Bellatrix stared into her mirror extending her hand out to touch the reflection. She stood in silence and awe until her focus was broken by the opening of the door. She turned to Drexel, watching as he lowered himself to one knee. The servants bowed to Bellatrix, and began to exit. Bellatrix felt anger build up in the pit of her stomach, watching one of the servants long beautiful blonde hair sway with each step.
“ Guards arrest her!” Bellatrix ordered with conviction, pointing her finger at one of the servants. The girl looked around as if Bellatrix was joking, confusion. The guards walked over and began to restrain her grabbing each of her arms. She screamed, struggling in the hold of the guards. It was no use, she wasn’t anywhere strong enough to break their grip.
Bellatrix walked over to her, placing her hand on the servants chin. She lifted it up and looked her directly in the eyes. At this time Vladimir, Ellisedd and Katrina had just walked in. Vladimir and Ellisedd spoke words, but it couldn’t of been heard. The servants loud cries echo’d in the throne room, overtaking all other sounds.
Bellatrix put her palm out to one of her guards, he reached to his waist belt and pulled off a knife. The knife was soon placed in Bellatrix’s hand, as she lifted it towards the servant. The edge of the blade lightly pressed against the girls face, without enough pressure to cut. Bellatrix grabbed her by the hair, the servant shrieking in pain. With a slash of the hand, and a push to the back. The servant fell to the floor, pieces of hair still floating in the air.
Strands of blonde hair were visible, through the light of the lanterns around the room. The room was silent, as the servant felt through the pile of chopped hair. The man who accompanied her, on the retrieval of Drexel, was soon identified as her husband. Her ran over trying to get to his wife, but the guard merely kept him at arms distance.
“ Take her to the dungeon, she will be trialed another time.” Bellatrix asserted, beginning to lose interest in the matter. She walked over to the four warriors infront of her, who were kneeling. The guards in the background took the Husband and his wife away.
“ Children of Vitama, Brothers and Sister of mine, I am pleased to see you today. I’m sorry that you had to see that, but it’s very important to punish those who challenge the beauty of Lorem. Lorem punishes those who tempt the lust of Peredito. As a fair queen, I will give a fair and speedy trial to her. She may have the option to Trial by Combat or Trial By the Gods. “ Bellatrix Clarified in what seemed to be a sad grimace.
“ You’re all here today, because I have special assignments for all of you. But some of your assignments will vary.” Bellatrix stepped back, and used her arm to showcase a table containing four items. To the very right a shield of steel sat, it was crested with the sigil of the queen. Next to it, a short blade no larger than a kitchen knife. To the left end, a blade of rust, with a slash you suspect it'd break. “ There are three items, two of the same kind, choose wisely in the name Bene, you will pick based on the order you walked in. Katrina this means you will not get to choose an item, you will take what is left. Though I suspect you’ll be fine, your family hasn’t let me down yet.” Bellatrix chuckled, a grin on her face as she walked back to the throne and sat down to spectate.
Cyrus knew this writing, but it took him awhile to pinpoint it. He took out a book, and revealed that the writing was old draconic symbolism. The letter translates the same on each merely reading the quote
“ Freedom has a way of destruction.”
The paper in which this was printed on looked too familiar, it was from a smaller village that surrounded the large mansion of Elisedd the young.
Cyrus understood what had to be done, two of the brotherhood members must be sent to retrieve this information while the others serve their duty in the Kingdom Of Knight.
Trinity, the High Priestess, took each of her hands and pulled the bottom of her temple garment upward so it wouldn't drag on the ground. She grabbed her staff which was crested by a red gem, an heirloom passed down through her family for centuries. Trinity watched as Merek conjured weapons and Incarious retrieved a bow of sorts, she had never been prone to violence but knew in this case it was the only answer.
Trinity couldn't help but to try and get the wounded out, she felt as if it was her duty to her people. She kneeled down and grabbed the hand of an elderly woman who had been jabbed with the sword of a warrior. She placed her hand onto the wound, and conjured a seal of sorts to stop the blood loss.
The shouting of Michi could be heard, asking for protection of the priestess. She didn't know that her life was worth that much, she was merely a woman of faith. This was when she realized that she was a symbol for her people, a symbol for hope.
Kali, the Hand of The Queen, rode past Merek on her white armored horse. The people of the Mad kingdom, knew this horse as Tempest. A former race horse in which its owner died from natural causes. Kali was fond of animals and took the horse in as her own. She led most invasions on that horse, as it was half of the power she was. Kali watched as her soldiers were tore from their horse by Merek, she knew that he posed a threat.
She quickly jumped off of her horse, and rolled into grass that was complimented heavily by purple flowers. Tempest rode to her and she reached into her inventory pouch, she pulled out two tomahawks. With no time to waste, the first was thrown into the back of the head of a fleeing woman. The force of the weapon knocked her to the ground and pinned the tomahawk into the ground. She ran over, and picked it up pulling it out of the females cranium.
Her attention was drawn by Trinity, who was vulnerable as she stayed trying to protect an elderly woman. Kali, quickly picked up her feet and ran towards Trinity who was now stricken with terror. A yell could be heard, as Kali lifted her arm up holding the small axe in her hand.
