Alright, explained how blaming aliens is a weakness in a side note, expanded bar fights a bit.
Fair warning, i am hardwired for figuring out insane ways of weaponising things, so those rubber bands and the improvised weapons thing? yeah, that's gonna be fun.
Oh, and as he is a slightly crazy old man scaring random strangers is more IC than straight up intimidation.
totally honest, did not expect you to be okay with this. the main version of the character was designed as a low-level gamebreaker for a fanfiction.
