled every Nordic rune he remembered from the books he had read. There were few still intact where he was from, but he read parts about medieval Europe and the Norse in particular voraciously.

He was mildly annoyed by Rick’s impatience when they had so few leads, but he had met much more difficult characters in Culrud. When he saw a woman turn into a ring, he paused in astonishment, but remembered Zyx didn’t like answering questions. He turned to Rick.

“Are they gods?”

Also, if they’re bullet dodging assholes like you we need to know some trick to beating them.” Jesse had never seen anyone move as fast as Zyx.
