A few issues.

1. The property (land, buildings, etc) of the Cayman Islands is owned by private individuals, not Westminster. It wouldn't have been the United Kingdom's government's to sell. And as specified explicitly in your sheet, "the Cayman Islands are privately owned by the Director of Dominus." Private ownership does not entail political suzerainty. It isn't said, explicitly, that the islands ceased to be under British sovereignty.

2. Buying and selling territorial sovereignty isn't a thing, even if it had explicitly said that. I'm sure that if it was an option, Tsipras would be selling off half of the Aegean so that he could give the people of Athens more free stuff. But it isn't. Political sovereignty isn't a commodity.

3. Regardless of when which portions of our sheets were written (I believe I started mine when you were part way through a portion of yours), mine was accepted first.

4. I am actually totally fine with Dominus and the Cayman Islands possessing total independence from any government or state. I just thought it would add to the roleplay for the Cayman Islands to be under British sovereignty, but more or less fully administratively and almost fully legally independent. If you'd rather not, it's fine.

1+2 I was kind of running under the assumption that total realism was thrown out the window, (American Fascists, a bunch of nations forgoing independence to congeal into a borg superpower, etc.). There are also a few examples of purchasing land throughout history, I didn't think it was that far a stretch.

3. Technically, we were accepted at the same time. :P

4. I'd be fine with the Cayman Islands still being under British sovereignty, and just the property rights signed over to the Dominus Director with an air of legal independence around the island.

In my history, written before the UK nation came into play, Tsao bought the Cayman Islands from the UK, which was in debt after WWIII. So the Cayman Islands are technically independent. If I could go in to more depth I could say that the Cayman Islands has a mayoral office/town hall for discussions, and everyone (~60,000 people) pays rent to Tsao.

I tried to help out with the whole "this RP is turning into a warzone" dilemma. Maybe hypocritical, in retrospect, but hey. Cordia Tsao is an eccentric billionaire. She's allowed a little hypocrisy.

A Message to All Warring Nations: Peace Talks

Greetings to all world leaders of Earth. I am Cordia Tsao, director of Dominus. I am not writing you to denounce the Caliphate or the Mexian-South Asian alliance, nor to declare a war on or threaten any nation. I had the experience of living through World War Three as an adult, watching the countries I grew up in, America and China, viciously fight each other until both lost their very identity. Today's world is unlike anything else that exists in history, and already I see it destabilizing. We offer clandestine services, but Dominus does not relish war, nor do we encourage it. As Director, I ensure that every agent working for me would confidently say that peace is preferable to war. As such, Dominus, as a non-partisan entity that does not pass political judgement, will be supporting a peace talk for the global elite in the Greater European Confederation. The best agents at Dominus' disposal will work to make this a safe and non-hostile space for all willing to attend. Dominus will be supplying security for every guest of the Peace Talk at no charge to the host nation or any attendee, if we are welcome.

As a personal bit of advice, you do not need a specific goal in mind to attend the peace talk. I just wish to see more diplomacy in the world, as compared to thoughtless warfare.
