Was it? Sorry, I'm new to this, and, so far, completely lost. My bad. :P
Interested!
This sounds really fun! I think I might be interested... :)
If there is still a free Beauty position, here is my application! :D

Appearance: Katherine is a very beautiful woman, but her personality scares off practically all of her possible suitors. She is medium-height, with an intimidating air that makes her seem far taller than she actually is, and a slender, leaner figure than most of the wealthy women in her town, many of whom are encouraged to avoid eating and exercising in order to obtain that 'dainty' and 'feminine' figure. She is also slightly more suntanned than most of the upper-class women, as, whilst the elegant and fluttery ladies of her social class tend to stride beneath the protection of parasols, she prefers to run and ride in the sun. Because of this, her skin is a fair olive, rather than an ivory porcelain, like the complexions of her six beautiful sisters. Katherine's face is oval-shaped, with a softly pointed chin and high cheekbones which are defined without being sharp. Her teeth are naturally straight, and her lips are soft and rosy. Her eyes differ from those of her sisters, all of whom have large, doe-like eyes with sapphire irises. Her own eyes are in fact shaped like almonds, with dark, mossy irises littered with flecks of gold, much like a forest floor in autumn, when the golden leaves have just begun to fall from their trees, and scatter across the emerald forest floor. Her lashes are thick and dark, and her eyebrows neatly arched. Her hair is warm auburn in colour, and, when not tied up as it so often is, falls over her shoulders like liquid copper, shimmering and silken, in slightly wild waves. She rarely wears dresses, as she loathes them, and the restrictions they tend to provide.

Name: Katherine Isabel Baudelaire

Nickname: Well, she never really had a nickname, but the children of her family's business associates always giggle and mutter about her behind her back, usually dubbing her with names such as 'Shrew' and 'Vampire'. They mean these as insults, but Katherine has always taken them in her stride.

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Likes: Horse-riding; fencing; archery; painting (although she admits she is hardly Van Gogh); reading; running; poetry (secretly), animals; writing; her sister, Melody.

Dislikes: Sexism (something that is all too common in her town); her father; her other six sisters; being told what to do; arrogant people (making her almost a hypocrite, depending on your point of view).

Personality: "Oh, if only Katherine was delicate! If only she were feminine! If only she was delicate! Naive! Sweet-natured! Soft-hearted!" So were the woes of Katherine's family before she was offered up as one of the four sacrifices to the beasts. She was not really surprised to be selected, and, although she sensed guilt in her father, she also sensed relief.
Katherine is the shrew of her home town, and, since she grew old enough to speak for herself, she always has been. Although many a man that catches sight of her finds his heart aflutter with desire, they are practically always deterred by her cold glare, and her sharp tongue. Her beauty leaves little to be desired, but nor does her fiery wit, and so only the bravest and boldest and stupidest of individuals dare approach her with romantic intention, and even they soon learn that she would much rather chug down a barrel of poison that be betrothed or romantically connected to anyone.
Upon sharing a conversation with Katherine, one could easily expect to find that her tongue is in fact made from barbed wire, as her words can be just as sharp, and just as painful. They cut and bite and slice, just as a knife does. She is blunt, and brutally honest, and very intelligent, causing her to stand even further apart from the other 'royal' women of her town, most of whom are taught from birth to be sweet, quiet, delicate and demure. Katherine absolutely loathes the stereotypes and expectations that come with being female, and so disobeys them in any way she can. She is passionate in a great many 'masculine' sports and activities, such as fencing and archery, and she loves to read about things that apparently should not be read by women, as they may 'give them ideas'. Books about war and fighting and heroism, many of them with females providing just as much importance to the tale as the male characters.
Despite all of this, there is a part to Katherine that few get to see. A passionate, caring, curious side to her that she often hides beneath skin with all the thickness and strength of the strongest armour. In order to protect herself, her reputation, and her heart, she acts with ferocity and poisonous words.
Her replies and remarks are quite often shrouded in wit and sarcasm, and she is certainly not afraid to speak her mind.

History: Katherine was born to easily one of the wealthiest families in the town, and was the fourth daughter in seven siblings. She was also the most loathed by her parents. How they weeped when she turned out to be so.. horrifically independent. So terrifyingly strong-willed. So disgustingly 'masculine'. She was not the daughter they wanted, and they often informed her of this. 'Why, Katherine,' they would sob, 'can you not be like Bethany? Or Lydia? Or Genevieve? Or Elizabeth? Or Melody? Why must you be so... so Katherine?!" She shrugged off their annoying whines and scornful insults, finding happiness in her own way of life, and the company of Melody, her fourteen year old sister, and the only one that was curious, insightful or free-willed in any manner. Melody, who was such a beautiful writer of poetry, and such a talented singer, who was far too naive for her own good and far too envious of Katherine's fire that she did not even think about the possibility of getting burnt. Now that Katherine is to die, she knows that the only one she will truly miss is Melody, and perhaps Hugo, her beloved horse.
I'm definitely interested! I love these kind of roleplays!
Name: Bianca Maria Reid
Age: 24
Sex: Female

Appearance:

She is about 167cm tall.

Bio\history: Bianca was born in Romania, and was a bit of a scandal from birth. Her father was Malcolm Reid, a wealthy businessman and her mother worked in a renowned brothel. I am sure that you can guess what happened. But when it came for Malcolm to return to England, he acted as though nothing had happened, not daring to tarnish his career or his reputation.
Bianca's mother was horrified to find that she was pregnant, and even more horrified when she attempted to contact Malcolm only to be told that he was simply not interested. Tania, for that was her name, was distraught, as she had thought that Malcolm returned her romantic feelings. Nine months later, when Bianca was born, Tania was obviously far less successful in her, erm, business than she had been before.
Through her pregnancy, she had developed depression, and, tragically, took her life only a few weeks after the child was born. Malcolm somehow managed to learn of this, and, fearing that people may connect the dots and note him as the father, he adopted the child, and claimed that it was simply a baby that had been abandoned on the side of the road. With his vast wealth, he was easily able to cover up the scandal, and so raised the child as his own. In a way. Actually, it was mostly nurses, nannies and governesses that looked after little Bianca.
Bianca was always curious about her past, and, when she was fifteen, decided she would finally learn the truth about that nameless pair that apparently abandoned her. It took a long time, and a fair few miracles, before she found out the truth about her mother. And, when she did, at sixteen years old, she left her father with only a suitcase and a couple of vulgar words.
Bianca ended up being a bit of a drifter, never staying in the same place for too long. She made money by doing a multitude of different jobs, never the same as her mother, of course. When she was twenty four, she was working as a bail-bondsman, tracking down a man that had embezzled a huge amount of money from his company before taking off. That was when she was Turned, and her life changed forever.

Powers/skills:

Power Absorption: The ability to absorb another vampire's abilities, both leaving the vampire powerless and giving herself their abilities. Depending on the power of the vampire, and her own strength, this can last for varying amounts of time. She can control this ability fairly well.

Manipulation: Once again, the effects of manipulation depend all on the strength of the vampire. The ability isn't necessarily mind-control, although it is pretty close to it. Instead, manipulation involves purely influence. The weaker-willed the victim is, the more effective the manipulation.

Shield: Bianca herself is immune to powers such as telepathy and mind-control.
