@Nightmare Bites Yeah anyone can become stronger, if you mean kakuja then thats more so a waiting period thing, to see if you can qualify for one. Otherwise wed have almost every ghoul running around with one.
Awesome since in some of these RP's they wouldn't let us evolve at all... And no, I'm not really planning on having a kakuja... for now. ;)
Personality: Yume has a quiet personality, not liking to be the centre of attention however this does not mean that she will let everyone run over her. Once she thinks that something is not right or when she feels like saying something or even giving advice to some people, she will gladly talk away about it. She is a good listener as well, making it easy for people to talk to her whenever they feel like it. She is a bit cautious when it comes to new people, making her feel on edge at all times, even more when she is out in the public with a huge crowd surrounding her. However she may not be taken lightly as her past stirred something up in her, making her personality warp the way it is today. Sometimes if she is pushed over the edge, she can have a nasty side of her which she dislikes herself.
History: Yume had been growing up with her parents since she was born. Indeed nothing as special to see with that right, but she enjoyed living her life as normal as possible. Talking with human beings without having the feeling of being hunted on, however she was naïve to believe that it was going to stay like that. Years pass by and the CCG activity had been increasing and her parents were afraid that this could put their daughter into danger. The last thing they wanted to happen was having to lose her because she was at the wrong place at the wrong time. That was when they let her stay at home and go hunting by themselves, bringing the food with them so she was not going to starve to death because of their fault. But one day they did not return home and left Yume waiting there for who knows how long until it finally got to her when she saw the news with the faces of her parents on the screen. Motionless, lifeless. It was a huge blow to her as she was only sixteen years old, barely able to stand on her own two feet. That occasion changed her, she became more cautious of her surroundings and thought it was hurt to actual start trusting someone.
