Cecil was running along with them fairly easily, but his face was saying a lot about his current condition. He looked pretty blank in his expression, as if everything had been sucked out of him as he ran. He had managed to save his friends and help them get away from the summoner, but the cost felt too great personally. He managed to help them all, but as he ran he thought the possibility of having to do that to a living person. How might they feel about it if they had to witness him tearing through living creatures using that kind of power, like he was built to do? Running as fast as he could with them he stared down at the ground in quiet contemplation, trying to use this need to escape as a means to find the energy to keep going. He did use a fair bit of energy against that creature, but it was the after effects that had him feeling the most drained.

As they all came to a halt Cecil slowed down as well, not showing the same signs of fatigue the others were displaying. Staring down at the ground in quiet contemplation he soon slowly sat down, his hand reaching back at first before finding the ground. The thought that the creatures could’ve easily had been people made him feel terribly confused, knowing he was built to do all that and more for war purposes. He was created for the very purpose of the destructive elimination of others and knowing he had that in him did manage to scare him. He was just a machine built to kill, managing to do just that to those creatures.

Not really noticing Ethan talking to him at first he did slowly look up and stare at him blankly, appearing to have a rather vacant look about him before finally blinking as his eyes lit up once more. “Feeling…okay?” he spoke before looking down again, staring at the ground between his legs. He went silent after that, feeling as if he wasn’t able to answer such a question accurately. He wasn’t able to tell what his energy readings were after that, he was sure they weren’t looking terribly good at least. As his eyes wandered over to Amuné who insisted on asking the same question he frowned at the thought that they were actually worried about him, the very thought confusing him once more.

“Is it because I break down if I am low on energy? Is that why you are both asking me that?” he asked up, rubbing his hands together slowly, “I don’t mean to be a problem like that. I just-…I am meant to use a lot of energy, it seems. I am built to kill…” Frowning, Cecil moved his arm around and stared at his gauntlet. “What if they were people and I did that? Were they people originally…? If I did that to the one creating those things, would I be any different…? I’m a killing Machina and I-…” Pausing briefly his eyes flashed lightly again before he slowly lay back, sighing as he was suddenly feeling very drained. He would recover when the sun finally came up, but right now he was not really able to function mostly because of his current mental state, even if that was probably just code and his own AI. “I feel so confused…”
Cecil really tried hard with that last attack and really went all out, throwing out as much aggression as he could muster for his current mental condition. He just wanted them all to survive and to do that they had to get through the creature and destroy the one who was summoning them. He knew there was no way around the creature, so he opted to go through it. Driving in as much power as he felt he could he made a desperate attempt to destroy it, using a rapid succession of punches before leaping up and firing a blast of energy. He didn’t even know he could do such a thing but he was going along with it, simply because he wanted to save his friends; however, it was his turn to be saved as the slight lift the beam gave him only lasted a moment before he fell back down, unable to divert himself away from his inevitable fall.

Just when he thought he was doomed he was luckily saved, thankfully by Ethan of all people. He didn’t know how much the others were willing to risk to prevent him from falling in the water, but Ethan was willing to risk his entire position just to catch him. He didn’t need to do that, if he hit the water and was damaged by it they could just dump him and get a new Machina, either that or leave him and get him later. “Uhh! T-Thanks, but you didn’t have to!” he spoke quickly, feeling his energy was rather drained after that and still trying to recover, “I don’t know if I have another one of those in me. I’m not going to be of much help anymore…”

While he didn’t really think of himself as expendable, he was fully aware that he could be repaired if they wanted and if they didn’t have any use for him anymore they could just leave him. He wasn’t as important as they were in the long run, especially when he was just a Machina. Feeling a little worn out he looked around to see the creature collapsing, holding onto Ethan so that he wouldn’t fall in as the summoner made yet another threat to them. Staring at the summoner, he frowned before gasping at the sight of the monsters that yet further showed themselves to them, watching as they slowly rose up and formed to threaten them once more.

Cecil didn’t know what to do at this point, he didn’t know if he could go all out again and again just to get to this monster. Staring at the creatures, Cecil looked back to Ethan who still sounded confident that they could beat them, frowning at the very suggestion before with a gasp when his sensors suddenly started going off at the indication of danger. Immediately turning to try and see what it was he grasped hold of Ethan when the danger turned out to be a torrent of water. Okay he was going to die here, or rather he was if he wasn’t being carried by Ethan. Managing to avoid it he still couldn’t help but feel rather terrified, knowing what it meant immediately. They had to get out of here or they were all in trouble, especially him with all that water.

