Current In the beginning were the Words, and the Words made the world. I am the Words. The Words are everything. Where the Words end the world ends. You cannot go forward in an absence of space. Repeat.

Future veterinarian, presently irreverently funny self-deprecator and literature hobbyist.
Casual-advanced. 1x1 and Group RP, no preference.
Up to make mischief, make memories, and make a fool of myself.
And maybe roleplay a little on the side. :)
Dating @Mateotis who is much more active than I am here, but also decidedly a much more gifted writer/poet. Hound him if you're looking for me.
A little sickly and evidently severely lacking in impulse-control, so patience is appreciated in general.

And I really like 12 x Tirarian too. << Let's make these ships happen, people.
such romance very love get rekd rosa
w0w.
I don't even know how I feel about all the other relationships presented there. ._.
*whispers*Shork-Trafalgar...Shafalgar.
Which begs the question, who was the shady figure in the bar's underground...
Also. Elric better get to the bar soon. Congregation at Pucksy's, holla'!
Really though. Much attempt for flirt and rejection sought.
...and tell me more about Corinne's lover, Benny-boy, eh...
"I..." Corinne lost breath as the half-elf she'd spotted whirled by her, and from the corner of her hearing range she head glasses fall, and shatter, and immediately clutched at her stomach. There was something very unsettling about the sound of breaking glass. It made her teeth chatter. It made her weak. But she couldn't afford to be weak. Her uncle would do something he'd regret! "Uncle Sebas-"
And the words barely left her lips before the half-elf right knocked her uncle out, and she gasped sharply, almost dropping to her knees with how fast she rushed to the collapsed man being held by the half-elf. She gave him a little scowl before trying to shake her uncle awake, and doting and flitting all about him, checking for serious injuries from the blow, but finding none too major but a lump on the back of his head, she sighed in relief.
"It's my uncle. He...he's delicate, he hasn't always been like this. Although efficient, I would appreciate not having him knocked out...goodness."
she pouted at the half-elf, still a little sour about her uncle's state. But what could he do? He was so...not in control. He was so...human.
...and now that she thought of it, so was his assailant. Maybe they could bond just about as soon as the man was conscious again, remembered the evening's events and went stark raving mad at the youth.
"Yes, I think Pucksy might have spare quarters, or even somewhere small, just to let uncle Seb heal up and get better. Oh, Sebastian..." she whined, taking a hold of the man as best as she could and helping the half-elf drag him upstairs.
When they'd get there, she'd intend on laying him down and letting him rest for a while, though also making sure to treat his unconscious body to a couple of drops from one of her small vitality potions. He'd need the strength, after all.
And by the time they'd make it down, even more people would have filled the inn, including two people very interested in a strangely familiar seeming talking squirrel.
Times like that, she'd just want to find Shork and hide in his armour and lift her spirits by insulting him some.
...who was lost in the crowd. Somehow.
She'd just have to get to know this half-elf, then. How...interesting.
"I...forgot to thank you. My name is Corinne. That was my uncle, Sebastian. He cannot hold down his liquor however, and it is quite unsettling. He...he is like you. You're a half-elf too, are you not?" she spoke softly, taking in the man really for the first time since she'd seen him.
Trafalgar was quite the interesting fellow indeed.
Elric is the bae. That is all.
Nothing much has happened at the tavern where Hart is, good sir. ._.
Except well Pucksy's back and there's a fight.
Perhaps you should see what the good half-orc who found his way there is doing. Or a particular little squirrel hiding away in a corner.
Or yell at the bartender because he's just about spilled the drink you ordered because of a certain...
...elf.
Common! Like mutual! Like, the gnome is now mutual friends with so-and-so and so-and-so!
I love her really though she sounds so adorable.
Understood, and posted! :D

And oh my god Feig, you're fabulous. xD I shall make a note to refer to them as such.
Especially the Crown Dependants. Especially.
Also, that's good then! We should have Rosa and Corinne meet at the Hippogriff, once you come in and drink with a common gnome, after buying two very interesting slaves, ahaha.

"Oh my god, you have red hair!"
"I know, right?!"
"That's so cool!"
"I know, right?!"
"You and I should totally be friends!"
"I know, right?!"
The tavern sure filled up quicker than expected, and the slowly-shrinking space coupled with her uncle's stubbornness left Corinne out of breath. It wasn't uncommon for there to be lots of newcomers in the evening, since travel was common in the region and most travellers would check in before it got absurdly late at night. It was as if some strange force drew them all there, or maybe it was just the word-of-mouth and the warm orange glow that leaked from the building's windows, and the sounds of making merry and warm welcomes that came from inside that had any weary traveller's mind - and heart - in the heavy grip of nothing short of captivation.

Pucksy himself was such an amicable man. He'd turned a corner and shown up to the party, never one to miss the occasions. A toast was raised to him, and Sebastian nearly knocked off his niece with how high he swung his arm in salutations to the good tavernkeeper. It made Corinne groan, and back off, if only for a handful of seconds to give Pucksy a little half-frown. Where had he been? She'd asked him to watch her uncle, damn it all!
Pucksy wasn't a bad guy though. A bit of a joker, but definitely a caring man, whose spirits were as high as the shrills the tavern was coming to be filled with. Someone on the opposite side of the room had started a ruckus. A circle began to form. A congregation around two quarrelling men.

