Cecil was doing what he had to do to protect the others and if that meant using his draining abilities then he was going to do it. He didn’t matter as much as they did, they were living beings and he was just a programmed machine, he wasn’t going to be affected by this stuff. Throwing in as much force as he could into his toss he slammed the creatures together and immediately started attacking them with his electricity, managing to disperse the nasty gunk before Ethen inevitably came in and destroyed them. Staring at them for just a moment he looked quickly to Ethan before to the creature that had summoned them in the first place.

This was hardly a good time to be attacked right now, especially by this thing. He couldn’t even tell what the motive of the person was or what was the point of attacking them, only that they were the subject of this creature’s torture. He didn’t know what he was supposed to do other than what he had been doing previously, but that was going to take a lot of his energy and he didn’t know if he was going to recover. Turning around again he frowned at the sight of the creature, raising his fists again as the threat of even worse challenges came from the words of them. He was ready to beat down whatever creations this thing dished out, he just hoped he had the power behind his attacks to do it.

Keeping his fists raised his sensors were soon going off all over, feeling alerted over what was starting to build up. The creature was summoning something else this time, something big. Staring at the water as it started to form something he watched as this large beast was gradually formed, slowly moving back as he stared up at it. This thing was very dangerous and what was worse was it was going to endanger everyone. He had to act before the creature could get the chance to touch them, his eyes going to the water quickly as he spotted the death it was causing.

There was not a moment to lose, he had to act now before it was too late. Looking to the others quickly he soon stepped forward, rubbing his hands together before holding them in front of him, his energy charging up again. “I can’t let it win…I can’t let it hurt anyone…” Not letting fear get the better of him he raised his hands as electricity moved through them, his eyes lighting up before he immediately fired electricity at the creature, trying to put a lot into it so that he may be able to help keep the creature away and only hope it would help destroy it.
Viral felt he probably would enjoy more if he had more freedom to do what he wanted and figure out what kind of person he was. After all that fussing around and him being manipulated so much he didn’t even know who he was, much less what he was supposed to do. He didn’t know if he was who he was originally after being told so much about him from before he killed them. He must’ve been so different compared to what he was now, seeing how they acted towards him and spoke with such happiness when referring to his past exploits. He was so confused that it was actually starting to hurt his head. Feeling rather discouraged he didn’t feel he was capable of teaching June and had to decline such an act, feeling it was something he would have to do alone if he was to do it at all. Even the outing with Yumi turned into a disaster which was even more discouraging. “It’s too risky when I don’t know the wildlife of this planet to teach you such a thing”. Finding it a little difficult to put up any other argument he sighed lightly, feeling a little irritated already. Staring at June as she spoke about the planet and the people he let out a groan eventually, looking away. “I didn’t see that much of Earth. I don’t know what this planet is like or if the rest of the planet is the same. I don’t even know what the plan is after…whatever is supposed to be done to me. What am I supposed to be doing after this…”

T’charrl didn’t really know much about Viral other than he had a lot of spirit. He didn’t know how to explain such a thing to the others if they were to ever ask but his own spirit energy was very high and he could always sense that due to his abilities. It was one thing having Ki, but spirit energy was his specialty and Viral seemed like the kind of guy who would still be moving after extreme punishment just through his will and determination alone. It was probably why he was still functioning after suffering fatal damage to anyone else back on his home planet. Looking to Yumi when she offered him a hand he smiled and took it, pulling himself to his feet. “I think I’ll be okay, thank you. I mean…I’m just tired, I think”, he spoke before looking to the remains of the lunch that Takeshi had brought along with him, slowly moving over to it before he started to pick it up slowly, “Should clean up first…”

