They were getting representation before with the Houses of parliament.

Weren't those very...'establishment' types though? Like only the rich and those of certain status could get in?

It will go a long ways to disrupt the population especially in Ireland on one hand the Fenians may see this as a chance for a huge uprising in the other hand it may make them happy and stop any uprisings by them altogether.

Not sure how all the politics will work out, but considering that all these people are now getting equal representation shouldn't they be happy?

Edit: "MADE us lust for land and power" Excuse me!?! We made you do nothing. Not our fault you can't control your impulses when a pretty broad looks your way :P

Outcast, don't feel rushed, if in fact you do. We can wait.

^ Yup. Thanks for being such a great GM. You have to be because you haven't thrown your hands up in the air after all our shenanigans. We applaud you and hope that this WIR will go down in RP history as one of the greatest with the Name Outcast being a name of legend.

I have a feeling Outcast is going to have an aneurysm any day now.

I hope not! France! Use your National healthcare system to take care of our GM!
Well it's the reason he believes for his mother's crazyness. Also all the craziness of kings in the past. So he's doing the right thing and making certain that that cannot happen again.

We're going to have to change our anthem...

It was the leader of a Nation that my mother has wronged greatly who wisely stated, ""Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." I have seen over the course of my life what power did to my mother who was once such a gentle creature. It warped and twisted her mind until she was a maddened creature driven by lust for more and more power. We, though created in the image of God, are not meant to attain the power of God. That is why on this date in the Year of our Lord 1862, I Edward VII Last King of Britain declare the dissolution of the Constitutional Monarch of the United Kingdom and institute a new order of Democracy fashioned after the documents created by our brothers in liberty to the West. It is our desire that such madness never be allowed to fester in our heads of government.

To the Union and our Allies the French, my mother Queen Victoria wronged you greatly with her words and actions. Parliament, the people of the United Kingdom, and myself place ourselves at the mercy of your forgiveness for our support of one who is truly a tyrant. We beg these Nations to allow us to make peace. We plead that we might not be beholden to the actions of our ancestors. We will meet with your Nations wherever you want to make peace and begin restoration of broken relationships.

We ask that Russia and Greece absolve us of our military treaties to them as they were founded in madness and lust for power. We will state that we all plan to move forward in seeking a pleasant resolution and brotherhood. We understand the importance of the Ionian isles and still agree to the terms dictated by Greece in the return of those Isles though there is no need for troops any longer.

To all the other Nations my Mother in her madness wronged, we grieve and beg forgiveness. The United Kingdom will be at the Conference of Turin should any wish to speak with us. God forgive us, for we have sinned. May we go and sin no more.

-Edward VII, Last Monarch of the United Kingdom

Deposition you say? Who has to respond? Also, in her declaring war on France, didn't she just break the Treaty of Constantinople (or whatever it's called)???

She did. That's why parliament is already voting to depose her. They don't want war with Europe or anyone really.

And anyone really. Though it would be funny to see France's response.

'The United Kingdom declares War against France and orders that upon their defeat..' Do I need to say anymore?

That was not ratified by parliament. This post is Victoria mouthing off.

You went to war with France, because France dropped out of the war. It seem really 'realism' and 'logical'.

I didn't, Queen Victoria stated this. I'm letting the IC have one more post then I have a response of her deposition.
