Kenneth's time traveling device or charm is a unique one which comes in the form of a 9mm glock, having interesting abilities than come with the form that it has. Having a similar purpose to a gun w, Kenneth's 9mm can fire bullets that are made out of charm dust as a temporary charm for people. The most important function of his charm however, is to root his existence in whatever time be is in as his body is quite chronologically unstable. Often disappearing for uncertain amounts of time before he discovered time traveling and the use of his gun as a charm.
The bullet that his gun fires are a unique kind of bullet as they send whomever they hit, back in time with a predetermined location made by Kenneth when fired and are capable of locking them at the time for 30 minutes before the irregularity has ended and allows them to time travel again. The rarity of these bullets are only as rare as charm dust are, as he can create these bullets when he has enough charm dust but are only one use and generally weak. These bullets are however easily bonded to due to how resource consumptive they are and takes only a few days to a few weeks at most to bond with them fully. Should he ever lose the gun, the bullets are capable of being used as an simple time traveling device but will slowly rot away as he uses it sustain his existence in the world. Making it only a band-aid solution to his problems at the moment, with the bullet eroding after the time span of a full 24 hours.
Kenneth was given this charm by one of his old acquaintances, given to him at a time when he didn't know better about the gun. It remained in his possession for a long time with a single bullet in it, symbolizing a meaning but not quite the one that he was expecting. It wasn't until the age of 25 when he fired that gun in desperation from his situation and haphazardly traveled through time, learning the existence of time travel. Ever since then, he has been traveling through time for the sole purpose of escapism and running errands through time if needed.

Standing at a height of 5'8" Kenneth is quite average body type, with nothing really impressive that defines him which is common in the 21st century. Weighing around 164 lbs, he has a lithe body with muscles that are there but not anything to be proud of other than the fact that he occasionally works out, still its better than nothing. Having mostly light skin which only has a tinge of tan on them, which tells people that he has a European ethnicity of some sorts and is sadly easy to catch those sun burns. Kenneth also has an angular face which holds the structure of his face, with a beanie that usually covers his short dark brown hair which is usually messy underneath combined with his light brown eyes. Along with a beard which can be classified as a Balbo style with a streak connecting to his sideburns, outlining his jawline and giving him often a cute if not simply nice look.

Kenneth is an interesting person as he is quite the reclusive person. Being generally inadept with socializing with people, he prefers the company of technology. The most comfortable he's ever been with talking with people is through video games as well when talking to friends online and even then is quite reserved. Taking quite a bit of time to break off the shell that he had around him, he makes few true friends but strong bonds with them in exchange. Having trouble talking to people who he likes or admires, it often takes a whole year for him to be open enough to talk to them. While there are missed opportunities which makes him sad, it in a sense filters out and leaves the people who will accept his weirdness and energetic personality underneath. He has for some time believed that he had some sort of social anxiety for a long time and has just kind of accepted it as part of who is he.
Once you become good friends with Kenneth, you should be careful as he completed changes. Having turning his shy and meek personality into a jokester and prankster who loves fun. Being surprisingly talkative and outgoing, he likes getting out with people who he enjoys being with. Often trying to get everyone to go to theme parks for the roller coasters or something else with a lot of excitement involved. The change in personality adds depth to his character which people don't expect, but kinda knew that there was something else deeper than the meek person he had. You would know that if your progressing well, as he will naturally be more open to you unaware about it over time.
However, the people who come across this energetic side to him are few and wide with his general social circle mostly meeting the seemingly dead-end wall of his shy persona. Underneath the extremities of his shy persona and energetic but repressed side is the emotional wreck he is. Keeping most of the time his emotions bottled up, often being the cause of his sudden explosion in people faces once his threshold has been broken past. He knows how sad his life is and gets through it by making fun about himself as he goes through life. Distracting himself from the situation his life is in with escapism which generally involves watching and becoming invested with tv shows or immersing himself with video games. His new hobby is traveling through time and escaping the present with the past where things were simply simpler. With his fragile life style which is upholded by artificial means and what friends that he has. It's quite easily to break the control over his life with stress which he has experienced before.

