Chou Minori

Seeing their last team member has arrived, Chou wondered for a second if she would follow her sensei's orders or not. She decided against following, wanting to show her that she will not be so easily obedient. She did jump to her Bo staff, which was laying near the trunk of a tree, grabbed it and then went up the tree, ready to attempt to strike or defent herself if anyone decided to try and attack her. Looking below her, she managed to spot Haruhi just as the latter threw a couple of kunai with what appeared to be explosive tags set to explode. Making her slightly curious, she decided to also grab a hold of her medium scroll, in case her last team member was wise enough to dodge the explosive tags, which made her wonder why did she even care about that.

After seeing her sensei has not shown her face or moved, Chou decided to lower her scroll and simply wait for when her sensei called them out. She leaned on her staff and observed Rai, waiting to see what he will do next.

By tanky, I merely meant he wouldn't shy away from pain and is more likely to charge than speculate whether he can handle te damage or not. The attack would damage him as much as it would anyone else, but his reaction to the damage is what makes him "tanky", it's just pain tolerance. For the chakra increase, that does not stack with the KG. It is caused by the KG which gives him chakra outside of his body. And the "high chakra" thing is relative. It doesn't mean I have more chakra than a Jounin (although your chakra levels can't really be increased by training...), it means for a genin he has more chakra than average. If that's not allowed, you're stating that all genin have exactly the same amount of chakra. For the clones, there was no change from the original character sheet from the first Generation. Actually, Kisheto was accepted in the first Generation because I explained that he doesn't have a good control over his chakra, so he uses clones to compensate by limiting his ninjutsu usage to clone Taijutsu and combos. Don't think of his chakra as "he can use more Jutsu in battle", but more like "he can use a stronger technique as a base technique", such as shadow clones. Because shadow clones is extremely draining, if he used it to the extent in which any genin used their "signature" or "fundamental" Jutsu, it would be even since their techniques would probably be proportional to their chakra levels.

As for your response for the Tank thing: Change it's description, so it will reflect what you just explained properly, otherwise people will become confused.

Chakra - I have a few notes for that. First of all, Chakra Control belongs in skills, not Special traits, seeing it can be trained. As for his Chakra levels, you need to change it to a proper description of his chakra levels. Big Chakra levels, Above average Genin's Chakra levels, something of that sort.

A note I have on both the Chakra levels and the Kekkei Genkai - I am sorry to say that because he is a Genin, I will refuse to accept that he will have both big chakra levels, even if they are not as high as it might appear to be, and let him have a Kekkei Genkai which allows him to gain chakra from outside forces. So, in order for me to consider allowing it, I must request you will either change the Kekkei Genkai so that the control over it (The amount of chakra the user recieves from outside forces) will be decreased and then enable him to recieve more as time passes and he trains it, or that you will lower the regular amounts of chakra he has.

Kekkei Genkai - Except for the point I have made above, I find the Kekkei Genkai is a bit confusing for me. The user recieves chakra from outside forces, known as spirits? While I am fully aware there are jutsus that can allow the transfer of souls (Spirit Transformation Technique) and then recieve chakra through those spirits, there are a few things which seem very odd to me about Kisheto's Kekkei Genkai (And please feel free to explain youself on each note I give here):

1) How are they able to reciecve chakra from the outer plane and from spirits, let alone make contact with them? That alone seems odd to me.
2) How is it capable of increasing someone's Chakra Control when that is a skill? (Unless the spirit gives him extra knowledge every time he uses it.)

(Please feel free PM'ing me and fully explain to me the KG, so I will be able to completely understand it. Back at the time I was not a full GM and only a IC GM, so excuse me if I did not look over things the way I do now.)

I also would like that your explanation with Shadow Clone Jutsu doesn't make too much sense. How did he "Accidenly" learn a jutsu, and Shadow Clone Jutsu allows people to be capable of learning new jutsus with more ease, not make it harder for them. It also does not make a lot of sense he will be capable of creating many more clones than the average shinobi, due to one single fact you wrote in his CS, which is his poor Chakra Control.

One last thing I would wish to note is his Custom Jutsu, the Void Field. I will have to refuse accepting that due to the fact it is not C ranked as you claimed, but B ranked in my eyes, if not slightly higher. An invisible to the naked eye shield which can completely block Kunai through the use of outer body chakra alone is something that is a lot more powerful than you might think, and I could easily see it become a shield to make jutsus weaker due to the fact its Pure Chakra. I understand he needs to focus at certain points to be capable of completely blocking the kunai, but that would also indicate that his chakra control is a lot better than you say.

At the end, you may want to change his Chakra control, and please do explain his KG to me properly, through PM.
Yoshikuni Sadako

After seeing Eiji has arrived, Kuni jumped out of the ground next to him. Giving him a smile and a nod, she turned to look at Shiro, who just told Eiji he wishes to meet the Amekage "Heh, thats a nice goal. I wish to be capable of seeing all the countries in the world, and I already have 7 at the current count. I was slightly forced to stop traveling due to a few unfortunate events..." She said before giving Eiji a glance and looking back at Shiro "But, I guess it's better to keep any goal you have than having none at all, right?"