Shu was pretty content to go and see Viral seeing how the day was pretty much over for him. He didn’t know what he was feeling anymore about his apparent condition, but he was pretty happy right now so he preferred not to think about it until it was an issue again. He was just going back to how he always felt about it and hiding the problem rather than trying to find a solution. He didn’t know what could be done about it, he just had to get on with it seeing how it wasn’t normal for Saiyans to change like that. He was still scared, but he was happier to be playing around with Yumi and Takeshi there too. Looking between everyone he turned to Takeshi and tilted his head a little at the mention of Viral’s habits, not thinking of it as a big deal just now he giggled, bouncing on his toes. “Mister Viral is more solo person, but he still like social! Maybe he just not having good time expressing himself?” Feeling a little anxious about staying around here he smiled at Takeshi’s suggestion. “I would like to have ride! It’s fun! Please?”
Viral cared very little about these aliens, they were doing pretty well on their own considering the damage. They didn’t need one or two people to help them, it seemed insignificant when there was so many of them working to complete the city again. The damage could had definitely been worse, especially if he was still under control. This damage was just because of Ki and what not, but if he had Enki and decided to wipe out the city he would guarantee it would be pretty well levelled. Those were never orders he ever received so that was always something to consider, but he had been ordered to wipe out entire settlements before. Going a little blank in the face just thinking about it and of his past exploits while under control he blinked just as June was finishing her thought, trying to think about what she had just told him. He wasn’t entirely sure as to what June completely said but going through the last few parts together he eventually pieced it together. “You want to go hunting…despite never being before?” he repeated before groaning, rubbing his head, “You would be more of a burden than help when hunting if that’s going to be your idea. Hunting requires patience and learning how to be silent! I don’t have my weapon, either. Would have to run after it and use my bare hands if that’s going to be the plan…”

Shu was quite happy to see T’charrl still here, thinking he might’ve left if they had been away for any longer. He didn’t know if there was a possibility that T’charrl would head back if he felt he was going to be abandoned. It would be kind of sad if T’charrl felt like he was being abandoned all the time, but he did know that he would often feel sad when Takeshi showed little desire to get involved with him sometimes if only because of the way he looked. He loved to cuddle T’charrl, he was so silky and his thick hairs were soft to pet. Giving his friend a smile he squeaked happily, bouncing on his toes a bit before looking to T’charrl when the suggestion for seeing Viral came out. That was unexpected of him, he hadn’t wanted to do that before. Looking to Yumi who agreed with Takeshi he squeaked and bounced over and around T’charrl. “C’mon! We find Mister Viral! Is Friend able to walk? Friend all sore and pain is no fun…”

T’charrl didn’t really know what was up with their plans but he was still willing to go along with it. He was essentially being dragged everywhere but he didn’t mind, he was pretty okay with that. It was the only company he was getting and probably going to get for quite a bit until everyone was more comfortable with being around him. It was hard to tell if they were still comfortable being around him, knowing the risks he presented for them most of the time. He didn’t even know what was going to happen next in his struggles or whether he actually had gotten strong enough to control himself, but either way he was feeling lonely and wanted to find company to make him feel better about himself. Slowly standing up he sighed, rubbing his chest. “I can’t track him. He’ll probably be back where he was before”.
Cecil didn’t know what these things were or why they were attacking them, he didn’t even know what the reason for this whole event was. He was confused mostly and was trying hard to understand what he was supposed to do about this, but he was still going to try and fight them off even if it meant he was going to have to take the battle further and try to unlock his programming. If he unlocked his programming he would be able to fight like a true Machina of his kind. He didn’t like the thought of it, he didn’t even know if he was going to end up resetting and forget everything about himself. He thought of himself as very timid compared to what he heard of warriors so such a thought definitely didn’t help.

Trying hard to fight off these creatures he tried to keep them occupied, but the one that summoned them in the first place was already back to summoning and was immediately sending them after Ethan. What’s worse was Nymira was now getting involved and going after the creator of these things. Trying to destroy the creatures with just his fists he was finding it rather dismaying that they were barely being affected by it, or at least in the way he had hoped they might be. They weren’t collapsing or having a hard time keeping up with him, the most he was doing was slapping them around. Feeling frustrated and worried, he continued to try and battle them in hope that he might be able to help the others.