Getting off Ethan when Remus decided to talk to them briefly he felt alert and ready to follow orders, knowing it was probably the best course of action right now. He was pretty terrified, he knew they had to leave and yet there was hesitation with the others. Looking to Ethan as he immediately started running to collect Amuné his eyes glanced back at Nymira, staring at her before he started running as well. He didn’t know how long he could run after all that, he didn’t know his energy limits when it came to this magic stuff or whatever it was that he did. “Where are we going now? What are we doing now?? Why were they after us too??”
Viral gave Yumi a harsh staring at before directing his attention to June who decided to be defensive towards his words. It was never not fair for him to say such a thing when she was willing to stand up and say she was in the wrong for doing such a thing, making Viral scoff. “Hmph, yeah. It’s only been nearly two decades! Then she goes and wanders off…” It was always going to annoy him, knowing she could had stayed with them after the whole revival thing, but instead she had to go and play mother to a bunch of strangers. He was never going to be happy about her doing that and even after telling her off she was probably going to go ahead and do some more volunteer work when this was all over.

It was just getting too difficult to handle all of this at once. He was trying to be all thankful, but it was proving to be pretty impossible with everything that was happening. He wasn’t getting the feeling he thought he might get when they were discussing reviving them, he thought he would be thankful and be at peace but instead he was beyond frustrated and getting very angry with everyone involved. Everything was completely destroyed in his mind and he didn’t know how to put it all back together, only hoping the return of his creators would help but instead there was nothing. He was plenty independent and didn’t need them around all the time, but with how they were acting they just felt like some other people who happened to be wandering around this place and talking to them once in a while.

Then there was Takeshi who was wanting to challenge him, only making him want to beat him up even more. It was his bigheadedness that really stood out and all the bravados he so enjoyed rolling out that annoyed him the most. He didn’t much care, he was supposed to be training today too which got cut short when June thought he was stressing out too much. The only problem with all of that was he was already struggling to control his anger and Takeshi was just making it worse. Not wanting Takeshi to get away with being an arrogant prick he decided to accept his offer for a battle, hoping he could beat the living snot out of him if he had to just to prove his point. “Tch! You just said you’d probably win a second ago. Don’t try to sound like the righteous one here, like you’re giving me a chance…”

Feeling rather ticked off already he looked to where Takeshi pointed to, sighing before walking on after him. “You just want somewhere soft for your face to hit as I ram it into the ground”. While he wasn’t entirely confident in his fighting ability after Vegeta and Aito walked in circles around him, he was sure he could kick Takeshi in the face just enough to shut him up for a while. Looking back only briefly when they arrived he turned back to Takeshi, staring at him as he insisted on going first. Staring at him momentarily he sighed, watching as Takeshi moved into a stance as he swayed lightly. “I don’t care about you and whether it’s your ass I’m kicking”, he spoke before moving into a stance too, his arms loose and hanging but his knees bent, his shoulders slightly hunched, “I’ve just got a lot of anger built up inside, now I have an outlet for that rage”. Moving slowly at first he soon bolted at Takeshi, throwing a few wild punches before trying to kick Takeshi away.

Shu and T’charrl were just going along with it with Shu feeling even more unsure about his place in the group. He didn’t know if he should go back to the base after all that with June or something, seeing how Takeshi just wanted to fight Viral. T’charrl on the other hand didn’t really know June all that well and Yumi was probably not really wanting to talk to him that much. Sighing lightly when it ended with Takeshi and Viral wandering off he looked off to Yumi, staring at her as she spoke. He was confused by that statement immediately, keeping silent for a moment as he tried to figure out what it meant before inevitably frowning. “I don’t have anything to prove. I don’t understand what I did wrong”, he spoke, looking down as he fiddled with his claws, “I don’t understand. Shu and I didn’t want to fight…”
Viral was not at all pleased with everyone absolutely interested in seeing him all of a sudden, especially when they showed no desire to go and see how he was doing any other day he was around. It was very irritating, wondering if they were only interested in him if he was better. There was no reason for them to ever stop seeing him before, so why now of all the times. Maybe if they actually paid attention to him before he probably wouldn’t have much of a problem, but most of the time they had only been asking if he was getting better. They never really wanted to be around him otherwise, if they did then they would’ve been asking him more than just how he was and whether he was getting better all the time. The only ones out of all those around him that never asked how he was all the time was Shu and the alien, but probably because Shu was too immature to understand he could speak up for himself and do things by himself while the alien was more concerned with hiding away. If Takeshi was curious then Shu was curious, but the kid was too socially inept to ask about anything else openly.

