Well, if a coup does happen I am available to participate again. Had to bail out before due to my RL getting busy but that was just before all of this stalling happened. Not going to bother trying to claim Germany, but I am pretty sure Pasta has disappeared so if it does get coup'd I'd very much like Japan.

It is largely to avoid creating conflict between the various colonial powers. If we all set it in stone and come to an agreement it is less likely for fighting to break out over it.

If someone can link me to the current chat that is being used I am able to start participating again, ended up having to step down as Germany a couple weeks ago due to personal business which ended up escalating, but I am back now if the spot is open to me. Seems like some crazy shit may have went down.

I think you can just use a war order on it.

ACW update tonight, hopefully. Computer is still being repaired but I've borrowed a friend's because I love you guys so much. I'm going to assume that those who have recently pulled out of the war won't want to continue with their war orders. Also, with regards to some of the nations still involved in the war, most notably the Ottoman Empire, I would like to remind all those seeking peace with them that I don't want harsh war settlements, so be mindful when trying to find peace. I'm ok with taking some areas of land from them, but I don't want the Ottoman Empire to be completely pushed out of either Europe or Africa. Parts of it, fine, but not all.

Does both Libya and Tunisia count as all of Africa? I mean, they would still have Egypt.