Backing off momentarily after throwing a fairly strong punch his eyes were momentarily directed to the others. Nymira was in the water trying to go after the original creator while Ethan was fighting off another creature. If his fists weren’t doing much to the creatures he would have to try something else, but he didn’t know what without risking his own battery. He just got it and he didn’t know if it was going to end up running out much faster if he went ahead and abused its power. Having to try and avoid the creatures again he threw himself around to the side and threw down a fist, causing the ground to vibrate as if trying to cause the creatures to lose their balance on the shifting soils; however, their gelatinous mass keeping them fairly stable before they too ended up taking a swipe at him.

Finding it hard to come up with a suitable tactic regarding these he dashed back again but the sound of Ethan wincing and Amuné calling out to him had him immediately distracted. Looking over in Ethan’s direction he spotted the cause of his pain, watching as he struggled to push these creatures back. Gasping, he immediately turned back to look at the creatures that were attacking him again, hissing and growling as they grew angry at his ignorance towards them. Giving them a staring at in hesitation the moment they touched him something snapped, his eyes going yellow for a moment before he suddenly grew angered. “Keep your hands off my friends!!” Immediately grabbing the creature’s limbs electricity immediately built up around him before he started to toss the creature violently around, slamming it into the ground several times before throwing it into the second creature. Already enraged without giving the creatures a chance to recover he held his gauntlet out in front of him as it buzzed with electricity, his fingers pointed straight at the creatures before the electricity immediately discharged in a long sharp burst like a lightning bolt.
Viral was feeling a little frustrated with June already, if only because she was just starting to sound like everyone else around him. He didn’t believe they just all wanted to spend time with him after doing something for a long time that was very different to what they wished to do with him now. “It was your decision to keep going out to help them”, he sighed, not really accepting doing charity work as an excuse, “Whatever. I’m already sick of Aito…” He didn’t know why he had to be bitter towards June too, but maybe it was because after so many years she just decided to bugger off after being revived, making the effort feel almost pointless towards the original plans. Then there was Aito who was obnoxious and proud, making him wonder why he wanted him back so much. There was just so much hate inside him for everything right now and all of it was being redirected on the people he thought he lost forever, even if technically he had lost them mentally after suffering from amnesia. Feeling disappointed that June chose to ignore lunch just because he didn’t want it he sighed heavily and looked away, feeling like he could end up making June upset with him eventually with how things were going. “I don’t have plans, I never needed plans for ‘days off’ or anything like that. My entire life’s been at risk this entire time so thinking about leisurely stuff like that hasn’t exactly been on my mind”.

Shu was getting all excited over future prospects, even if the prospects were just imaginary. He was still having fun with it and was still all excited after his playtime. Smiling happily at Yumi he bounced along with her, wondering if his friend was okay with them going off for a bit like that. T’charrl seemed alright by himself, but he still knew how it felt to have everyone run off after just arriving. T’charrl didn’t look like the type of person to be swinging through the trees anyway even if he was better, seeing how his kind were probably the type to stick to trees rather than swing from them. Feeling all excited he made a quick bounce out to see T’charrl, sitting by his lonesome. “Ooh! Friend! Friend is okay? Didn’t mean to run away so far…”

T’charrl had just been staring into the leftover food by the time the others came back, looking up at them as if surprised they even returned at all. He had his alone time there and was pretty content, but he still did think they would happily abandon him and he would have to make his way home. He knew Shu could be forgetful when having fun, but he didn’t know how forgetful the others were concerning him. He wouldn’t mind it if they did forget about him, seeing how it was just him they would be forgetting about and they would remember later anyway. Staring at them as Yumi asked him about the fruit he looked back to it, giving a little smile. “It is nice. I’ve not tasted fruit like this before. I don’t think I can eat anymore, though”, he spoke, sighing lightly, “It can be a struggle eating something you’re not used to, you know? Especially when it hurts to eat again”.
Viral wasn’t really in the mood for all of this right now, especially when it meant he was going to end up missing training and potentially becoming stronger even if he was still a weakling. He didn’t understand what was so hard in believing that he would never be able to live up to the strength Aito continued to believe he had. To believe he had any power in the tide of battle now that they had moved off Earth for the time being was like believing a fly could make a difference. While he may had believed he was a capable warrior in the past, living through the Saiyans constantly testing on his body and trying to make him better. The only way he was able to be better was if his genes were left broken and his power uncontrollable except through one means, but with all that being reversed he was going to be back in the same spot as before, only incapable of surviving his next round.

