Hi!
I'm Neodraconis, or Neo for short (And no, I didn't steal the name from Matrix mind you. I came up with it way before I'd even heard of the movie franchise). For a few days I've walked around the site a bit, not really searching for anything specific but more trying to get a feel for the place and now I decided it was time to come out from the shadows and introduce myself.
So who am I? Good question, which I will answer by briefly touching on real-life stuff (gasp). I am a 20 years old screenwriting student in Sweden and I have a big obsession, but surprisingly it's not movies, but tv-shows. Sure, I love movies, but following the lives of characters for years of their lives is too intriguing for me to stay away. It's a bit like roleplay I guess. A bunch of characters telling stories together.
And that brings me to roleplaying. I'm a bit rusty since I've been out of the game for a few years, but would still call me a roleplayer on the casual level (According to the skill level categories you guys have set up on this site). But since I'm a stubborn bastard I am always trying to push myself, so I am trying to improve my writing so that I can join more advanced roleplays. The reason? Mostly I'm just a huge fan of more depth in character and plot. So if anyone have any tips on how to push my limits and improve, don't hesitate to send me a message or something. But of course, the story will always be a priority for me.
When it comes to genres I am very open-minded. I like most things that have supernatural or in other ways unique aspects to it. "Slice of Life" roleplays is unknown waters for me since none have really caught my eye, but as I said, I'm open-minded so nothing is really an impossibility.
If anyone have any questions I will gladly answer them (Answering questions about myself is really the only way my ego gets any attention so fire away.) I'm glad to be here and hopefully I will fit right in. :)