Moving a bit away from her sensei, she kept her eyes on Shiro "Being a soldier for Ryoku... Thats probably not something that can be easily achieved, but I figure you need to be very strong to be able to work with him closely. I mean, anyone who is near him got there because of their talent and care for the village, right Eiji-sensei?" She asked before looking back at him, hoping he would confirm what she just said and won't make her look like silly and foolish.

Looking at her sensei, who appeared from a hiding spot, jumped down and talked to the two. At the end she told them to excersize a bit until their third teammate came and then that both should send a kunai in his direction. She figured she would avoid doing so, as well as thinking their sensei had somewhat of a cold tone towards them. She liked the fact, because she felt not connected to any of them as well. Jumping down from the branch she stood off, Chou begin jogging around the team, keeping her distance from Haruhi. She had no intention of talking to her or attempt to bond at all.

After a couple of minutes of jogging, she noticed Haruhi begin moving towards her. She slightly increased her pace to try and make it clear to her that Chou has no interest in talking to her or make any attempt to interact with her at all. She figured that if Haruhi will try, she could always simply ignore her.

Shiro's peace would be interrupted by a pair of hands that popped out of the ground, and seemingly tried to find his legs before having one hand pull the other, making a young girl appear in front of him. She gave Shiro a smile before grabbing his Hand and shaking it firmly.

"Hey! You are probably my new teammate! My name is Yoshikuni, but people call me Kuni. Eiji-sensei will be here shortly, he just needed to make sure Sachi is fine. Sachi is his baby." Kuni said before letting go of his hand and doing a couple of backflips and moving away from Shiro. She began looking around and give a smile to him from time to time, and suddenly she pressed her hand against the ground and vanished again. She figured she could always surprise him from a different spot.
Fattwan, he is accepted by me. You just need 1 more acceptance and you will be good to go.
Sage, you have yet to post a CS for any village except for Konoha, and like we said, in order to be accepted for Konoha you need 2 chars in other villages.

Until then, no reviewing the Konoha CS. Not saying it won't be accepted or such, but you should focus more on making other chars.
Fattwan, I have a few small notes.

1) BIG NO on the http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Earth_Release_Resurrection_Technique:_Corpse_Soil, or Doton Soseijutsu: Shishi Dojo. We do not approve of reanimation in any kind of way, partial or complete. We consider these kind of techniques to be very broken, and thus prefer to keep them out of our roleplay, unless used by a GM (Approved by the Head GM) and for Plot reasons only.
2) The Jounin cast in Amegakure is already full, so you could consider either moving him to Kumo or Kiri instead, or perhaps make a Genin (Which is something we really need for all 3 villages).

3) You wrote in his history that he learned how to use puppets, yet he only has one which he cannot use and he does not have a single Puppet jutsus. Another thing that made me curious.
4) You also wrote he has Wind Release, but yet no wind Release techniques. Just made me wonder about it, thats all.

Those are my notes for you so far, the rest of the CS seems fine. If you could change the first 2 notes I wrote, and consider the 2 last ones, I will review your CS again.

And she was right. After stepping into the entrance of the trainingfield a girl attacked her with a clone, and the clone moved from Chou's blind area, so she was slightly amused at the clone grabbed her legs and she managed to wrap her whip around her neck, not too tight so she could still breath. Bad mistake, one which she should never do with an enemy. Letting out a small sigh as the girl introduced herself, she let the scroll slip from beneath the bandages and then she tossed it from one hand to the other, making a small smoke cloud appear and cover her hands, up to her neck.

Soon enough the whip that was around Chou's neck was wrapped around a Bo staff, and Chou's left eye returned to normal while the clone vanished. She knew it would take a bit before she could use her Kekkei Genkai again, but she didn't care. One member's chakra was gained, and now she would be able to trace Haruhi using her Kekkei Genkai. Very useful trick on her behalf, but before she would allow Haruhi to properly react, she unwrapped the whip from around the Bo staff, used it as leverage to jump up to a fairly high branch on a tree before looking around. Surely someone told her teammate to do what she did, because her teammate, from a first glance, appeared to be nicer than to pull off such a trick.
Chou Minori

So this was it. Her first official day at a team. Such a waste of time, putting her in a team, Chou thought as she slowly ate her breakfast. She hoped her sensei won't be someone who will try and bind with her constantly, and she also wondered if she can make it clear on the first day she is not looking to have any friends. Finishing her cereal, she cleaned the plate and placed it to dry before grabbing her two scrolls, making sure each of them is properly filled with the right tools, and then headed out while placing the medium scroll hanging from her waist while the smaller one she placed in her pouch.

On her way to the trainingfield, she sighed. Already she had an odd feeling, Everyone in Kirigakure had something off about them, so her sensei most likely had one as well. Trying to figure out what could be the sensei's quirk, she walked on her own, slow pace toward the trainingfield. After about 15 more minutes she arrived at the entrance of the trainingfield she was supposed to meet her sensei and team, and decided to be somewhat more careful. Activating her Kekkei Genkai, she watched her eye sight on her left eye go completely black. She also grabbed a hold of her small scroll from her pouch, hiding it under her bandages on her arm and keeping her arms close to her body. Chou then took the first couple of steps into the trainingfield, scanning the area around her with her Right eye, trying to find anyone inside the training field that might be someone from her team.