Glancing at June as she decided to explain herself he simply sighed and looked away again, still not feeling up to telling her why she should’ve been spending time with Vegeta instead. He was her son and she didn’t exactly visit him a lot. “See me? You could’ve found better things to do”. He didn’t see a point in her coming to see him if she was going to miss out on everything that was much more important. There was little he could add to her life so effectively she was just wasting his time. Finding it a little hard to believe she didn’t just come to see him because she was bored he frowned at the suggestion of lunch. “I don’t feel hungry, no. You can do whatever concerning food, I don’t feel ready to tackle a meal yet”.

Shu was feeling pretty content after having fun swinging through the trees and now pretty bouncy after catching Takeshi. He wasn’t all that fast so catching him was fairly easy, but even then Takeshi seemed to be getting all big-headed about it and trying to make out that he was still the more impressive brother. Bouncing on his toes he looked to Yumi when she decided to have her say in the conversation, smiling happily when she came over before giggling when she wrapped her arm around his shoulders. Looking up at her as she spoke he grinned, getting all giddy as he bounced on his toes. “All the fruit! Yummy juicy fruit!” Feeling all happy and bouncy he looked back to Yumi when she eventually moved away from him, his eyes staring up at her before he quickly looked back. “Ooh! Friend T’charrl must be so lonely! Ooh friend just found us and is all alone again…”
The worst thing about this whole scenario was June was effectively taking him away from his training, even if it was frustrating him to no end. Aito just prattled on with the same things like it was supposed to help him remember who he was inside, but problem was inside he believed he was an incredibly bad fighter and incapable of defending himself against the warriors they would encounter in Space. He was the only one who wasn’t making any progress and probably wouldn’t be able to catch up to the others at the rate they were getting stronger. He was never going to be as good as Aito believed he might become, even if he tried hard to catch up. June probably knew this and was pulling him out of this situation before it could become more heated, but it didn’t feel as if it was helping him at all either. Maybe she just didn’t want him believing he was terrible anymore by taking him away from the scene.

Narrowing his gaze at Vegeta and Aito as they admitted being in the wrong he let out an annoyed sigh and looked away again, not particularly wanting to continue on with them either if they were going to be like this. It was like being told off for bullying or something, the embarrassment practically oozing from Vegeta for being caught while Aito acted like the typical ‘until next time’ type. It made him rather angry seeing how little they were treating his beating, but it wasn’t as if he could expect anything less from them anyway. Gasping when June suddenly touched his back he glanced over to her hastily before groaning, looking away quickly and letting out a sigh before he continued onward after her. This just felt weird to him, he didn’t know how to feel around her either. Glancing at her when she asked him a rather difficult question he simply sighed, looking away. “Apart from wanting to kill myself? Relish in the pain and suffering of others, I’m sure”, he spoke, shaking his head, “Why would I make any plans? I’m not like you, like…treating this as if it’s some sort of holiday”.

