Hey, I like her. I can see how her personality would compliment those from the rest of the team.
As for the power, even though I like how you mixed it in with the backstory, it might be a bit much.
The powers are supposed to bring a form of bad luck or just a general ominous feeling to people. Perhaps we can have her being able to make people in the vicinity hear voices. Or 'think' that they heard somebody whispering. You know, not the literal telepathical talking, but just that creepy feeling of: 'did I just hear somebody whispering my name?' Could be scary when you're home alone. And it doesn't actually influence people's behavior directly. It would fit with her wish of people having to listen to her. Though other ideas are possible as well.
Let me know what you think.
@Divine Darkness It's a 'natural' transformation that takes 5 to 10 seconds. And I was hoping I could answer the other question with the first post I'm going to make, but since you're asking ;) no, the clothes don't change with you. Which means you are screwed if you want to transform back but you don't have any clothes near you.
And the powers work on each other as well.

There are a few problems to overcome before I can accept you character though.
* The max age is 25. so 28 is too old. That might have some influences on his backstory as well.
* The Jaguar is too much. It's not an innocent forest critter that needs to bring bad luck for people to want to avoid crossing paths with it. It's brutal enough by itself. For ideas for another animal to choose, you can take a look at the bottom of the OP.
* The christianity thing is interesting, but I don't know how we can make that work. I mean, these practices are pretty close to heathen witchcraft. And the priest is going to play an antagonist role. So I think the only way this might work is if Tobias is a 'fake' christian. Or falling/fallen from his faith. Or just not a christian at all. Perhaps you have other ideas. Let me know.

Well.. Divine is also making a character with a cat. Technically that character isn't accepted yet. But seeing as she'll likely finish this character soon and the character is likely to be accepted, I think it would be corteous that I reserve it for her.
So, sorry for the unclarity. But cat is not free.
If within a few days, Divine has not finished her character yet, I'll open it up again.