Kenneth is a U.S citizen born to his Italian Mother and his Father who came from America from his duties as a solider. The two met and fell in love, but duty called which dragged his father from his mother. They however maintained contact and traded letters, occasionally meeting up with each other several times a year. Working with the long distance relationship, they eventually married and left to America when he was called back. His mother attained U.S citizenship after she met the requirements after several years and lived happily in the States.
However, the call of service to the military once again deployed his father to Italy once more. With the intent on being a solider on reserve if the call to arms was ever sounded, his two parents happily stayed at his mother's relative house for the first few months. Finding a more permanent residence, they resided there and had their child, Kenneth, in Italy.
He was stably raised in Europe, where he lived there for quite some time as he lived with his Aunt and Uncle at the time. Occasionally seeing his mother and father when they visited when his father was not deployed in Italy. He learned how to speech Italian along with English and specks of French from the surrounding culture he was around. It stayed there for a while, going to school until the age of 10 where his parents finally took back their son to move to the Americas after his father's order to be on reserve was finally finished.
Transitioning from Europe to America was a big change for Kenneth but he adjusted. Learning to deal with the loss of his friends and the base of understanding he had in Italy. He easily molded to his new home but was a bit more mellow than before. Being quite a shy person throughout his childhood and quite obedient, before growing into a more rebellious teenager. Quickly growing independent from his parents as he got a stable job and balanced school on top of his chores. He eventually decided to move out but trashed the idea for college instead. Lodging with his parents instead, and got his dual degree in both journalism and computer science from a Ivy League School. Finishing his schooling at the age of 23, it was tedious but worth it. Having made friends from not only in the time in college but online as well, meeting people from all over the world. Finally seeming that the shell that Kenneth had around him to be broken down completely at was the height of his life.
Finally giving the chance for himself to leave the care of his parents and live on his own. Moving abroad to his grandparents, he found a job of questionable legibility. It turned out to be too good to be true which would result in the disappearance of Kennith Hughes at the age of 23. Being missing for 2 years before resurfacing again, shocking the officials and his relatives who lost all hope. Coming back as a changed person, he became more distant and recluse retaining only communication over long distances.
The contents of these experiments were unknown but was the point of origin where Kenneth's time traveling came from. Suggesting that such experiments to be around time traveling in nature and purpose as well. However, whatever they were testing on Kenneth is unknown at this point, it however left very noticeable changes to the kid. Leaving his body very unstable after the experimentations and often disappearing for hours if not days or weeks at time. Forcing him to almost take his own life, but instead discovered the ability of time traveling and became immersed with now not only been able to travel the world but time as well. Along with being able to finally control his time traveling powers and preventing from 'disappearing' again.
His only form of everyday communication which gives even the slightest sliver of security and sense of relief to his family and friends who care are the pictures he posts everyday of where he travels. Taking his camera everywhere he goes and the sketch book to draw what he can't suspiciously take pictures of and post them.

He also claims to be well experienced with charm dust, which can obviously seen when he creates his miniature charms as bullets. It is unknown what else he can do but he knows the truth of the dust personally as he himself has been affected by it.
With the exposure of charm dust in excess amount to his body had cause irregularities and unstableness of his body. Causing him to always require the presence of a charm to maintain his existence in his current time. If he should ever lose the possession of his charm, he progressively becomes more unstable and will simply 'vanish' from both the present and past in the span of a day.
He is known to sometimes willingly 'blink' through time, suspecting that he moves faster when in his abnormal state. He is capable of quickly traversing ground when 'blinking' but is limited to short burst which is capable of moving several yards to a limitation of 3 jumps at a time. Requiring time to catch his breathe between them along with time to wait for each charge to be replenished (1 jump for every 2 post).