The cries that echoed within were in a disjointed chorus of spirited men and the sounds of their ale in hand, and over the noise she head a familiar voice call out as she continued to reason with the man in his state, and coax him into coming with her. He'd get himself hurt in an environment like this. But if there was one thing he'd inherited from his human father, it was a stubbornness, and of course a love for drink. And a very low tolerance, ironically.
"Shork! Is that you? Where are you?! Please...you have to help me! Uncle Seb is at it again, and Cherry grows nervous outside, and-"

Slurring something over at the men who had only just started to fight, with one holding a detached bar-stool-leg in his hands, Sebastian rose sharply from the bar-stool and the surprise of the sudden action made his niece squeal, and did knock her back a little. She'd kept herself from falling, or tripping over a bar-stool, by holding firmly onto the flat surface, and admittedly almost knocking over the barkeep who was just getting a drink to a blonde gentleman that sat sat in the corner. She bit her tongue.
"Sincerest apologies!" she spun around for a handful of seconds and cried over the noise over at the man who sat behind her, closest to the kitchen, for his drink-that-would-have-been-for-naught.
And in that turn is when she noticed a particular half-elf sitting off in that direction, whom seemed interested in Pucksy's call for newcomers. His fair hair and tan skin caught her eyes as a strange combination, though she didn't have time to pay much more attention to it. Newcomers were common.
Surprisingly enough.
That wasn't important. Keeping her uncle from getting himself involved in the fight in some way, shape or form, however, was.
He'd at least take the chance to place his bets, if not join right if given the chance.
I'm at GMT+4, and a very strange individual to boot, haha.
But naw, I see his appearance now. He has ears, huzzah! :D Ears I can see! I'm not sure if elves generally even come down to the actual town or stay at the actual town for that late, but let's go with what Trafalgar said and say they aren't very, very common around the parts.
But I wouldn't assume he'd want to buy meat from her, like, in the evening-time, after she'd closed up stall and whatnot and just is trying to get her uncle back home. I'm not thinking for him to be incredibly violent, but maybe just a little...err. So-so.
Is there anything I should do to start off with? "You over there! You look like an elf! Please, you have to help me!"
But then the time at the tavern would be one cut too short. Maybe we could book him into a room temporarily, give Pucksy a few coins for the trouble, sit and chit-chat for a while over some fine wine, though I'm not sure just how well of Trafalgar is financially, and since he's new to the city, she could give him a run-down of the stuff, (provided everyone's okay with my character's relationships with theirs, and nobody outright hates her guts just yet), and interactions can stem from there.
All good?
Also...
Ho, an Englishman!
And I'm really not sure what everyone's individual time zones are, hmph. Would be useful knowing 'em.
Alright. I'm just going to think up some relations for characters that pre-existed in the area, for Corinne.

She's 'dating' some unknown blacksmith's son, who I presume will be given a name by our lovable GM. >> Bing? Baby. Bing, back me up here.
--
Her uncle, who I shall add to her CS, and shall be named...hm. Sebastian? Who she calls uncle Seb. Often visits Elric at the barber's shop, either on a drunken whim or whatnot. That's one for you, Wyvern! Elric can know her as Seb's niece, because with his grey eyes and brown hair and her red-brown hair and blue eyes they don't look very much alike so he can't call him her daughter but THAT'S OKAY. I wonder if Elric is a flirt, because of his whole love-interest plot as such. Perhaps Corinne would just shrug off his bad pick-up lines, but still be on good terms with the man.
--
Who else is a pre-resident, I wonder... Oh! I know! Little miss Gnome! She deals in potions, yes? Corinne might often visit her to stock up on her vitality potions, or just anything to keep in case of emergencies in which she needs her uncle to be sober immediately. She might even visit her for the poison she brews, which Corinne uses in her arrows. The paralysing one to humans, but lethal one to game. Not on bad terms with Tirarian at all, then. Much closer to her than to...doctor barber. >>
--
Obviously, she's like BFFs with Shork. Just because everyone needs a BFF.
--
She's probably never met Lucien before, or Rosa, though I presume she'd get along well with the girl better than her father, because they're of a similar mental age as such.
--
And then slaves, and the auction to which she is completely oblivious at the moment.
--
But, an integral part of the city and whatnot, she's fallen charm to Melly's flowers on more than one occasion. Never met the blonde boy with whom she's associated, so that's one character she'll be meeting for the first time, with something to address...Haaart, where aaaare you...
--
And a certain squirrel might, might just recognise the little miss. As implausible as it might be, she went to a certain wizard to enchant Cherry to live longer...
Let's put two and two together. Leaf probably has seen her before, and she might have seen/not seen him, depending on if he was outside scurrying around whilst his master worked on the horse, or not and maybe helping out in the back or something.

And anyone else I'm missing or forgetting to address? Most folk are newcomers or passing through the area of Estermere, so I cannot really account for them, but we'll see how interactions work IC.
To boot, if anyone has any other ideas, she's known in the markets to sell her hunts, too. So you might see her there, or have bought from her there, or whatnot. She also takes special requests. Kind of like commissioning a baker, except, err...along the lines of "Bring me ______ meat by _____ date, and I shall pay you handsomely."
This little elf is starting to sound...sinister, ahahaha. Aaaaanywho, that's all for now!

Note: I want her to interact with Trafalgar at the Jolly'ol Hippogriff, damnit! Vec, where are you! Elf to elf, y'know? Like, a heart-to-heart chat about how great Pucksy is and why he doesn't keep Uncle Seb away from the goods.

Good? Good. Any complaints/add-ons, pls halp. <<