“That’s because it had been ages! She’s no better either!” Viral snapped at Yumi, pointing at June, “She gets revived and instead of acting like she’s Vegeta’s mother, she runs off to the natives here! Nothing involving me having to go through a lot to get to this stage, she was just more interested in volunteer work…” Just because she had made her case and tried to apologise about that didn’t mean he had forgiven her. He was angry that he was constantly asked if he was getting better or left with Vegeta or Aito because they apparently ‘knew what was best’. Now there was also Takeshi to add to that mix, seeing him get all happy that he was looking better only to fight him. That really made him angry, knowing he was only wanting him better for this.

Giving Takeshi a glaring at as he spoke about his strength he side glanced at June, staring at her before he turned his eyes back to Takeshi. “Is this all you think of me? As someone to fight whenever you see me as worthy?” he questioned him, giving a quick glance at Shu and T’charrl, “Would they think of me as only worthy to fight you too because you told them that’s all I mean to you?” Shu and T’charrl were unable to answer such a question, but then again it wasn’t their discussion. If they were to be anything, it would be to stay on the side-lines. It seemed to be what they were doing at least, seeing how Shu and T’charrl were away from Takeshi’s side for now. “So you’ve been training with Krom…big deal! I was training before June took me away from it, training with Aito and Vegeta. So what? You wish to finish my training? To see if I’ve recovered enough for you?? Why don’t you just bring it and get it over with instead of trying to show off?”
“B-But! Everyone can be good, right? You said you were a jerk before, but you’re good now, right?” Shu squeaked, not sounding particularly convinced, “He still thinks, goes to sleep, dreams, has food and favourite snacks…he just like other people, right? He still used to be little like me, right?” He still believed everyone could be good if they were given a chance, they just had to show that they were a good person inside. It was hard to convince anyone that people could be good if given the chance, especially when that person could be scary and the bad guy. He did wonder if he could be good and did have faith that he could be redeemed, just like anyone else. Giggling when Takeshi just got all flustered over the thought of Viral he looked to Yumi when it seemed she had spotted him, watching as she immediately headed on down. Looking to T’charrl quickly he squeaked when they suddenly started descending, hoping T’charrl was going to be able to get down without too much of a problem considering he was still injured and not flying very well.

While Viral could argue all his time with June about his existence and whether he would be better off being reverted back to the time before their deaths, it was Yumi who was quick to put a halt to that discussion and immediately dive in at him and grabbing him like it was okay. He didn’t think it was okay, even if it was just Yumi he was still in a fairly bad spot right now and getting something like that was just going to make it worse for him. Wanting to get Yumi off him he tried to get her off for some time before she finally let go, giving her a glare. “I may be getting better, but that doesn’t excuse you being rude like that!” Despite the whole dropping in and interrupting their conversation it was the fact that the others were also here that threw him off, his eyes going to Takeshi and Shu as they touched down while noticing T’charrl not that far behind. Groaning lightly he watched as Takeshi put Shu down, frowning before he looked back to Takeshi. “Beat you? I could beat you before I fell ill. Are you calling me weaker than I was before? What do you mean by that…”
“Does him being a prisoner meant he is not that bad if he isn’t being bad? He is not doing anything bad when he could, right?” Shu smiled, even though he didn’t really know much about Krom or the way he acted, “He did bring us back and…maybe he good somewhere?” He really didn’t know about Krom but it was worth a shot asking him about his opinion. He didn’t know if Takeshi thought Krom might be able to be good, but he also didn’t know if Krom was just putting on an act and was still a good guy at heart. It was possible, seeing how the guy had offered to train them. Shu didn’t believe people were born evil, seeing how Kiton’s entire race was thought to be evil according to him and yet he was still good in there. Smiling at Takeshi as he talked about Viral he tilted his head a little before looking to Yumi who was quick to tell him off, squeaking in response. “Ooh! Mister Viral might not want to fight too! Mister Viral been mad at you too since no seeing him much”. It was always a case with them, Viral getting mad at Takeshi for something or the other way around. They always seemed mad at each other for some reason. Looking to the city below briefly he squeaked when Yumi suddenly shouted out about Viral, looking to her before down at where she was heading. “Ooh! Mister Viral!”

