@Xionist: I read the SCP foundation quite often when I was bored. I took a few things out of their playbook.

Hello Hymusia. I think I can still accommodate you.
Hmmm...

Containment methods:

Jakob: Steel containment room with outer electrified perimeter. (Not electric fence. Basically, if he breaks out of a viewing window and lands on the floor in front of it, he'll be shocked). Guards armed with stunguns and flashbangs. All crew to maintain at least 10 metres distance away from sample.
Rainee: Basic steel containment room. Guards not armed with flashbangs, but armed with stunguns. No smoking by any related personnel. Fluorescent lighting only.
Cade: Basic steel containment room. Guards armed with stunguns and flashbangs. No drinks allowed by any related personnel. All washrooms near sample have been disabled.
Lucas: Hardened steel containment room with sound padding. Lights darkened, cameras with nightvision. Sample is to wear face-mask at all times. Guards armed with stunguns and flashbangs. All personnel directly interacting with sample are required to carry a stungun and wear a protective suit.
Nosferatu: Hardened steel containment room (circular, with 5 doors all equally spaced around). At least 5 guards are to enter the containment room during direct interaction, all of whom must stand in a circle around the sample with weapons at ready. All personnel directly interacting with sample are required to carry a stungun and wear a protective suit. Guards armed with stunguns and flashbangs.

Every room will probably have a special light that can be brightened to ridiculous extents, like a flashbang that won't bugger off.

Well, come to think of it, Nosferatu is okay. Though I still think the weight is ridiculous. Maybe ~150kg, but not 219kg. (Mainly because I think someone weighing 219kg cannot sit in the average car.)

@Adjectives: I saw the edit earlier, and I did edit the first post to show that.
Oh right I forgot that Inigo could have that hair colour.
That makes some sense. Though I think 'holding back' implies a lot more power. In addition, I just think that the weight's a bit too much.

EDIT: I also think that his weaknesses are too situational.
I believe you have switched kg and lbs. Someone that height weighing 219kg will look like one of those REALLY fat people. I believe what you're looking for is 219 lbs.

And honestly, that seems like an unkillable character. Too powerful. Let's not make their escape too easy.
We need estrogen.
@Dotcom: No, it's fine.

@Xionist: The subjects mutated naturally, and spent very little time in the facility, overall.

The only real chances of their escape is a security breach by scientific staff, despite the datalog's pessimistic evaluation.
It's ahoge!
Well, probably accepting at most 2 more RPers. (and that means 2-3 more mutants)

While our mutants will have special powers, being awesome special people or mopey special people isn't exactly what the feel I'm looking for. It's mix of both, really. A mixed bag.
Well, that's an appropriately violent entry into Facility 3.

*thumbs up*
