Klaus

A damaged arm? Klaus pondered, her arms are still fine. Klaus ended her failed attack when she hears questions & comments from her fellow knights, a telltale sign that the training is over.

Closing her mouth, Klaus moved a few steps back and untied her helmet. She had taken the full opportunity Fleuri had given, yet a punch is all she could make out. A slash on the head for a fist...

"Oh, thanks for the training," Klaus blurted out upon seeing Fleuri ending the training with his formalities. Her face was red, and her arms and legs felt like jelly, not to mention her ears still ringing from the Paladin's attack.

"Anything I've to take note of?" She took a few deep breathes and asked, having a quick glance at another Knight and the upright spears. Klaus wanted to be a legendary Knight like Tyaethe, especially after seeing how she fights. But maybe except for the looks, she wanted to look more like a refined lady than a child if she were to gain that immortality.
Janet

Annoying... Janet's felt her nerves twitching towards the masked guy's all-talk attitude. All he has been doing is to brag on how good he is at kidnapping a cook.

"The cook doesn't have any value as a hostage to me, he isn't related in any ways, so him dying or not is none of my concern. Both of us are pirates, I'm pretty sure you know the word 'honour' ~ Lets' introduce ourselves first, what's your bounty, Mister?"
Klaus

Klaus had the same feeling that she sensed over and over throughout the 'friendly' sparring match, the feeling of her dead sword.

Being the one seeing the descending slash, Klaus knows very well that the slash is unavoidable. The safest place for Klaus is the spot furthest from the tip of Tyaethe's blade: The closer to the handle, the less speed on that swing, no... a clear strike like this, it will be a dead hit no matter which part of the blade, no need to think, just....

Klaus forced another step forward towards the tall knight and abandoned the grasp of her wooden sword. With one twist of her waist, she sent out one punch towards Tyaethe's gut with her free, right hand, as the slash inevitably landed on Klaus. No, it wasn't over yet, Klaus' jaws were open wide, and using her remaining momentum, her mouth was headed to the Paladin's throat, with the full intention of biting it off with her last breath.

Apparently, Klaus had been so ferociously engrossed in her offensive that she forgotten that it was just mere sparring, that there was her own visor blocking what she is trying to pull off...
Klaus

Klaus missed a strike when her opponent pulled out techniques that definitely isn't written in any books. A mid-air exchange that sends both warriors on the opposite direction she was intending to cut.

She heightened her sword back from the missed cut. Right now her target was right behind Fleuri. And I'm out of the picture again, picture? oh wait, I've got an idea...

Klaus grasped her sword with one hand by the end of the handle. With one lunge towards Fleuri, it seemed like Klaus was attacking her teammate until the last moment where Klaus sends her sword right beside the side of Fleuri's neck, her sword going across Fleuri as she thrusts it towards the Immortal Knight, extending the range of her sword by stabbing it with one hand. By the time Klaus' blade became unhidden from Fleuri's back, it was already travelling at full speed, towards the Paladin's heart~

"Absolutely,"
Took a bit of delay, but stomach hurts in these few days >_> ~
Klaus

Two defensive stances, nice coordination. Klaus thought to herself silently & sarcastically. With nobody attacking, they are as good as sitting ducks for someone superior.

Her opponent could literally choose the targets, and that is no good thing. Even when using a defensive stance, Klaus prefers using it offensively, because that's her style, she likes making initiative instead of waiting.

And the target that was chosen was Fleuri. From how it looks to Klaus, Fleuri would be the one in the receiving end of the sword. At her current position, she knew she isn't able to stop Tyaethe's strike, but she charged in towards the Paladin, raising her sword.

As the exchange of swords ends between Fleuri and Tyaethe, Klaus swung her sword down, to add another slash on the Paladin, in an attempt to finish off the remains of her ally's engagement.
Janet

As Janet has guessed, that stupid masked man doesn't even understand the situation. That damned mask has been covering his field of vision for too long

Extinguishing the flames isn't the best option for her, since she isn't the type of person who likes to turn their backs on an enemy. Also, she wouldn't want to add the fuel to the fire literally. Just let it burn slowly for now, he mentioned reinforcements, letting the kegs ignite when they arrive would do better ~

"Reinforcements? Tell them to make it snappy, I don't have all day to wait for this party ~"

Her spear is raised, although not attacking, but she is preparing to counter for any strike that the drunked masked is going to pull.
Made a rushed post, hope that its readable at least >.< ~

Egwene

Song Knights? Is that what those people call us?

Egwene was puzzled over Diana's words. The terms Diana used sounded familiar, but Egwene found it hard to remember the last time she had heard something like the Goddess of Strife.

Cannon fodder? Sure, that Dissonance thing isn't a fight difficult enough to cause casualities, but to call something like that a fodder would show that she is on another level. And she clearly isn't bragging...

She followed them, knowing that it wouldn't be wise to go on Diana's bad side, however their strengths & numbers.

Dragon, that makes sense. That was beyond any of the possible scenarios Egwene had thought of, and this sounded like the wildest, and the worst.

Those stuffs of Legends, she heard tales of dragons turning thick elven forests into deserts in a single night. Dragonfire hot enough to shake the earths and render everything into ashes. She is certain that Diana is telling the truth, from the manner she says it. But, she wasn't sure on how much of those fables were just childrens' stories.

"Surely you didn't breathe out any fire while asleep, didn't you?"

Egwene asked half-sarcastically. Looking around to see if there're any trees nearby, and if there are, it would be wise to stay clear off them. Because in front of a dragon, anything that can burn, will burn...

Janet

Keg? Shit, if a bar fight occur here... Considering how good that troublemaker's temper seemed to have, words doesn't seem to get through him, the only way of talking is through fists. But, by the time she realised that, it was too late, all her javelins are strung with her hair. For once Janet had wished that she wasn't that prepared for her voyage.

She deflected the man's oncoming attack, as gently as possible, but that still ignited a small explosion. The good news is that the explosion did not consume the alcohol crates; the bad news is that the flames of the explosion are encroaching towards those crates.

"EVERYONE BACK AWAY FROM THE KEGS!" Janet shouted, her words being more directed towards the bartender Bill. She was like a living time bomb here, and not to mention that she isn't good at controlling her explosions.

"Trust me, you wouldn't want to start a fight here. We can settle somewhere else,"

Janet pulled out another javelin, ready to respond to that troublemaker. She hoped silently that he gets the situation, and wouldn't speed up the whole process. If he could help with extinguishing the fire, that would help... But that will never happen, not in this lifetime at least...