Viral didn’t really know how they all truly felt about him if it was such a joke that he was able to take orders well but not think for himself, but June was quick to apologise and look all sorry for herself as a result. He didn’t know what he was supposed to believe in regards to their feelings about him, whether they thought of him as incapable of having free thought. Sighing and shaking his head in response he frowned when she tried to discourage him thinking the past was still all his fault. He knew what happened and had hid it for so long, then there was all the other tests he had to go through after he was released. All that was hard to move on from, especially when it was all his fault for it happening. “My memory has been wiped once before. It’s probably not impossible for it to be wiped again”, he spoke, turning around slightly, “Wouldn’t that be what you would want? For me to return to how I was before?” Before he could continue on with his thoughts he did notice someone looking at him, his natural instincts picking up on it instantly. Looking up he saw the source pretty clearly, but he didn’t look to happy about it. “What are they…?” Not knowing how to react to this it seemed too late to run as Yumi decided it was wise to fly straight for him, only managing to take a few steps back before she landed and immediately grabbed him in a hug. “Yumi! What are you doing??” he gasped in embarrassment, trying to move her arms, “Don’t you have any manners??”
Shu had faith in himself, that he might be able to make some allies out of former enemies. It would be nice to have more on their side rather than having to beat them down and hope they don’t do it again, seeing how he wasn’t willing to kill anyone. He probably could kill, but he didn’t want to become a monster in more ways than one. He wanted to keep his personality and be a good being, not having to resort to ending someone’s life. He couldn’t do that, by all means it was fine for the others to do that but they weren’t monsters, they didn’t have to worry about losing their entire personality and becoming animals. He couldn’t say the same for Viral when it came down to it, he recognised that the guy had no problem with killing, but hearing why he was made did make sense to him. “Krom change, now he training you and friends”, Shu spoke, sighing lightly, “Anybody change for good usually”. Shu smiled when Takeshi tried to give his explanation as to why it was a bad idea to call Viral a cat, finding it funny that he was tickled by the thought too. “Ooh! Fighting Mister Viral? Yeah, you no even trained with him. Is Mister Viral okay for fighting? I mean, I don’t know how he be feeling”.

Viral was rather angry with June, hearing her treat him like this. She had no authority to go ahead and say such things and when it meant he was being subjected to looking like the fool he couldn’t help but get mad. Watching as June tried to explain herself he gave her an angry glare before looking away, grunting. “Tch! You can’t do that anyway. Having fun is the complete opposite of taking an order! You can’t tell someone to enjoy themselves!” he spoke, folding his arms, “If someone doesn’t enjoy themselves, they can’t be swayed into enjoyment just because someone ordered them to. If that was the case, I would be much better, wouldn’t I…” Feeling rather bitter about it all he eventually groaned and turned his back on her, slowly rubbing his head as she tried to make a compromise with him. “Help me relax? You can help by finding me some alcohol on this planet so that I may forget all my problems”, he spoke before sighing, shaking his head, “Might as well forget everything from today to twenty years ago. That’s when everything went to hell…”
Cecil was really trying hard with this all while trying to not let things get too out of control, but there was quickly problems arising as the creature was hardly being affected by it. Sure, he was able to stun it briefly, but that was it. Pulling his hands back and holding onto his chest briefly he stared up at the creature, his eyes going to Ethan quickly before to the creature who was quick to shout out as if it was his victory. He hated to be the kind to think such a thing but he really thought that this guy had to die. They didn’t give anything to this world and even if he didn’t understand what life was like for others all the time, this guy was just trying to kill off that precious life and taking pleasure from it. Such a thought made him feel so confused, especially they were the one who was actually alive. He was the one who wasn’t technically a living being and he saw no point in this attack on both the environment and themselves.

Pulling down his hands he stepped back, staring at the creature before his eyes quickly went to Amuné who had ticked off the creature somehow, staring at her for a second before looking back to the creature. The worst part of all this was she had made herself a target by showing her location, now she was also put in trouble. Feeling panicked he quickly turned his attention back to the summoned monstrosity, finding it hard to think straight with all these problems suddenly arising. He didn’t know what to do, he had to get more aggressive but he was panicking so much that he didn’t know how.

As Nymira called out for them to attack with more force he watched as she made an attack herself, going straight in and trying to use her magic to destroy the monster’s body. Watching as she made a fair good sized blast he had to back off a moment only to slowly look back again, staring at the creature as it only recovered from that attack. In a moment of panic he was quickly raising his arms up again, trying to think about his next movements before clenching his fists. His anger was quickly rising, the thought of his friends possibly being killed only proved to fuel that through fear. Seeing Nymira so exhausted after that attack told him he had to act immediately.