Shu wasn’t going to let Takeshi get away with trying to be the best at everything, especially when he wasn’t. He should be practicing more if he was to get good at swinging through the trees, even if it was probably something he wouldn’t be doing all the time. Shu was sure Takeshi would do better if he had fun with it and stopped turning it into a competition to see who was the best; besides, it wasn’t as if Takeshi could beat him at it anyway. Swinging on after Takeshi he got in close before swinging in, grabbing onto Takeshi and wrapping his arms and legs around him in a hold as they dangled from the tree. Keeping a tight hold of Takeshi he looked to him, giggling. “You no that good! Shu best at swinging and Shu catch you! Faster than you!” Twisting around he dropped off of Takeshi, holding out his hands as he managed to grab hold of a branch on the way down before dropping to the ground.
Aito was just so full of pride it was almost on the verge of unbelievable. It was making Viral furious, even if it was him not accepting the fact that he was still a good warrior. The fact was he didn’t believe he was and it was hard to get out of that mindset once it had been set in, only making things worse for him and only managing to make him feel even worse about himself. The more Aito continued to try and drill in the fact that he was a good warrior only managed to make him feel worse, knowing for a fact he was inferior to all the modern warriors. If a battle decided to take to the air he wouldn’t be able to follow, he would be stuck on the ground waiting for the battle to come to him. If there was a fight between Ki users he would most likely be blasted away before he could even get close or charge his energy. On the verge of giving Aito a fair shouting at for comparing his problems with eggs it was June who came in and interrupted that.

Looking to June he was rather confused and a little flustered, staring at her before grunting a sigh, looking away. “You’re not-…don’t call me that…” She certainly had the nerve to come in and do that while he was trying to get through to Aito, even if what he was saying was supposed to be some sort of encouragement. He didn’t know what it was with her either, it wasn’t as if she ever paid attention to him when she came back and now she was all trying to get involved with him and insert herself into his life again. Glaring at her as she pulled him up to his feet he looked away, pulling his paw away. “What is with you? Fine! I’ll go with you…seeing how these two are completely useless…”

Shu was having a good time, even if he didn’t know what Takeshi was feeling right now. He was the one who originally wanted to do this stuff and he was just the one who was going along with it for their amusement. He would be quite happy sitting with his friend eating food, but if they wanted to swing around he’d at least show them. Holding on to the branch with his tail he squeaked happily when Takeshi tried to shake it off, watching him as he decided to get on with it too. Watching him swing along he looked to Yumi who commented on his eagerness, swinging up onto the branch himself and turning around to face Yumi. “Ooh! No! It’s annoying when he all like that!” Once Yumi started to head on off he quickly bounced after too, swinging through the trees as well as bouncing off branches as he tried to catch up to Takeshi to pounce on him.
Viral was completely stressed out and Aito asking him such a question wasn’t helping him at all, his image of his ability to fight already being sullied and completely destroyed by past problems. He didn’t know what he was supposed to do otherwise, he couldn’t change immediately just because someone told him to and what was worse was Aito was just basically telling him it was his fault for not adapting. When Aito put down his problems to weakness he gave him an angry glare, obviously disagreeing with that deeply. If that was the case then his whole life he had been physically weak and not just only now. “I was healthier than this before and I still couldn’t win! Who are you trying to kid? Are you just trying to make excuses for your failings when you created me??” he snapped at him before looking away again, “Surprise myself…hmph, surprise myself at how quickly I die? I don’t know why you bother trying, as if trying to compensate for your mistake…” When a sudden voice decided to ring out calling at Aito and Vegeta Viral let out a gasp, turning to look around to see it was June. Whatever she was here for he didn’t know, but soon enough she came over and embraced him. Stiffening up he really didn’t know how to react to this, his eyes only glancing to June before he muttered. “W-What are you doing…”

Shu really had no clue what any of these holidays were but they all sounded so grand and something he probably would love to get involved in. He was pretty happy to try out new things and if these holidays were something normal people liked to do then he would definitely take part in them. He still didn’t feel like he didn’t belong, but it didn’t mean he wasn’t going to at least give new things a try and hope for the best. Stopping while he waited for Takeshi to catch up he turned his attention to Yumi who was having a good time but now also making a stop too, looking back to Takeshi to see how he was managing. Holding on with one hand he watched him curiously, twitching when the branch snapped and Takeshi went falling, landing on a branch below. Squeaking, Shu twisted himself around and held on with the other hand, bouncing slightly. “Ooh! Bum! Must prepare for fall! Watch where go!” he spoke, pulling himself up a little before swinging around, holding onto the branch with his tail instead. “Look for strong ones! You silly going for quick swings! It fun to swing when there’s no worry of fall”.
