I just made Cinnamon Apple Snickerdoodle Cupcakes. I also may have been heavily drinking while making them. Either way, the house smells great!

Hello!
I've been on a roleplaying hiatus for quite some time but I'm ready to come back to it! I used to roleplay mainly on an avatar based site called Gaia Online. I was more into what they called "literate" role plays: that is, what looks to be your casual to advanced roleplays. As of right now, I'm more interested in the casual ones. I might go into advanced at some point, but for now, I think casual will be for me.
I've done a wide variety of subjects. My favorites are:
-medieval/fantasy
-romance
-super powers or super hero
-psychological
-some sci-fi from time to time
I really enjoy original stories/premises for role plays but I'm also okay with doing something based in an existing world with original characters. I like fast-paced role plays with plenty of action and adventure. I'm good with both group stories and 1 on 1. While I tend to prefer playing male characters, I'm up to playing either gender. I'm also up to 18+ content. I'm not quite sure how far I'm willing to go as far as smut is concerned, but I will let you know once I've hit my limit!
I'm a gamer, especially rpg's (big shock there) and I enjoy fantasy television and movies. I'm very into Game of Thrones right now. I've seen every episode and I started reading the books though I only made it to book 2 or 3...I don't remember, it was a while ago. I also like older Legend of Zelda (I stopped playing the new ones after Twilight Princess came out), the Fallout games, Skyrim, I'm currently playing Witcher 3 (which I got as a gift. Unfortunately, I have not playing the previous two, but I would like to), the Fable games, I played some of the Batman Arkham games, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic (the console game, but I also played the mmorpg for a while) and more I can't think of at the moment. As far as movie and tv goes, I like Lord of the Rings, Stranger Things, the Batman universe, Star Wars, Sucker Punch etc.
If you have a role play you want to start soon or need new members in that you think I might like, let me know! I'm always looking for new stories.

@Zelosse I don't plan on revamping anything just yet. It was just a thought when we lost Excal, as she was our most active member. But we still have enough active members to keep things going for now, I think. If things slow down too much, I'll let everyone know before doing anything drastic.
@Drakey Sounds good to me. You can post in the characters tab and start posting IC. All the hunters are away right now on a vampire hunting mission. If you want to post in the main city of Rothenburg, there is a guild hall that they hunters gather in. Also, there are plenty of political/noble figures in the city if you want to get involved with them in the meantime.

I thought about that, too, but I wasn't sure if it was frowned upon.
I would like to make a character that is rebellious against the crown in nature, but doesn't entire fit into either the Veiled Ones or the Ouroborros. Could I make a character that has mild ties to the two rebellious factions (or just the Ouroborros if both wouldn't work) but is not necessarily a member?
Or actually...now that I'm looking at it, what if my character was a member of the vanguard but worked as an informant to the Ouroborros, but wasn't a full-fledged member? Is that feasible?

That's what I was going for before this hunt started. It was a good stopping point for people to leave if they wanted and new people to start. Unfortunately, I figure a lot of people aren't interested in a roleplay that has already started as it would be difficult to catch up. I know I tend to shy away from roleplays with more than one page in the IC when I'm looking to join.
I'm interested in joining. I'm still reading through the factions and will need some time to catch up on chat and characters but I wanted to post real quick. Is there anything major I should know that I won't get from the initial post and skimming the characters?
So....are we still doing this?

I figured things would slow down this last week because of Thanksgiving. I was just browsing through the casual roleplays and noticed some that were years old. This is the first roleplay I've been in that has lasted longer than a few weeks. I'm having an impossible time trying to find other roleplays that even start.
Hello! I've been looking for someone to roleplay with that's style and characters are compatible with my own. I prefer group roleplays but I'm having the hardest time finding a group that is as active (or at least close to as active) as I am.
That being said, I usually play male characters, I like to have a lot of drama and romance in my roleplays. I have a couple ideas that I've tried doing recently that didn't pan out much. If you want to see some of my plot ideas, you can check out my forum. But I am open to completely different stuff.
