Pokemon normally evolved by trade will likely be evolved in certain areas (those areas being a bit far into the map), and yeah, you'll be able to teach your pokemon special moves via tutors, but the starters won't have egg moves.
@Ryougu Looks fine but the starters won't have egg moves, sorry. Although i'll likely incorperate a more vast set of tutor moves for certain pokemon.