He was going to have to give it all he had, or at least for this final push so that they might get to the creature’s master. Concentrating his energy he glared at the monster, using his anger to amplify his desire to destroy this thing. As his energy built up he lowered himself down before suddenly springing at the monster, his fists buzzing with electricity as he immediately started to rapidly punch at the monster’s large body. His feet managed to keep him on the gel monster as he forced his fists down at it in rapid succession, eventually springing up again to avoid the monster’s retaliation before immediately spinning in the air, his gauntlet’s palm opening up to expose a crystal which immediately glowed bright. In the brief second it took for him to open up his gauntlet a large focused beam of electricity shot out and down at the monster, his aim to deal as much damage as possible before his gauntlet closed up again and he was left falling back down.
Shu was fine enough with having a look around for Viral, even if he didn’t really know what they were going to do once they found him. They were supposed to try and see him, but for what he didn’t know. Takeshi never did say why he wanted to see Viral considering it had been so long since they properly talked, something which might make Viral a little mad. He didn’t like it when Takeshi was so forgetful and that was just going to make things worse for them altogether; then again, it was probably best to try and fix it up before it all got worse. Maybe now that Viral was getting the treatment he needed he would finally be able to lay off Takeshi a little more than usual, hopefully seeing it as a way to help Viral get better faster with the exclusion of company. “We did that to a few before, yes? You did that to Mister Viral at the start of meeting, then there was people in desert. Mister Viral also with that person on snow planet!” he spoke quickly, nodding his head, “Then there was also bad Saiyan Mister Viral beat, but I don’t know what happened to him…” Staring down at the ground as it passed by he squeaked at the mention of Viral’s possible mood. “Ooh! He not grumpy! He just like kitty cat! No wanna be touched or scratch back. You touch too much”.

Viral was feeling all sorts of stressed just from taking to June and he had only been doing so for a little while. If he was going to feel this stressed from both June and Aito then he would immediately start wondering just what he was doing with his entire life and worrying about how they might had thought about him if he ever did get to meet them again. Now that both of them were back, both were proving to be the biggest pain in his backside. While he was a little stressed out from them he thought he might be able to handle it until he was completely better, then he would have to immediately start thinking of a change in perspective and figure out how to keep away from them for as long as possible. As June thought over what he just said he frowned as he slowly looked back at her, disliking the direction she was going in. “What are you saying…” Staring at her as she appeared to be considering something probably a little out there even for her he gasped slightly when she suddenly took a stance, pointing at him. Taking a step back he listened as she tried to show authority over him and gave him an order, a rather silly one at that. Flushing red in response he soon raised his fists, shaking them in frustration. “That’s the dumbest, most vague order I’ve ever heard! Is it your and Aito’s aim to make me out to look like a fool?? You hold no authority over me!”
Viral glanced at June before he looked away again with a sigh, dropping his expression. He didn’t know what June was planning on doing with him with all of this dropping on him, having to make a decision that involves a social event rather than something he would be completely fine doing himself. He wasn’t used to it, he found it much easier to look after himself instead but now he was having to make decisions because someone else wanted to hang around with him. It was incredibly frustrating, especially when they were the ones who wanted to be with him. Stopping a moment when June made a stop he shifted his feet and folded his arms, looking away for a moment before turning to June when she decided to start talking again. Frowning at her he simply looked around, not particularly finding interest. “Probably just…plants, animals, people and buildings. Just whatever you’d find back on Earth, probably…” Not feeling particularly interested in the subject he kept his eyes off June, only looking back when she held his hand out to him. Staring at her hand for a moment he sighed lightly, looking back up to her before he turned away. “That’s an even tougher proposal. I’ve not done anything I’ve wanted to do since-…since I tried to steal the Dragonball. Even that only lasted briefly. I don’t know how to not take orders, it seems”.

T’charrl didn’t want to have this place ending up all littered with everything and even though he was supposed to be taking it easy he still felt it was his job to take care of all this rubbish that had been left. The most he could do was to make the environment nice and to not anger the forest and animals by forgetting everything. “I don’t mind if you go fast. I’ll still find where you go if I keep an eye out”. He didn’t want to slow them down, that would be the complete opposite of what he wanted when invited to be with his friends. Standing up straight ever so slowly he felt a lot happier now that he managed to clean up, looking to Yumi with a smile before flying with Yumi. “He shouldn’t be far. I mean…we can see a lot from the sky”.

Shu didn’t know if Takeshi would be wanting to talk to him about his problems again or if he would just forget anyway, seeing how it was a particularly big subject but Takeshi certainly had a habit of forgetting about it. He wanted to forget about it as well, he didn’t want to remember he was the odd one in amongst all the Saiyans out there for his strange condition. “Food? Think of food! And adventure…and fighting bad guys! Not Father, but bad guys being mean and we teach them not to be mean”, he smiled, shaking his head, “Not always want to be trying to hurt real badly, just teach them lesson…” Not really wanting to get into massive battles because of his condition he let out a little sigh before quickly moving around and jumping onto Takeshi’s back, holding on tight. “I’m all ready! We find Mister Viral! Maybe in city? Maybe in base, I don't know...”
