Reiryoku: "Spiritual Power" is how much energy can be stored. It also describes their Spiritual Sensitivity and Willpower.

Exceptions are as follows:
- Academy Students cannot have Talents or Skills over the value of 5.
- Unseated and Low-Seated cannot have Talents or Skills over the value of 6.
- High-Seated and Lieutenants cannot have Talents or Skills over the value of 7.
- No Talent or Skill may exceed their maximum value allowed.
- Only a single Talent may have the max value allowed for their rank.
- If there is a Talent that has the max value allowed for their rank, there must be a Talent with the rank of 0.
