Powers:

Empathy: Users can sense and manipulate the emotions, including feelings, moods, and their effects, of themselves, people, animals, and other creatures, whether by increasing, decreasing, causing, or otherwise channeling emotions, even manifesting the emotional energy to a physical level. (His eyes are the radar to his personal emotional state. They can warn others if his emotions are becoming overwhelmed by what's around him.)

Drawback: Because emotions are so powerful, when reading others it can sometimes become overwhelming for the user. They can easily get lost or caught up in the moment, and it can be hard to discern between someone else's emotions and their own. If the user is not careful, they can end up being hurt instead. When the user is not in control, they can often end up changing the emotions of those around them by mistake.

Healing: Users can restore biotic organisms to their optimal health, curing damaged or withered organisms, wounds, broken bones, low vitality, and diseases/poisoning.
Drawback: In order to heal someone, the user must take on their injuries. Although it typically isn’t as severe as the original injury, it can still be quite painful for the user or cause damage.

Telepathy: The ability to communicate/perceive outside of the known senses. Remy can read/sense another person's thoughts and communicate with them mentally. He can communicate and receive information from others. And because of recent events, he's been slowly able to communicate through dreams.
A perk with this skill lies within his natural, yet uncanny ability to remember things; numbers, maps, people, faces, names, entire books, anything. Not just short-term memory - everything seems to lodge itself straight into his long-term working memory. And he remembers right down to every small detail years after first introductions. Therefore, what he reads from other minds will stick with him until he dislodges them for good. This natural mental vault is a form of
HSAM - Highly Superior Autobiographical MemoryDrawback: Unfortunately, with all the information he collects and holds in his massive memory, Remy can, from time to time, meltdown. Hyperthymesia leads to depression, causes problems with relationships, and prevents people from living in the present. If he does not meditate to clear unwanted information and free his mind from the stresses of his and other's thoughts and emotions, he can lose his own emotional balance and crash. Just like a large network of computers that keeps an entire country up and running - suddenly going dark, Remy will fall into a 'floating' state (awake and active but mentally unaware of his actions), or worse - fall into a coma that can last for months.

Dreamcaster/DreamseekerA new development that will blossom soon for him is the ability to work within and through his and others' dreams. Due to his growing powers over the mind and emotions, he'll begin to have visions of others, and eventually, those visions will begin to show up in his sleep. These dreams Remy will somehow be able to manipulate and communicate through a person's dream. (Wondering if teleportation is possible - teleporting to a person's location through their dreamstate... if it's possible, Remy will eventually be able to do it, if he's capable. A lot of drawbacks on this as well that I need to add here. But, basically, Freddy Kruger concept).

Suggestion (Enchantment)
You suggest a course of activity (limited to a sentence or two) and magically influence a creature you can see within range that can hear and understand you. Creatures that can't be charmed are immune to this effect. The suggestion must be worded in such a manner as to make the course of action sound reasonable. Asking the creature to stab itself, throw itself onto a spear, immolate itself, or do some other obviously harmful act ends the spell.

Dominate (Charm)
You attempt to beguile a humanoid that you can see within range. While the target is charmed, you have a telepathic link with it as long as the two of you are on the same plane of existence. You can use this telepathic link to issue commands to the creature while you are conscious, which it does its best to obey. You can specify a simple and general course of action, such as "Attack that creature," "Run over there," or "Fetch that object." You can use your action to take total and precise control of the target.

8. Polynesian Binding Tattoo (Concentration)
This binding tattoo of his actually grants him the ability to bind other people's minor abilities and their emotions. He believes it's just part of the spell, but it's mostly the tattoo. Minor spells, incantations, enchantments, and magical abilities he's able to bind for 30 min to an hour, depending on how strong it is initially and Remy's concentration. If he breaks his concentration, the timeclock drops to a lower number. This ability will strengthen once he is able to have his magical tattoo updated. For now, Lv 1 - 15 spells and abilities is all he's able to control.

Alchemy SkillsCan create up to 8 transmutation circles through drawing them, salting, or simply licking his finger and aura tracing one in the air. He also has quick transmutation runes that he also aura trace in the air for quick fixes.
Tools of his Major and Minor Principles:
Has a small chemistry/alchemy lab in a bag - more like a huge trunk on wheels. He also has a small Bag of Holding that contains an entire Ikea store of anything you can imagine.
