There isn't a whole lot out there... Russia's main economic factors are closer to Europe, the east wasn't worth much by this point.

Edit: @Aegon, I'm not even sure Outcast really even considers Prestige. Nobody knows what it honestly really does, might be better to just go by the actions of people thus far as a gauge.
